AbstractThe aim of this research is to understand the description of Business model canvas and to create a design of business transformation. The reseach held at CV. OAG Makassar, It is one of a company that produced spinach chips. In order to complete a valid data, researcher were conducted a participatory action reseach method, where the researcher also involved for more than two months in the company.  The general description of the company was explained in descriptive by describing the company resources position and their performance. Business model and its business transformation model were analized using business model canvas approach and customer emphaty map. The development strategy result of CV AOG business transformation is to improving the preserves of customer segment and so as their resource key. The improvement on value propositions like customer customization services, websites and social media in its value on channels and customer relationship produce a revenue streams from new product selling which made from spinach and other veggies. Improvement also needed in social activities on key activities, increasing partners such as event organizer and delivery services as key partners, also cost added for customization and social activity on cost structure.  Keywords : development strategy; bussiness model canvas;  spinach chips.

The aim of this research is to describe the business model canvas and to create a business transformation design. The research was carried out at the MSMEs Arabar Shop Bandar Lampung, which is one of the MSMEs whose main activity is marketing Banana Chips. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely explaining in depth about the situation or process being researched, namely the Arabar Shop MSMEs. The key informants in this research are the owners of MSMEs and staff. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with key informants to obtain clear information about the application of the business model canvas at the Arabar Shop MSMEs. The general description of the company is explained by the position of company resources and their performance. The business transformation model is analyzed using a business model canvas approach and a customer empathy map. The result of the Arabar Shop MSMEs business transformation development strategy is to improve the preservation of customer segments and as their key resource. Increasing value propositions such as customer customization service, and social media in its value in customer channels and relationships generate a revenue stream from selling new products made of bananas and other ingredients. Increases are also needed in social activities in the main activities, increasing partners such as supplier and delivery services as the main partners, as well as additional costs for adjustments and social activities to the cost structure.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Bisnis model kanvas dan menciptakan desain transformasi bisnis. Riset ini dilakukan pada UMKM Arabar Shop Bandar Lampung yang kegiatan utamanya adalah memasarkan keripik Pisang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yakni menjelaskan dan menggambarkan secara mendalam tentang situasi atau proses objek yang diteliti yaitu UMKM Arabar Shop. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik UMKM dan staf bagian pemasaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui  wawancara mendalam kepada informan penelitian sehingga diperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai penerapan business model canvas pada UMKM Arabar Shop. Deskripsi umum perusahaan dijelaskan melalui posisi sumber daya perusahaan dan kinerjanya. Model transformasi bisnisnya dianalisis dengan pendekatan bisnis model kanvas dan peta emphaty pelanggan. Hasil strategi pengembangan transformasi bisnis UMKM Arabar Shop adalah meningkatkan pelestarian segmen pelanggan sebagai kunci sumber daya mereka. Peningkatan proposisi nilai seperti layanan penyesuaian pelanggan, dan media sosial dalam nilainya di saluran dan hubungan pelanggan menghasilkan aliran pendapatan dari penjualan produk baru yang terbuat dari pisang dan bahan lainnya. The business world needs a business plan that can help entrepreneurs prepare everything needed for the smooth running of their business. This business plan can be made in the form of a business plan. One business plan model that has many advantages is the Business Model Canvas. The purpose of writing this article is to find out what needs to be considered in making a business plan using the Business Model Canvas. The results of the literature review show that using the Business Model Canvas business planning becomes clearer and more focused. The glass chip business, which is an example in the application of the canvas business model, is becoming more focused and clear. Therefore, in making a business model, the canvas has 9 important components, including Customer Segment, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, Key Resources and Cost Structures that need to be considered and structured clearly to help run the business.Keywords: business, Business Model Canvas, business plan, glass chips, planningABSTRAK Dunia usaha memerlukan suatu perencanaan usaha yang dapat membantu wirausahawan menyiapkan segala sesuatu yang dibutuhkan untuk kelancaran usahanya. Hakhenbik is a company engaged in the field of furniture and equipment of the school with its production material made from solid wood that has durable strength, and not easily damaged and has a high selling price. On this research author uses qualitative descriptive method that is by using the business model Business model Canvas (BMC), then evaluated using a SWOT analysis in every Business model Canvas (BMC) block on CV. Hakhenbik. The most powerful element in the Business Model Canvas is the      Key Partnership, sis the    value propositions. The elements that still lack are    Customer Relationships and the next is   Key Resources. Be  rbased on SWOT analysis, CV. Hakhenbik is advised to improve on the element of customer relationshipsThis is because the important factor in running the business is to maintain good relations with the customer, one way to maintain a good relationship with the customer is to maintain communication with customers such as increase communication through social media such as facebook, whats up group, Instagram  and others, and can be done by maintaining loyal customers by providing members cards  and discounts for loyal customers. In addition to the customer relationships elements that need to be repaired are key Resources   by conducting training and development to employees of both operational and management employees.

The research purpose is to evaluate the business model on the traditional restaurant in Tanjung Pura, North Sumatera, Indonesia. Business Model Canvas (BMC) consists of customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationship, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnership, and cost structure. The research method was used qualitative descriptive analysis. The data collected using in-depth interviews. Analysis TOWS is to evaluate the business model on a traditional restaurant. The authors recommend increasing the intensity to visit the restaurant with the privilege of membership. The next recommendation is to collaborate with the new business partners such as banking, e-traveler, e-destination, and e-restaurant. The traditional restaurant enables to obtain the other revenues of the subscription fee and advertising space. Also, the authors recommend registering the food recipes as the intellectual property.

