<p class="AbstractEnglish"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The purpose of this study was to create a learning media for color combination recognition that serves to help introduce colors and color combinations to the students of Al-Amin 3 Cemani Kindergarten. The stages of developing this color combination application consist of analysis, design, manufacture and testing. This learning media work system uses the Arduino Uno R3 (ATMEGA328) as a data processing center, TCS230 sensors as data input media. The data from Arduino Uno R3 processing results is displayed via RGB LED and a Visual Basic 2012-based desktop application. In the desktop application, the data input for color 1 and color 2 is processed through the combination button found in the application to combine color 1 and color 2. Overall test results, media learning color recognition and color combinations can work well in combining colors according to Munsell's Color Theory.</p><p class="AbstrakIndonesia"><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu media pembelajaran pengenalan kombinasi warna yang berfungsi untuk membantu mengenalkan tentang warna dan kombinasi warna pada siswa TK Al-Amin 3 Cemani. Tahapan pengembangan aplikasi kombinasi warna ini terdiri dari analisis, perancangan, pembuatan dan pengujian Sistem kerja media pembelajaran ini menggunakan Arduino Uno R3 (ATMEGA328) sebagai pusat pengolahan data, sensor TCS230 sebagai media input datanya. Data hasil pemrosesan Arduino Uno R3 ditampilkan melalui RGB LED dan aplikasi desktop berbasis Visual Basic 2012.  Pada aplikasi desktop data input warna 1 dan warna 2 diolah melalui tombol kombinasi yang terdapat pada aplikasi untuk mengkombinasikan warna 1 dan warna 2. Hasil pengujian secara keseluruhan, media pembelajaran pengenalan warna dan kombinasi warna sudah dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam mengkombinasikan warna sesuai dengan Teori Warna Munsell</p>

Clothesline that is used in the community is still in the form of a manual so that the community must raise it directly. People who have more interests or who work may not have to raise clothes directly so they have to leave their more important work. When traveling or there are other jobs the community is still confused how to pick up clothesline with changing weather. From these problems, a prototype model of automatic clothesline was built using Android-based Arduino, this is to simplify and shorten the time in lifting clothesline or drying clothes when our weather changes. Having designed an automatic clothesline using Android-based Arduino. In this study, the Arduino UNO microcontroller functions as a data processing center obtained from the LDR sensor to detect light, uses a water sensor to detect rainwater and uses a DC motor to move the clothesline out / in, and uses the Bluetooth HC-05 module to move the clothesline with Android. The test results show that this tool works well, when the device is turned on the sensor will check the weather outside whether the weather is sunny or rainy. When the weather is sunny or hot outside, the clothesline will automatically come out and if the weather outside is raining, the clothesline will automatically go inside. When the sensor does not function or has trouble the automatic clothesline can be controlled via a smartphone that is connected to the Bluetooth HC-05 module.

Well-designed wayfinding signs play an important role in improving the service level of metro stations, ensuring the safety of passengers in evacuation, and promoting the sustainable development of public transport. This study explored the effects of ambient illumination, color combination, sign height, and observation angle on wayfinding signs’ legibility in metro stations. In the experiment, simulated metro-wayfinding signs were made to test legibility. As designed, the legibility was measured based on the following independent variables: two levels of ambient illumination (70 lux and 273 lux), two target/background color combinations (achromatic-white target on black background, chromatic-yellow target on black background), two sign heights (1.5 m and 2 m), and three observation angles (0°, 45°, 70°). The results showed that brighter ambient illumination provided passengers with higher legibility. Achromatic color combination was more legible than chromatic color combination, but not significantly. Different types of signs, set at different height, did not directly affect legibility. Observation angle had significant effects on legibility. Visibility catchment area of wayfinding signs was like an ellipse, with its short axis nearly equal to the legibility distance of the sign at 0 degrees. The findings will facilitate the layout and setting location of wayfinding signs in metro stations and improve the level of wayfinding service.

Color is frequently used to enhance computer displays. However, observations indicate that software designers may not always use color to advantage. This study indicates that legibility can be significantly reduced with inappropriate character/background color combination implementation. It also presents a technique for determining character legibility when color is used.

