<pre><em>The industrial sector is one of the leading sector in Boyolali. There are several industrial area in Boyolali, one of them is Teras-Mojosongo Industrial Area. Teras-Mojosongo Industrial </em><em>Area</em><em> has been designated as </em><em>one of a</em><em> national-scale industrial area by the Ministry of Industry which is planned to be completed </em><em>at</em><em> 2016</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>The development of industrial </em><em>area</em><em> can not be separated from the impact </em><em>to it’s</em><em>  environment</em><em>. Green industry is  a concept of industrial area development to face environmental challenge and global economic crisis. Therefore the concept of green industry should be applied in the development of Teras-Mojosongo Industrial Area. This concern has to increase industrial economic growth and preserve environment. The question on this research is to know the readiness of  Teras-Mojosongo Indutsrial Area as green industry area seen from</em><em> </em><em>characteristic </em><em>(1) </em><em>green plan, </em><em>(2) </em><em>green process,</em><em> (3)</em><em> green management, and</em><em> (4)</em><em> green policy</em><em>. </em><em>This research is a quantitative research using scoring analysis technique</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>Based on the analysis, </em><em>the result shown</em><em> that the level of </em><em>readi</em><em>ness of </em><em>Teras-Mojosongo industrial area</em><em> as green industry area is close to ready</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>Therefore some of green industry</em><em> characteristics that need to be</em><em>improved</em><em>, such as green management characteristic and green policy characteristic</em><em>. The aims of this paper is to analyze the effect of the relationship between knowledge and on green management and its implication on competitive advantage and sustainable performannce. This study used a quantitative research approach that explains the phenomenon by collecting numerical data analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) with the WarpPLS program application. The population in this study were small or medium business owners (general managers) in the industrial sector in the city of Semarang. Knowledge and green management have a significant effect on competitive advantages and competitive advantages has a significant effect on the sustainability performance. It means that the knowledge and green management simultaneously shows a significant effect on competitive advantages and sustainability performance. The application of green management will also improve sustainability performance. The originality of this study is on the testing of simultaneous relationships between the factors making up the application of green management, namely knowledge as well as the impact of green management implementation on sustainability performance.

AbstractThis research examines the impact of MUI's halal label on the sales volume of Holland bakery in the city of Manado. The main problem in this study is how much influence the halal label has on sales volume. The objective achieved in this study was to find out the impact of MUI's halal label on Holland Bakery's sales volume in the city of Manado. And provide recommendations to other food companies so that they can increase sales volume. This type of research is quantitative research. Data used in the study are primary data or data directly from respondents through questionnaires that are distributed in Holland Bakery in the city of Manado. As a population and a sample of consumers are Holland Bakery in the city of Manado. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test, hypothesis testing using product moment correlation test and simple linear regression test. After going through quantitative procedures.This study found that the halal label has an effect on sales volume as evidenced by the product moment correlation test. It is known that the correlation value between variables X and Y is 0.562> 0. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. from the Model Summary table is 0.315 or around 31.5%. This means that the effect of the independent variable (Halal Label) on the dependent variable (Sales Volume) is 31.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining 68.5% (100-31.5 = 68.5%) are explained by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Halal Label, Sales Volume, Holland Bakery

Currently the development of industrial area development is very rapid this will impact on society if the waste from this industry is not controlled and is known by the societywhose territory is passed by the river from industrial waste disposal.The rapid technological developments will also provide convenience and benefits for the community to be able to control the waste industry one of them is by utilizing android applications in the form of an early warning system application.This research uses survey method and literature study. This research is limited to 5 industry area which primary data sample is taken, 5 industrial area that is surabaya, gresik, mojokerto, lamongan and sidoarjo, research stages include sampling in the industrial area which is then analyzed by using pH detection devices after it is done testing detection devices communicated with mobile phones based on android application this is done several times intended to produce a good test devices.One of the results of this research is the design of pH detection devices communicated with android-based mobile phones, the design referred to in this paper is in the form of UML consisting of 3 diagrams that are use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams

