<p><em>Lampung Province area development that keeps increasing every year, in tune with new anyway that is the industrial sector and increasing tourism anyway. Liquid air transport one of the factors that play a role in developing regional Lampung, in addition it also in modern air transport become main options as a means of access to this provincial entry exit. Lampung Province local Government planned to maximize the group by doing airport development Radin Inten II airport into an international class that can accomodate superbly will access inward or outward in the sphere of Indonesia (SNI) and internationally. Development and design of the airport focused more to the passenger terminal, without neglecting other support facilities. Design question is how petite and mass terminal developed concept able to accommodate the predicted flight activities will grow each year, as well as the Lampung Province local wisdom impressions that will be highlighted. This method is used in the design and development is the method of architecture, so that the results obtained are supporting facilities that comply with the standard of the airport that simply playing on international flights, as well as the development of the area of the terminal in order to maximize undertakes activities in it.</em><em></em></p><p><em> </em></p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Development, Passanger Terminal, International Airport, Radin Inten II, Lampung Province.</em>

<p><em>This research was conducted using descriptive method to analyze and interpret the condition or condition of shadow embroidery industry barung barung balantai so that policy can be taken. The result of this research is shadow embroidery artisans must maximize social media for promotion, improve good relationship with local government in the form of continuous cooperation in order to maximize the existing potential in the shadow embroidery, utilize existing skilled manpower to do the coaching on the craftsmen so that the amount increases to increase production capacity and there is cutting time in the work, cooperating with other industries that support shadow embroidery such as bags, shoes, etc. through local government, making a joint container or a kind of shadow embroidery union can be a cooperative institution, marketing institutions or other institutions, increasing skill of craftsmen in processing materials embroidery and skill from the owner in managing his group facing competition with other products, as well as increasing the use of technology in the design and development of motives.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menganalisis dan menginterprestasikan keadaan atau kondisi industri sulam bayangan barung barung balantai sehingga dapat diambil kebijakan. Hasil penelitian ini pengrajin sulam bayangan harus memaksimalkan media sosial untuk promosi, meningkatkan hubungan baik dengan pemerintah daerah berupa kerjasama yang kontinue guna memaksimalkan potensi yang ada pada sulam bayangan, memanfaatkan tenaga terampil yang ada untuk melakukan pembinaan pada pengrajin sehingga jumlahnya bertambah agar kapasitas produksi meningkat dan ada pemangkasan waktu dalam pengerjaan, menjalin kerjasama dengan industri lain yang mendukung sulam bayangan seperti tas, sepatu, dll melalui pemerintah daerah, membuat wadah bersama atau semacam persatuan sulam bayangan bisa berupa lembaga koperasi, lembaga pemasaran ataupun lembaga lainnya, meningkatkan skill pengrajin dalam mengolah bahan sulam dan skill dari pemilik dalam mengelola kelompoknya menghadapi persaingan dengan produk lain, serta meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi dalam desain dan pengembangan motif.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

This study examined the association of security culture (X1) and the performance of airport services (X2) with air transport passenger satisfaction (Y), either individually or jointly.This study with a sample of 100 respondents passenger air transport, the distribution of questionnaires to terminal 2F domestic at Soekarno Hatta International Airport Cengkareng.Calculation results show a positive and significant relationship shown in securing cultural relations (X1) to the satisfaction of passenger air transport (Y). Airport service performance (X2) to the satisfaction of passenger air transport (Y). The relation security culture and performance of airport service to the satisfaction of the air transport of passengers together.The final results of this study have a strong positive relationship between security culture in air transport passenger satisfaction. Strong positive relationship between performance of airport services in air transport passenger satisfaction. And a strong positive relationship between culture security and performance of airport services to the satisfaction of the air transport of passengers together.Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan budaya pengamanan (X1) dan kinerja pelayanan bandar udara (X2) dengan kepuasan penumpang angkutan udara (Y), baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden penumpang angkutan udara, dengan melakukan sebaran kuesioner di terminal 2F domestik Bandar Udara International Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan pada budaya pengamanan (X1) dengan kepuasan penumpang angkutan, hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kinerja pelayanan bandar udara (X2) dengan kepuasan penumpang angkutan udara (Y), serta menghasilkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara budaya pengamanan (X1) dan kinerja pelayanan Bandar udara (X2) dengan kepuasan penumpang angkutan udara (Y) secara bersama-sama. Hasil akhir penelitian ini mempunyai hubungan positif dan kuat antara budaya pengamanan dengan kepuasan penumpang angkutan udara. Hubungan positif dan kuat antara kinerja pelayanan Bandar udara dengan kepuasan penumpang angkutan udara. Hubungan positif dan kuat antara budaya pengamanan dan kinerja pelayanan Bandar udara dengan kepuasan penumpang angkutan udara secara bersama-sama. Implikasi bagi penyelenggara bandar udara dalam tercapainya kepuasan penumpang angkutan udara dengan memberikan rasa aman, lancar, tertib, dan selamat dalam suatu penerbangan, serta jasa pelayanan bandar udara dengan kebersihan terminal dan ketersediaan fasilitas yang cukup dan baik.

