INFLUENCE OF FRICTION IN THE ARMORED FACE CONVEYOR CHAIN ON DYNAMICS AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY

The range of values ​​of the coefficient of resistance to movement of the chain of typical longwall armored face conveyors and the coefficient of inner viscous friction in the chain, both immersed in the moving load and during the idle run of the conveyor, is estimated. The computer model of the conveyor is built as a multi-mass elastic-viscous stretched closed chain without sag with the number of masses n = 200 and one induction drive motor located in the head of the conveyor. Using the constructed model, three-dimensional space-time dynamic characteristics of speeds and forces in the chain of the CP72 longwall armored face conveyor are obtained. Start up to rated speed v≈1 m / s and the working process is simulated with an unloaded conveyor. The spatial form of frictional self-oscillations in the model with distributed parameters is shown. The resonance frequencies and amplitudes of oscillations of the efforts in the circuit and the length of the corresponding spatial waves have been determined. It was found that at the first and second resonance frequencies, self-oscillations are not excited, since the damping effect of the electric drive is quite pronounced in this frequency band. The direct connection of vibration amplitudes with the energy efficiency of the conveyor electric drive is indicated.

The article considers the concept of financial stability of the company in modern conditions, reveals the real situation on this issue, indicates ways to improve the situation. An important direction is to ensure an adequate level of financial stability, which guarantees the rational use of resource potential and stable development in the future. Based on the issues and purpose of the study, an analysis of scientific papers was conducted to determine the concept of financial stability. Differences among scientists in understanding the concept and the problem of lack of clear directions and programs to improve the financial stability of the enterprise are identified. Taking into account the opinions of numerous authors, the determining internal and external factors influencing the financial stability of the enterprise are highlighted. It is determined that today economic and financial factors have the greatest impact on financial stability. The concept of internal and external financial stability is considered. To assess financial stability, it is proposed to use a system of indicators, as one specific group is not enough to characterize the level of stability. The negative consequences of financial instability with unsatisfactory indicators of financial stability are considered. Ways to increase financial stability are proposed. The importance of choosing a financial strategy as a lever in the development of the company is determined. The analysis of the financial stability of the enterprise is considered as a consistent, step-by-step consideration of all parameters related to the conduct of economic activity. Forecasting and analyzing measures to improve financial stability, it is noted that in the modern economy an important component of the process of developing and implementing the financial strategy of the enterprise is financial controlling. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

The directions of influence of organizational culture on separate aspects of personnel management of the enterprise are described. Some examples of personnel management are given in the context of the importance of organizational culture. It is determined that the spiritual and ideological elements of organizational culture determine the content of employee culture and their interpersonal relationships, they directly determine the behavior of employees in the process of their individual and collective actions in the relevant stages of use and development of material elements. It is substantiated that this is an integrating factor that characterizes human relations in the process of formation, development and corresponding changes in the activities of the organization. It is proved that another element of organizational culture is the culture of labor and production, which is presented in the norms, standards and principles of internal regulations established by the owner (manager) and enshrined in regulations that ensure internal relations, stability and efficiency.

APPLICATION OF SOME MODELS OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS WITH AN EXAMPLE OF TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THEIR RELIABILITY FOR INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN PRACTICE

The publication presents the most common and promising models and schemes for replacing the power supply system of industrial enterprises, and an example of their use in practice for power supply to sewage treatment plants of a chemical enterprise. Various types of models are considered (in tabular form, in the form of an electrical replacement circuit or in the form of a finite-state machine), as well as a logical-probabilistic approach to the representation of the power supply system. The use of automation systems in power supply systems of industrial enterprises can reduce the total number of accidents, prevent their development, reduce the time of disconnections of electrical installations and downtime of mechanisms, and also allows to transfer to work without constant maintenance a significant number of electrical installations of substations, which, in turn, leads to a reduction in the number of service personnel, increase labor productivity and reduce maintenance costs. One of the main tasks on the way to automating the power supply system of enterprises is to present it in the form of a model. The list of replacement models and schemes that can be used to represent the power supply system of enterprises is quite large, and choosing the appropriate model, for that best meets the requirements of the final goal is quite a complex scientific task. The purpose of this article is to analyze the most common and promising models and schemes for replacing the power supply system and provide recommendations on their application in practice for power supply to sewage treatment plants of a chemical enterprise. Presenting the power supply system in the form of a table allows you to simplify and visually perform certification of electrical equipment, identify problem and weak points in the power supply system of industrial enterprises. Such a table proves that a large amount of electrical equipment at lower levels depends on a single electrical device at higher levels. The representation of the power supply system in the form of a three-phase symmetric replacement circuit can be used to calculate short-circuit currents in symmetric and unbalanced modes in the MatLab program and similar. Using the model of the power supply system in the form of a finite-state machine allows you to visually check the reliability of power supply to consumers, simplify the design of the power supply system of an industrial enterprise, select the state of switching devices in the power supply system and take into account the advantages and disadvantages of each state. It is advisable to use the methods discussed in this article to represent the power supply system (in tabular form, in the form of a finite-state machine or a three-phase symmetric replacement scheme) and their further application and use in automated power supply systems of industrial enterprises. The logical-probabilistic method allows us to consider the issue of power supply reliability based on the theory of logical algebra.

ANALYSIS OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES TO ENHANCE CAPITAL BUDGETING IN CURRENT CONDITIONS

An integral assessment of the production capacity of several machine-building enterprises, which includes their financial position analysis, is performed in the article. The methodological basis for determining the integral indicator of the financial position is a method of multifactorial discriminatory analysis. Five classes assigned based on the level of financial position range from the highest level of capacity to meet obligations and the lowest probability of default to the lowest level with a high probability of default. The analysis shows that the financial independence ratio exceeds the critical value for 60% of enterprises, 40% pay off debt in time and their financial risk ratio value is close to industry standard, 20% entities encounter problems with paying off current debt. In general, according to the results of integral assessment of the considered enterprises production capacity, over 60% of the entities belong to the first class, 20% - each to the fifth and second classes. These results serve as an input in the development of required rate of return assessment model to enhance capital budgeting at machine-building enterprises.
