On the base of modal synthesis theory, the self-compiling vehicle-bridge coupling vibration analysis program was used to analyze the vehicle dynamic response and passing vehicle riding comfort of cable-stayed bridge. Compared with the impact of different factors on vehicle riding comfort, this method provides a useful theoretical reference to correlated evaluation research and management maintenance. The influence of driving speed on comfort is not obvious. The research makes reference to correlated project evaluation in procedure and method.

Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) is a student-centered strategy within the constructivist learning approach. This strategy is an important approach that makes students active inside and outside the classroom, and enables students to work in groups, conduct research, present their research, and increase their academic success. When the literature is reviewed, there are many studies that show that IBL increases the academic success of students. The aim of this study is to make the meta-analysis of articles and theses carried out in Turkey between the dates of 01.01.2000 and 01.03.2020 that investigate the impact of IBL on the academic achievement. In this study, meta-analysis method was used to determine the effects of IBL on students’ academic achievement based on grade levels and publication types. The studies evaluated within the scope of this study were created by using the databases of Google Scholar and the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education. To this end, 30 studies were selected in accordance with year, method, data, and publication type criteria. In this study, the thesis and article evaluation form developed by the researchers was used as the main means of data collection. Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) program was used to analyze the data. According to the results of this study, it is concluded that IBL significantly increases the academic achievement and the effect sizes are meaningful when grade levels are compared. That is, IBL at high school level is more effective than other educational levels, and when the effect sizes are examined, there are no significant differences based on the types of publication (i.e., articles and theses).

Assurance of Learning (AOL) has become an increasingly important dimension in Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) evaluation standards. In this case study, the authors developed and used a distinct AOL model to measure the impact on students learning in a capstone finance course at a state university in Indiana. Direct assessment of students learning is tested in closely controlled classroom environment through exam. A comparative analysis is completed using AOL developed model for the years 2017 and 2018. The findings suggest the mean non-AOL grade (85.67%) is significantly higher than the mean AOL grade (58.60%) in the year 2017. The same was observed in 2018, the mean non-AOL (85.53%) was significantly greater than the mean AOL grade (70.96). A poor performance in AOL model category indicates that the AOL model developed for this study successfully measures Assessment Process.

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted to virtual learning been implemented as a new norm of learning. Teachers must be able to interact with students using different sources in order to create new learning experience using virtual learning. The main discussion aims to recognise the impact of teaching and learning in introducing virtual learning to students. The problems some teachers and students face include too much workload or online assignment, technology dependent, vague instructions and de-professionalism. The impact of teaching and learning were measured using a framework created by Danielson for teaching and learning which are planning and preparation, classroom environment, instructions and professional responsibilities. The framework will guide teachers to identify their responsibilities and help students improve learning. An online survey was conducted among 41 lecturers using convenience sampling technique. The suggestions given were based on T.E.A.M. concept which consists of transmissions of knowledge and effective framework, establish teachers and students' improvements, assess students in learning and maintain professional development. The key finding of this paper is the impact of implementing T.E.A.M. framework towards the effectiveness of virtual learning.