Winner Perkasa Indonesia Unggul is a SME that sells product based on seaweed processing. The enterprise is trying to improve their business activity on seaweed processing products. The purposes of this research are to identify the existing business model at the enterprise, to evaluate the model, and to generate a new business model prototype with the Business Model Canvas method analysis. This research  is a case study on a company, and conducted in March-May 2016. The data used are primary data in the form of interviews and internal company data, while qualitative analysis used to evaluate the business model, and the SWOT analysis method used to help generating new business model prototype. The results of this research were two alternative of business model prototype for the enterprise’s development in the future. The first alternative is trying to classify new customer segment, and followed by creating the new value proposition. With the additional of new customer segment and the new value proposition, it caused the enterprise to extend the channels by optimalizing technologies, and eventually increase the revenue stream of the enterprise. The second alternative is trying to increase the customer relationship by creating the new value proposition. It will raise the opportunity to make an alliance or partnership for helping the business activity of the enterprise. However, the changes on some parts of the business model will affect the enterprise’s cost structure.

Berkembangnya barbershop membuat persaingan bisnis ini menjadi semakin ketat, bahkan di Kota Yogyakarta semakin banyak bermunculan barbershop. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini untuk menciptakan perancangan model bisnis berkelanjutan dalam mengembangkan bisnis usaha barbershop dengan menggunakan metode SWOT, dan BMC (Business Model Canvas). Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk perancangan model bisnis baru dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) sembilan blok, yaitu: (1) Customer Segmentations, (2) Value Propositions, (3) Channels, (4) Customer relationship, (5) Revenue Streams, (6) Key Resources, (7) Key Activities, (8) Key Partnerships, dan (9) Cost Structure. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model bisnis yang selama ini dilakukan dalam usaha Unick Barbershop Yogyakarta ditemukan kelemahan beberapa elemen BMC, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada 4 elemen yaitu; Blok Key Activities, Blok Value Propositions, Blok Customer Segmentations, dan Blok Key Resources

This research aims to map the excellence owned by Kampoeng Durian in Ngrogung District Ngebel that uses SWOT to analyze tourism development strategy of Kampoeng Durian Ngebel through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. This research was qualitative descriptive research methods using the Business Model Canvas framework, which was used to assess several variables in the tour Kampoeng Durian Ngrogung Village. The results showed that the tourism management Kampoeng durian need to conduct various development efforts in each component Business Model Canvas. Those were building business partners with various parties (key partner), adding business activities or operations in the business of Kampoeng Durian (key activities), doing durian fruit processing into various new products/processed products (value proposition), creating a special pricing program for tourists (customer relationship), providing easy road access to the tourism site of Kampoeng Durian Strategies by adding segments that will be served in a business (segment), Other resources in providing services to tourists. Purpose This paper aims to investigate the entrepreneurship perception and business developmental strategy of silk business in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach The study subject was the silk industry located in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The study population was 544 silk weavers running the business of silk weaving. The study sample consisted of 235 respondents. To prove the hypothesis stated by the author, the canvas business model analysis method was used to identify entrepreneurship perception, and SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis was conducted to understand the potential of the strategy of weaving business development in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Findings Business model canvas (BMC) is a complex business model that becomes simple through a canvas approach, drawing a sheet of the canvas containing a map of nine elements (box), allowing businessmen to identify the business potential. The nine elements of the canvas that should be understood and considered for running a business are customer segment, value proportion, channel, customer relationship, revenue steam, key resource, key activities, key partnership and cost structure. To improve farmers’ entrepreneurship perception, it would be nice for the weavers who run the silk business should constantly consider the nine elements of BMCso that in running their businesses, they can understand different considerations and create a progressive and developing silk industry. Originality/value This research is about merger two concept of business development in entrepreneurship to increase revenues, with the location of study as originality (no previous research for this relationship): Auditor in Wajo regency South Sulawesi Province in Indonesia. Based on the background stated above, this study aims to analyze entrepreneurship perception and silk industry developmental strategy in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia.

Tujuan penelitian – to observe whether or not feasible if done online and offline sales “sambal teri” merk Tera Teri and how Business model canvas at its business model elements 9.Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – The data that we get for this research, namely secondary data obtained at the library, trade organizarrions, the Central Bureau of statistics “sambal teri” merk Tera Teri business is a business that generates side dishes prepared with typical consumption of Indonesia. Temuan - Financial feasibility calculation results, value NPV TeraTeri > 0, amounting to Rp 1.159.716.330 for which it can be concluded that the business is eligible to run. Payback period that is required is for 1 year 5 months 4 days.Keterbatasan penelitian - The intended customer segment by TeraTeri is anyone interested in the chili sauce and “ikan teri” in the region of DKI Jakarta and focused customer segments, namely employees who do not have much time to cook and can't cook so choose food ready consumptionOriginality/value – Customer Relationship Tera Teri activity, using social media like Instagram and Line with all customers

PT Crowde Membangun Bangsa is a financial technology company that offers capital services for agricultural activities. With the concept of peer to peer lending (P2P), the company functions as a platform are to bring investors and customers together. To continue to grow and face competition in the future, PT Crowde Membangun Bangsa requires preparation and improvement of business models. This study aims to (1) map the business model applied at PT Crowde Membangun Bangsa, (2) Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas based on PT Crowde Build the Nation, (3) Formulate alternative Business Model strategies The right canvas to be applied to PT Crowde Membangun Bangsa. The data collection method is carried out by direct observation and using the qualitative method. The conclusion of this study is the improvement in the new Business Model Canvas, especially in the customer segment elements by adding plantations as a new segment and beef cattle commodities as an improvement to existing segments so that the company's targets are met, improvements in these elements need to be supported by improvements in other elements. namely reactivating individual investors as additional corporate financial key resources, additional types of loan facilities to increase the value proposition, and optimizing the use of technology in customer relationship elements and key activities so that additional consumer segments are followed by maximum service and efficient key activities.