Purpose of the study: The main purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of gender diversity on organisational integrity in the context of Pakistani industrial sector. This study also investigates about the influences of female leaders on the association between diversity and organisational integrity and evaluates the effect of work place diversity on increase in organisational performance. Methodology: This study involves mediating and moderating variables along with independent and dependent variables, therefore researcher in this study has utilised Structural equation model (SEM) and Meta Regression Analysis (MRA) for achieving the main objectives of this research. The researcher has followed the positivism research philosophy as well as deductive research approach. In this study, researcher has followed quantitative research design to attain the key objectives of this study. Main Findings: From the results of study, it can be suggested that employers in Pakistan should diversify their workforce and also look to hire female candidates for the same position as male candidates since it would increase the work efficiency and integrity within an organisation as women tend to work more or equally passionately in their respective fields similar to men. Applications of this study: So, the study of impact of gender diversity on organisational integrity in the context of Pakistani industrial sector is not only useful for IT department but also useful for all organisational where gender diversity exists. Novelty/Originality of this study: Finally, it is important to clarify that one of the research gap that has been identified is the difference in wages between the male and the female employees. The difference in the pay scale between the two genders is considered to be a sophisticated gap that the research can deliberately overcome.

Over the past few years, industrial organizations are increasingly realizing the significance of customers' service; one of the key challenges for them is how to improve the strategic orientations factors. This paper adapts the quantitative research approach by using the survey strategy, which is conducted by a questionnaire collected from 218 respondents working in seventy-two (72) industrial companies that listed and traded in Amman stock exchange under the industrial sector. The researcher uses the SPSS as an analysis technique to test all hypotheses. The findings of the study show that the three strategic orientations factors (customer, competitor, and technology) have a significant impact on the sustainable competitive advantage. Hopefully, these findings will shed some light for the Information Technology (IT) Industry allowing them to integrate strategic orientations factors (customer, competitor, and technology) to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

The target of this research is to provide an overview and analysis of the impact between commitment, ability and motivation on the work performance of the Selat Akar Village Office Apparatus, Tasik Putri Puyu District. The research approach is included in the quantitative research approach. The population is 31 officers from Selat Akar Village Office, Tasik Putri Puyu District and the number of samples is 30 people using census sampling technique. The method of collecting data is using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The findings in the research found that the commitment and work ability of the officers were in fairly good condition, while the motivation and work performance of the officers at the Selat Akar Village Office were in good condition. There is no significant impact between ability on work performance while there is a significant impact between ability or motivation on work performance of the Selat Akar Village Office Apparatus, Tasik Putri Puyu District.

<p>This background of this research is the establishment of several factories in Butuh Village, Mojosongo Sub-District, Boyolali Regency, which forms an industrial area. In the past, the residents of Butuh Village worked by cultivating land and breeding livestock because the soil in this area is barren and water sources are difficult to find. Because of the establishment of industrial area, the economic activity of this area increases significantly.</p><p>This research uses descriptive-quantitative research method. Qualitative analysis is used to discover the increase of economic activity and the level of health and education of the surrounding community. Whereas quantitative analysis was conducted by using Paired Samples T test. This test is used to discover the presence of average difference between two paired (corresponding) sample groups. In this case, it is about community’s income and expenditure in the surroundings of industrial area. Whereas regression analysis, specifically Ordinary Least Square(OLS) Logit, is used to discover community’s entrepreneurship desire after the existence of industrial area.</p><p>The impact of industrial area in Butuh Village, Mojosongo Sub-district can reduce unemployment rate. However,most people in Butuh Village prefer becoming entrepreneurs around the industrial area to factory workers. Additional income earned shifts the way of thinking of people around industrial area in the field of education and health. In addition, there were differences of income and expenditure between the times before and after the existence of industrial area in Butuh Village. The last, education, income  and expenditure influence  the entrepreneurial decision.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key words: Industrial Area, Income, Expenditure, Paired Samples T-test, Logit.</strong></p>