High logistics costs which may cause the price gap (disparity) between regions in Indonesia. The high cost of logistics in Papua is also caused by the topography of the area which is largely mountainous region so that the accessibility of people and goods will be very dependent on air transport. Air transport facilities and infrastructure in Papua are still inadequate. Purposes of the study is to investigate the mechanisms of implementation and monitoring subsidies pioneering air transport of cargo to optimize the cost of air freight pioneer in Papua Province. With the ever descriptive qualitative research methods. Based on the analysis and discussion of the Air Transport Pilot Study Implementation of Cargo in Papua it can be concluded the following matters: mplementation of pioneering air transport of cargo is required to reduce the price gap between regions in the district capital of Papua (Timika, Wamena and Yakuhimo) to the surrounding districts. Of the several routes proposed by local government district in Papua, there are 11 routes that should be a priority in the implementation of pioneering air transport of cargo, ie: Timika-Beoga, Timika-Ilaga, Timika-Sinak, Timika-Kenyam, Wamena-Mugi, Wamena-Mamit, Wamena-Mapenduma, Dekai-Silimo, Dekai-Anggruk, Dekai-Korupun dan Dekai-Ubahak. Results of calculations and estimates of the type of aircraft and payload in the district of papua, it was concluded that the aircraft type DHC-6, C208B and PILATUS PC6, with a carrying capacity / payload of 800 kg / flight - 1000 kg /flight.

This research was conducted in the area of Soekarno-Hatta, Cengkareng. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the conformity between Soekarno-Hatta airport KKOP and the Local Government Regulation of Tangerang City. The method used in this study is a survey method or field study and at the explanatory-descriptive level. The methods of data collection are documentation, interviews, and observation. The result of the study can be concluded through the role of the Tangerang City government in making the 2012-2023 spatial  plan  of  Tangerang  City,  recommendations  on  safety  area  for  flight  operation against the local government regulation on the building conbstruction Tangerang City which have been made by the local government and the Regional Airport Authority I of Soekarno-Hatta  Airport,  and  conclusions  regarding  the  conformity between  Soekarno- Hatta Airport KKOP and Local Government Regulation of Tangerang City implemented in the Development Activity Plan of space structure plan consisting of the main activities of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Supporting Activities of Green Open Space, Land Use Plan.

The movement of passengers, goods and mail in North Maluku rely on air transport mode, known as Flight Pioneers. This research focused on the flight route, flight frequency and availability of aircraft in North Maluku. The method used is Descriptive Analysis and Observations on the location of the survey. Results of the analysis shows that on the Ternate – Morotai route which is the local government cooperation with Air Express Airlines (commercial) has higher ticket price not in accordance with Minister Decree KM Number 73 Year 2011 on Airfares Pioneer.This condition also apply on other flight routes where the local government had a role in the determination of tariff. Also note also that the district Emalamo Sanana airport temporarily not operating because there is the issue of land acquisition from the local airport. Pergerakan penumpang, barang dan pos di Maluku Utara lebih mengandalkan moda transportasi udara atau dikenal dengan Penerbangan Perintis. Penelitian ini difokuskan kepada rute penerbangan perintis apakah rute penerbangan perintis pada daerah tersebut perlu penambahan frekuensi penerbangan dan bagaimana ketersediaan pesawat, rute dan frekuensi penerbangan di Maluku Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Analisis dan Pengamatan di lokasi survey. Hasil dari analisis adalah pada rute Ternate – Morotai yang merupakan kerja sama Pemda setempat dengan Maskapai Penerbangan Express Air (komersil) dengan tarif yang cukup tinggi (tidak sesuai dengan KM Perhubungan 73 Tahun 2011 tentang Tarif Penerbangan Perintis) demikian pula pada rute-rute penerbangan lainnya dimana Pemda setempat ikut berperan dalam penentuan tarif. Selain itu diketahui pula bahwa bandara Emalamo di kabupaten Sanana untuk sementara tidak beroperasi karena ada persoalan pembebasan lahan bandara dari masyarakat setempat.

Indonesia with the very broad span its land, posses a large number of locations that feasible to be develop as a tourism area for supporting the economy of its cities. One of them that potentially to be developed was Bukit Surowiti in Gresik, East Java. Until recently Bukit Surowity only be used as pilgrimage tourism area, with high frequent visitors only happened at certains times of occasion. With the hilly topography condition, the area could offer an alternative type of tourism to be develop. An area itself can be said sustainable if it is supported by the ability to maintain and improve the environmental sustainability as of community economic through direct involvement for tourism development. This study aimed to analyzed the Bukit Surowity physical condition and identified areas that have the most appropriate land-carrying capacity for tourism facilities and supporting infrastructure for its development. The identification was conducted through a field surveys and land characteristics zoning based on the potential of topography, viewing zones and existing vegetation for the need of further analysis and mapping through Visual Absorption Capability method. The result generated a spatial map on the most feasible location for the land development that can become reference for the local government in determine the direction of Bukit Surowiti tourism area development

Merauke, located in the eastern part of Indonesia, has abundant natural resources and tourism potential. Unfortunately, these assets are not enough to establish Merauke as a successful border area. Even though many programs have been created by the local government of Merauke, the management of the border area in Sota Merauke has not been successful. This phenomenon poses a question about the barrier of developing Sota as a border tourism area. The research used qualitative methods by searching for related documents, observing Sota, and interviewing key persons including the local secretary of Merauke, the staff members of the local government of Merauke, the chief of police in Sota, WWF activists, and community leaders in Sota. The research found that the development of Sota as a border tourism area was not running well because of the lack of natural resource management, the lack of qualified human resources, and the lack of infrastructures with many institutional problems in those that did exist. The lack of qualified human resources was the most dominant factor because of the low ethos in the local community focused on developing the border area. The strategies proposed to tackle the barriers are: 1) to generate participation, especially that of youths and women, 2) to encourage tourism-aware groups, 3) to continuously implement group supervision, and 4) to develop border festivals with various cultural attractions and culinary promotions that involve a broad spectrum of Sota people.
