<p><em>The purpose of this research are   (1) to know the influence   of product quality, price, service quality toward the customer satisfaction PP Kerja and (2) to know the influence of product quality, price, service quality and customer satisfaction toward the PP Kerja’s customer loyalty. The research here used explanatory research in this research. The sample used by 50 farmers who are customers of PP Kerja. The sampling technique using Convenience Sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire. The technique of collecting data was solved through observation, interviews and recording. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and path analysis (path analysis). The results of this research showed that (1) the product quality  (X1),  price  (X2)  and  service  quality  (X3)  simultaneously  influenced  the customer satisfaction of PP Kerja (Y1). The total influenced of each variabel is 0,339;</em><em>0.178 and 0.543. (2) the product quality (X1), price (X2), service quality (X3) and customer satisfaction (Y1) simultaneously influenced the customer loyalty of PP Kerja (Y2). The price variable could influence the total of customer satisfaction 0,222; the service quality variable 0,362 and the customer satisfaction variable 0,442 it could give influence toward the customer satisfaction.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of product and service quality influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Starbucks Bale Kota Tangerang. Independent variables consist of product quality and service quality, the dependent variable consists of customer loyalty and variables which include customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Starbucks Bale Kota which is engaged in sales, located in Tangerang. The background behind sales research at Starbucks Bale Kota is indeed growing, but most of the sales come from new customers, not old customers or repurchases and in this study aims to see what influences the sense of customer loyalty to Starbucks Bale Kota. The authors of this study take product quality and service quality variables because these variables are in a dominant position in the Starbucks Bale Kota phenomenon. The sample used was 170 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is a non-probability sampling method with a research technique in the form of Path Analysis. The results showed that product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction as an intervening variable is proven to have a greater influence than the direct effect.Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

 The aim of study is to  analyze about effect  product  quality  and  service  quality  on customer’s satisfaction to build customer’s loyalty at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” in the branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. Population in this study are all consumers who make  purchases at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” the branch in the  branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. While the sample  in  this  study  is a portion of consumers who have  made  purchases at least twice in the past year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data  used in this study is primary data. The number  of studies  in  this  study were  sixty  samples  in  the  city of Yogyakarta which  were processed  using  multiple linear regression  analysis  and mediation analysis  using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study are: product quality dosen’t have a significant effect on customer satisfaction,  service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction doesn’t have a significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality  dosen’t  have a significant  effect on  customer loyalty and service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty of the two independentvariables dosen’t indicate a mediating  relationship  with  customer  satisfaction as a mediator variable.

Abstract: The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price toward customer satisfaction on industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. This study is a descriptive research which aims to clarify the relationship or influence that exist between the variables studied. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the customer industry/ bakery shop in Bengkulu city as many 2400 people were taken with the judgemental (purposive sampling) technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and multiple linear regression analysis.  Based on the analysis, the result that the simultaneously product quality, service quality, and price is significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. The next in partial product quality and service quality is positively and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/bakery shop in the Bengkulu city, while the price is negative and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city.Keyword: service, quality, satisfaction, bakery.

Research on start-up SMEs in tourism is still very rare. This study explains the effect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on 'Kombuchi Brewing Co' as start up company for SMEs in tourism. Survey was conducted by using questionnaires to 120 respondents. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The conclusion of this study stated that product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. On the other side, product quality and service quality had indirect and significant effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Berlian Beauty Clinic Samarinda ,. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS statistical software version 22. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), which is a method that takes all populations to become respondents in this study. The number of taking samples was 83. Derived from the Berlian beauty Clinic sample on A. Wahab Syahranie street No.199A Samarinda. Data collection used is the technique of observation, questionnaires, and literature writing. While the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that the product quality variable (X1) with a significant value of 0.05 because tcount = 7.569> ttable = 1.990 and the sig = 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study concluded that the variable service quality (X2) with a significant value of 0.05 because tcount = 4.554> ttable = 1.990 and the sig = 0.000 <0.05. thus the service quality variable has a partial effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on customer satisfaction of BNI Mobile banking users through the image of the bank as an intervening variable. Data used in this study are primary data, data collection through questionnaires with a total sample of 185 respondents who are "BNI Mobile banking" customers use a purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: The e-service quality variable directly affected the customer satisfaction variable; The e-trust variable directly influences the customer satisfaction variable; e-service quality variables affect the image of the bank, e-trust variables affect the image of the bank, and the image of the bank affect customer satisfaction. Thus, BNI Bank should continue to improve service quality and trust in the Bank so that customers feel satisfied so that the bank's reputation is better.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh layanan melalui Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas. Untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) melalui kepuasan nasabah pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Unit Siwa Kabupaten Wajo. Untuk mengimplemasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Hasil uji mediasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan nasabah tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Unit Siwa Kabupaten Wajo. To implement these objectives, descriptive analysis, validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis are used. The results of the study found that service quality through physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service through tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The mediation test results show that customer satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of service quality through tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for customer loyalty at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Siwa Unit in Wajo Regency.

Purpose, - This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price perception and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sendy’s Swalayan Palangka Raya.Design/methodology/approach - The research method uses an explanatory approach to techniques survey, the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, the sampling technique using census techniques. Data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation studies, while data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis techniques. Findings - The results showed that the influence of service quality, price perception and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sendy’s Swalayan Palangka Raya. And the results of the descriptive analysis state that the respondents agreed with the proposed indicators.

This study aims to knowing the influence of trust and service quality to customer loyalty users delivery service package in PT. JNE Express Branch Jember with satisfacton as intervening variables. This study is explanatory research. Population is all customer of PT. JNE Express whoever sent the package. The sampling method for this study was used with purposive sampling technique and it got 104 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The result of study showed that path analysis determined the influence of trust toward satisfaction showed positive relation. It indicates that the better trust could increase customer satisfaction. Path analysis determined the influence of trust toward customer loyalty showed positive relation. It indicates that the better trust could increase customer loyalty. Path analysis determined the influence of service quality toward satisfaction showed positive relation. It indicates that the better service quality could increase customer satisfaction. Path analysis determined the influence of service quality toward customer loyalty showed positive relation. It indicates that the better service quality could increase customer loyalty. Path analysis determined the influence of customer satisfaction toward customer loyalty showed positive relation. It indicates that the better customer satisfaction could increase customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at PT. Honda Denpasar Agung Indah Motor in Bali. Research respondents were company customers with a minimum age of 17 years and had purchased a Honda car unit at a PT dealer. Honda Denpasar Agung Indah Motor. The number of research respondents was set at 110 respondents using the sampling technique that was purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis technique and the sobel test. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Honda Denpasar Agung Indah Motor.   Key words : service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.
