Bali Province has different quantity and quality of natural resources in each area. These differences lead to inequality or disparity between its districts and city. The purpose of this study is determine the economic inequality according to the region and business sectors in the Province of Bali. The data in this study use the secondary data of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on Constant Prices from 2015 to 2019 taken from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) every area in the Province of Bali. This research was determined by the Klassen typology analysis method and the determination of regional disparities using the Williamson Index. The results of this study indicate that the Province of Bali has an inequality value of the Williamson Index of 0.26 in 2019 which shows a pretty good value with a decrease in the level of economic inequality compared to research in the previous year. Equitable development must still be considered by focusing on regions and sectors that are still lagging behind or underdeveloped, so that the development process can occur in all region of Bali Province.

(1) Background: Evaluation of the quality and reliability of the frailty syndrome videos available on YouTube platform was the aim of this study. (2) Methods: The observational study included 75 videos retrieved by searching seven terms related to frailty syndrome on YouTube. The quality and reliability of the videos were measured using three different tools: quality criteria for consumer health information (DISCERN), the Global Quality Score (GQS), and the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA). The video content was categorized according to the following characteristics: video provider, duration, view count, average daily views of the video, average daily views of a channel, channel subscribers, number of days since upload date, likes, dislikes, comments, the external webpages linked to the videos. (3) Results: The videos had a mean duration of 375 s and an average number of views of 1114. The quality of 17 videos assessed in the study was found to be high, 48—intermediate, and 10—low. The high-quality videos had the longest duration, the highest number of views, and points for the DISCERN score. The physician uploaders had the highest mean DISCERN and mean GQS scores, the highest number of views, and the longest duration but the hospital channels had the highest JAMA score. (4) Conclusions: YouTube can be a valuable source of medical information for patients and caregivers. The quality of videos mostly depends on the authorship and the source of video providers—physicians, academic, and health care-related organizations provide the best quality content based on professional medical knowledge.

The quality of development and commissioning the automated system for preparing aircraft flight data (ASPD) depends on many factors, among which it is necessary to identify and justify those most significantly affecting quality of the system being commissioned. The practice of designing an ASPD has shown that the quality assessment based on its characteristics is nothing more than a consequence. This situation is due to the presence of deeper factors that will only appear during the operation of the system. To eliminate this situation, the problem is formulated as a task of determining the factors affecting the quality of development and commissioning the system, based on the data obtained by mathematical processing of expert estimates of each factor significance. To solve this problem, it is proposed to use the hierarchy analysis method. Developed on its basis the methodological approach makes it possible: – to identify the main factors significantly affecting the quality of the ASPD being commissioned, and to propose qualitative scales for assessing the degree of feasibility of each generic criterion; – to formalize a multi-criteria indicator of the degree of the ASPD quality compliance with the requirements of generic criteria and obtain its dependence on the levels of development and commissioning the system; – to justify the requirements for ASPD operational suitability, perform its evaluation, as well as determine the necessary measures for implementing the specified requirements on operational and technical characteristics of the ASPD.

The article discusses the experience of teaching and conducting spirometry of general practitioners as part of the RESPECT study (RESearch on the PrEvalence and the diagnosis of COPD and its Tobacco-related aetiology). A total of 33 trained in spirometry general practitioners performed a study of 3119 patients. Quality criteria met 84.1% of spirometric studies. The analysis of the most common mistakes made by doctors during the forced expiratory maneuver is included. The most frequent errors were expiration exhalation of less than 6s (54%), non-maximal effort throughout the test and lack of reproducibility (11.3%). Independent predictors of poor spirogram quality were male gender, obstruction (FEV1 /FVC<0.7), and the center where the study was performed. The number of good-quality spirograms ranged from 96.1% (95% CI 83.2–110.4) to 59.8% (95% CI 49.6–71.4) depending on the center. Subsequently, an analysis of the reasons behind the poor quality of research in individual centers was conducted and the identified shortcomings were eliminated. The poor quality of the spirograms was associated either with the errors of the doctors who undertook the study or with the technical malfunctions of the spirometer.

ABSTRACT Tire tread wear is a key issue in the tire development process and for tire customers. In order to measure the wear performance, tire manufacturers usually proceed to wear tests and calculate the tire life from those tests. An important point in this tire life computation is the criteria chosen for defining the tire's end of life. In Europe, there is a legal minimum tread depth set to 1.6 mm applicable to 75% of the tread pattern width. However, outside those 75% (i.e., on the shoulder part), no clear and shared limit is defined. Also, the usual behavior of customers to decide when their tires should be changed is not well known. The goal of this 2012 study was to identify an average worn profile of tires in Europe and the behavior of customers for replacing their tires. For that, 3000 tires worn out by customers have been collected in scrapyards and measured in five European countries. In this article, we will present the tire collecting method, the measurement process, the analysis method, and some general results and statistics on this 3000 tire database. Finally, the method to compute the average end of life profile and the resulting profile is given.

The quality of public services and the yield of organizations are not limited to the financial investment and innovation solely. Human capital plays a critical role in the growth and excellence in institutions, but its contribution remains dependent on several factors. Its role is not limited on quantitative and qualitative accumulating, because it should be coherent and integrated in the development process. The theories of endogenous growth contributed to account for the disparity in levels of development between countries, by assuming that the extent of human capital response or inversely lack of responsiveness the economic system. This inaction is usually the prime cause of the deterioration of the quality of service and lack of satisfaction of the citizens, in addition of the lack of employee satisfaction about the circumstances of his work. Hence, arose the significance of several research about the mechanisms of reducing non-enthusiasm for the job or complacency professional and indifference. Staff of Jazan University has been chosen as a context of the empirical investigation of this study. The data has been collected using a well designed questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS program.
