The background of the pedestrian in Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street which conditions are not comfortable for pedestrians to pass, so as to improve the comfort of the pedestrian, in this study try to understand street furniture needed for pedestrian comfort in pedestrians on Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street. Data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire containing closed questions. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that men prefer to walk than women, the time when people decide to walk most choose when they go to exercise, the distance traveled by people when deciding to walk is 300-600 meters, street furniture is very much needed for pedestrian comfort in the pedestrian on Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street are street lights, bins, seating, and public toilets. While pedestrians are needed enough are traffic signs, shelters, bollards, and road guardrail. Pedestrians need less is flower pots, fountains and warnings, and waste containers.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic technical skills of lay up and one hand set shot of basketball extracurricular members at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The research subjects were 20 participants. The data analysis technique in this study used the percentage formula. The results showed that the extracurricular participants did the lay up and one hand set shot skills test in the "Enough" category with 13 participants (65.00%). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the basic technique skills of lay up and one hand set shot of extracurricular basketball participants at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency are included in the "Enough" category.   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket di SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 peserta. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan tes keterampilan lay up dan one hand set shot pada kategori “Cukup” dengan 13 peserta (65,00%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup”.

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of lending by PT. BPR Tangerang Branch.The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Determination of respondents was chosen by using purposive sampling with a sample of 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis.The results showed that the level of attainment of the percentage of the effectiveness of giving credit as a whole is in the effective category (82.75 percent), thus it can be said that the credit given by Bank PT. BPR Tangerang Branch is effective seen from the 5C principle, namely Character, Capacity, capital, Collateral, and conditon of economic. Judging from the results of the measurement of the Characteristics of lending effectiveness through its dimensions shows that all dimensions support the effectiveness. Judging from the table above 1 dimension is in the very effective category, namely the Character dimension 86.93%, 4 dimensions are in the effective category, namely the dimensions of Capacity 78.14%, capital 82.86% and dimensions of Collateral 84.86%, and dimensions condition of economy is 74.71%.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengembangan karakter disiplin melalui sepakbola usia dini pada peserta Indonesian Junior Soccer League 2018. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter disiplin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah incidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesian Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil r-tabel 0,254 dan r-total 28,93 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,85. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karakter disiplin melalui sepakbola usia dini pada peserta Indonesian Junior Soccer League 2018 adalah sebagai berikut : sebanyak 148 orang tua (40%) menyatakan bahwa melalui sepakbola karakter disiplin anak sangat berkembang, sebanyak 121 orang (31%) cukup berkembang, dan 99 orang (27%) kurang berkembang terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin anak melalui sepakbola. The method used in this research is survey method, that is by using questionnaire forming character of cooperation. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling, which is taken as sample is the parent or guardian of the Indonesian league participants Junior Soccer League who researchers meet by chance as much as 368 people. This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument that has been arranged was consulted to the expert, then tested the validity with the result rtabel 0,254 and rtotal 28,93 and reliability equal to 0,85. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with percentage. The results showed that the development of the character of discipline through early soccer in the league Indonesian Junior  Soccer  League 2018  is in the category of low or bad as many as 148  people (40%) on the formation of discipline character, as many as 121 people (31%) have knowledge of being or enough to form the character of discipline, as many as  99 people (27%) Keywords: Character Development, discipline, Soccer Grassroot

The formulation of the problem in this study is how financial performance of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative in the city of manna in 2015-2017 seen from ratio liquidity, solvency and provability.The purpose of this study is to determine financial performance of  simpan pinjam cooperative  in the city of manna in 2015-2017 seen from ratio liquidity, solvency and provability.The object of this researchis the Financial report of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative in the city of manna in 2015-2017.  Data analysis technique used in this reseach  are quantitative  descriptive and interpretating of the data so that it can give Clear description under study Using financial formulation. The result of analysis trough financial report of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative using financial are report good enough. So it can be conclude that financial performance of of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative are good enough  but it is necessary to improve the calculation of the financial statement

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

This study aims to know the quality of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling of mechanical engineering workshop management at SMK in Purworejo Regency. This study is a quantitative study with survey method. The respondents of this study were the practical lesson teachers of mechanical engineering SMK in Purworejo Regency. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the planning has a good quality with a mean of 2.961; (2) the organizing has a good quality with a mean of 2.947; (3) the actuating has a good quality with a mean of 3.207; and (4) the controlling has a good quality with a mean of 2.874.

This study aims to determine the skills of students in doing Passing Under Volleyball in Grade VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive which is conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons or linking with other variables.The population in this study were students who sat in grade VI SD Negeri 112 Seluma. Sampling in this study using total sampling, because the entire population was sampled, amounting to 32 students. The data analysis technique used is a percentage. From the results of data analysis, description, testing of research results, and discussion, it can be concluded that the under-passing ability of Class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma is at the qualification level of the ability of the "good" category of 56.25 % (18 students), the "medium" category was 34.37% (11 students), and the "poor" category was 9.38% (3 students). So that it can be concluded that most Grade VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma are already able to pass under well.

Perkembangan zaman yang berimbas pada perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan sangat memengaruhi ditinggalkannya bahasa Sunda oleh generasi muda. Jika kenyataan tersebut terus terjadi, tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam beberapa generasi ke depan, bahasa Sunda akan punah. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan remaja Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 86 orang secara purposive sampling yang berasal dari wilayah Bandung Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 70.5814% sehingga dapat dikategorikan cukup. Terdapat sekelompok remaja Sunda di perkotaan yang mengetahui keseluruhan istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda yang ditanyakan, tetapi ada juga kelompok remaja lainnya yang hanya mengetahui beberapa istilah. The development of the times which impacted the changes in various aspects of life, significantly affected the abandonment of the Sunda language by the younger generation. If this fact continues, it is possible that in the next few generations, the Sunda language will become extinct. The problem discussed in this study is the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in the vocabulary of the activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study aims to reveal the mastery of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. 86 persons from Great Bandung areas were chosen purposively as the research samples. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchen reached an average of 70,5814% so it could be categorized as sufficient. There is a group of urban Sundanese teenagers who know all the terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens that asked, there is also another group of teenagers who only know a few.

ABSTRAK stra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2018 yang berlokasi di Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali peserta turnamen Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang berjumlah 1000 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil rtabel 0,254 dan rtotal 0,66 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,84. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League berada pada kategori rendah atau buruk sebanyak 16 orang (4,35%) terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 192 orang (52,17%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sedang atau cukup terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 147 orang (39,95%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi atau baik terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama dan sebanyak 13 orang (3,53%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat tinggi atau baik sekali terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama.   Kata kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Kerjasama, Sepakbola, Usia Dini   ABSTRACT                 This study aims to find out how far the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league of Indonesia Junior Soccer League.