In emergency situations, exit sign lightings play a role in reducing evacuation time for occupants by providing accurate and prompt information on the correct evacuation direction. In other words, it can be said that the better the recognition of exit sign lighting, the greater the probability of securing the safety of life because the evacuation route information is given to the occupants and eventually the time taken for route selection and movement is shortened. In this study, human reaction time was measured for 27 kinds of graphic symbol color combinations of exit sign lightings in the visible light region, and through this, a graphic symbol color combination that can minimize reaction time to exit sign lightings was derived. As a result, it was found that the color combination of green and white background color, which is currently mainly used in Korea, has the shortest reaction time.

INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Aplikasi Optimasi Produksi Air Limbah Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Sugeno Pada PD PAL Kota Banjarmasin menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.  Tahapan dilakukan dalam pembuatan Aplikasi Optimasi Produksi Air Limbah ini menggunakan beberapa tahap yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan sebuah perancangan database Microsoft Accses untuk menyimpan semua data serta aplikasi menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah program aplikasi desktop yang dapat mencatat data Aplikasi Optimasi Produksi Air Limbah Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Sugeno  dan meningkatkan kinerja dalam pengoptimalan produksi air limbah serta memberikan alternatif baru fasilitas pelayanan pelanggan dalam pembayaran  dengan menggunakan komputer berbasis Visual Basic 6.0. Pengolahan data berupa data karyawan, pelanggan, biaya, pembayaran, dan hasil produksi. Making this application uses a Microsoft Accses database design to store all data and applications using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.The final result of this study is a desktop application program that can record data on Waste Water Production Optimization Applications Using the Fuzzy Sugeno Method and improve performance in optimizing waste water production and provide new alternative customer service facilities in payments using a Visual Basic 6.0-based computer. The paper is devoted to the problem of evolution of table-ware color scheme in diff erent periods, of correlation between color combination and culture aspects of one or another society, and of techniques of individual selection of color and color combinations in table-ware. The authors view compositional basis of design of welfare items - in particular of table-ware in diff erent periods of arts and civilization development - and analyze the principles of formation and decoration of table set items. The analytic parallel is revealed between preferences in table sets choice and specifi city of psychological processes of associative image formation at consumers.

The increasing use of color displays in business, residential, and laboratory settings has resulted in the need for guidelines for the use of different combinations of colors for the display of text. The purpose of this study was to assess the legibility of a number of combinations of text and background colors for the display of text on home television sets and color monitors. The experiment used a list-scanning task. Each combination of text and background color was tested in a separate list. Reading time for each color combination was recorded. In addition, ratings of readability and pleasantness were collected. The results indicated that there were large differences between the legibility of particular color combinations. There was good agreement among subjects and also between performance and subjective measures. The potential usefulness of the methodology for determining general predictive rules for the legibility of color combinations will be discussed.

Kebutuhan energi semakin meningkat dengan berkembang pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, dan industri. Berbagai alternatif energi terus dikembangkan oleh pemerintah. Energi fosil terbatas jumlahnya oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sumber alternatif lain. Sumber energi yang mempunyai bahan baku dari air sebagai penggerak utama mempunyai potensi yang besar dan ketersediaannya sumber bahan baku yang mudah dan murah. Analisa dan perhitungan menggunakan software VBA sebagai add in ke sheet pada microsoft excel. Simulasi dilakukan dengan input data investment sebagai data awal yang dibutuhkan dan input beberapa parameter seperti VAT, interest, dll. Dari data input tersebut didapatkan hasil akhir untuk WACC yaitu 6.75%, IRR Project 10.88% (feasible), NPV Project 70.798.620 USD (feasible), BCR 1,36 (feasible), Payback Period 7 Tahun 8 Bulan, IRR Equity 12,95% (feasible), NPV Equity 30.057.140 USD (feasible). Hasil nilai NPV positif dan hasil perhitungan dikatakan feasible, maka proyek layak untuk dilaksanakan