ABSTRACTTax Office Service Pratama Surabaya Rungkut, located at Jalan Jagir Wonokromo 104 Surabaya, is a fraction of the Tax Office Service Surabaya Wonocolo, which is charge of carrying out counseling, services and supervision of taxpayers in the taxation sector based on the applicable law. The purpose of this research is to determine the significant effects of taxation e-system, taxation socialization and taxation sanction on the compliance of personal taxpayers registered at Tax Office Service Pratama Surabaya Rungkut. Respondents were taken from all personal Taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Surabaya Rungkut with a total of 110 people. This study uses quantitative research methods with the results of causal relationships, so that samples and hypotheses are used in this method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis to test the hypothesis. Classic assumption tests used include, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality Test, Autocorrelation Test and Linearity Test.  All indicators used in this study are valid (correlation coefficient> 0.1918 with a significance level <0.05) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha coefficient value> 0.60). From the results of the classic assumption test shows that this study has met the requirements, namely: 1.) Regression models free from multicollinearity; 2.) Free from the assumption of heteroscedasticity; 3.) Regression models are normally distributed; 4.) There is no autocorrelation; 5.) Both variables have a linear relation. From the results of data analysis concluded that, the impact of taxation e-system did not significant effect on the level of personal Taxpayers compliance at Tax Office Service Pratama Surabaya Rungkut, with a significance value of 0,229. While taxation socialization and taxation sanctions give a significant influence on the level of personal Taxpayers compliance at Tax Office Service Pratama Surabaya Rungkut, with a significance value of 0.029 and 0,000. The application of taxation e-system, taxation socialization and taxation sanctions simultaneously (together) give a significant influence on the level of  personal Taxpayers compliance at Tax Office Service Pratama Surabaya Rungkut, evidenced by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (Test F) showing a significance value of 0,000.Keywords : Taxation e-system, taxation socialization, taxation sanction, personal taxpayers compliance

The research objective to be achieved is to provide understanding and knowledge to the public, especially investors and creditors regarding the implications of corporate financial and non-financial factors on cost of debt and can be used as a reference for further researchers as well as a reference for stakeholders (investors, creditors and government) in taking relevant and reliable decisions. The method used is quantitative research with secondary data taken from the financial statements of issuers at IDX with data collection techniques using purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The population in this study were manufacturing companies in the basic industry and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were carried out for 3 years of observation, namely 2016-2018. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method in order to obtain as many as 60 samples. The analysis technique used is the t statistical test and the classical assumption test which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results of this study indicate that the leverage variable has a positive effect on cost of debt; the variables of profitability, liquidity, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent commissioners did not affect the cos of debt.

The research objective is to analyze the impact of the participation of online  ICT teacher training to increase the number of accessibility the learning content of features in Rumah Belajar. This research used the quantitative research approach with descriptive quantitative analysis methods to be able to describe how the increase in accessibility features of Rumah Belajar and utilization in learning in school. Samples were selected in this study are all online training participants at 15 locations online training that has been conducted by Pustekkom in 2015 and 2016 in 2015. The data was collected using a questionnaire and a list of open questions in accordance with the purpose of research. The results showed that 1) online ICT teacher training participants, after completing the Pustekkom  training online  using become more motivated to access other feature in Rumah Belajar; 2) The order of the percentage of the intensity level of accessibility to the other features of Rumah Belajar are: Sumber Belajar 23%, BSE 23%, Bank Soal 21%, Kelas Maya 13%, Lab Maya 6%, Karya Guru 4%, Wahana Jelajah Angkasa 4%, Peta Budaya 4% and Karya Komunitas 2%, and ICT training online using the application PKB Rumah Belajar can be used as a reference for efforts to develop a web-based learning applications, in particular for the development of Rumah belajar portal belongs Pustekkom Kemendikbud. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis dampak keikutsertaan diklat online  TIK guru Belajar terhadap peningkatan jumlah aksebilitas konten pembelajaran pada fitur-fitur rumah belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis kuantitatif secara deskriptif untuk bisa menggambarkan bagaimana peningkatan aksesbilitas fitur-fitur rumah belajar dan pemanfaatannya dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah semua peserta diklat online  pada 15 lokasi diklat online yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Pustekkom pada tahun 2015 dan 2016. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan daftar pertanyaan terbuka sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) peserta diklat online TIK Guru, setelah mengikuti diklat online Pustekkom, menjadi lebih termotivasi untuk mengakses fitur-fitur lainnya dalam Rumah Belajar; 2) Urutan prosentase tingkat intensitas aksesbilitas terhadap fitur-fitur Rumbel selain Pengembangan Keprofesian berkelanjutan (PKB) adalah: Sumber Belajar 23%, Buku Sekolah Elektronik (BSE) 23%, Bank Soal 21%, Kelas Maya 13%, Lab Maya 6%, Karya Guru 4%, Wahana Jelajah Angkasa 4%, Peta Budaya 4% dan Karya Komunitas 2%; dan 3) diklat online TIK menggunakan aplikasi PKB. Rumah belajar bisa dijadikan referensi bagi upaya pengembangan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis web, khususnya bagi pengembangan portal Rumah Belajar milik Pustekkom Kemendikbud.
