The pain due to the episiotomy is not the same, the intensity of the pain is different. This pain is due to the active peripheral nociceptors, which are receptors in particular, which are responsible for delivering to noxious stimuli. This midwifery care is aimed at dealing with complints to Mrs.P history of episiotomy at BPM Ernyadi Sidoarjo with the method of collecting initial data to evaluation the results obtained by Mrs.P a history of episiotomy. Did not find any difficulties at the time the care was given this study was carried out at 2 hours of the puerperium the mother gave birth on January 12, 2020 at 19.15 spontaneously an episiotomy was carried out on the indication of a stiff perineum according to the theory the conclusion from the case study with the initial data collection method to the eva;uation of the problem Mrs.P all the findings and all the actions that have been implemented, Mrs there was no difference between the theory and no signs of infection in the episiotomy suture scars.

Islamic Financing Products have started to grow rapidly in the current banking and financial industry at this time. This situation can be seen through the increase of Islamic banking assets for several years, in addition to the inclusion of more institutions offering Islamic products. Sharia Gold Pawn Products is the delivery of marhun (collateral goods) from the rahin (customers using mortgage financing) to the bank as a guarantee of part or all of the debt. This research is field (field research) with data collection method through observation, interview and documentation study in data collection. The author concludes that the application of Rahn's contract on Sharia gold mortgage financing at Bank BRI Syariah has been in accordance with the National Sharia Board Fatwa and there are several things that must be improved so as not to conflict with Sharia principles

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competence, training, and motivation on employee performance (a case study of a Surakarta municipal water company). This type of research is quantitative. This research uses primary data. The sample in this study were 112 respondents taken from Surakarta regional water company (PDAM) employees who had competence in their fields, and had received training and motivation from the company. The sampling technique uses simple purposive. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results showed that competency had a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 4.381; a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The training did not significantly influence the performance as evidenced by the t value of 1.232; a significance value of 0.221> 0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 3.074; significance value 0.003 <0.05.

Social media is used by most Indonesian people. Social media brings good and bad influence. One of the bad influences is cyberbullying. Cyberbullying that is found in Instagram is the most different from other social media. Instagram has become the source of hate campaign by the occurrence of gossip account. @Lambe_turah is one of the biggest gossip accounts in Indonesia. The posts in @Lambe_turah have triggered its followers to perform cyberbullying to the person in their post. The victim of cyberbullying who became the focus of this research was Jennifer Dunn. The aim of this study was to investigate the comments which contain cyberbullying by using impoliteness strategy proposed by Culpeper (2005). This study uses qualitative approach. It is shown by the data collection method which was done by examining documents. The analysis of this study was done by interpreting the collected data. The result showed that negative impoliteness was the most common impoliteness strategy to be used in cyberbullying. The second impoliteness strategy that was used in cyberbullying was bald on record. From both of these strategies, it could be concluded that cyberbullying tend to attack the addressee directly by using various types of statements.

This study aims to assess the methodological rigor of case studies in management accounting published in Brazilian journals. The study is descriptive. The data were collected using documentary research and content analysis, and 180 papers published from 2008 to 2012 in accounting journals rated as A2, B1, and B2 that were classified as case studies were selected. Based on the literature, we established a set of 15 criteria that we expected to be identified (either explicitly or implicitly) in the case studies to classify those case studies as appropriate from the standpoint of methodological rigor. These criteria were partially met by the papers analyzed. The aspects less aligned with those proposed in the literature were the following: little emphasis on justifying the need to understand phenomena in context; lack of explanation of the reason for choosing the case study strategy; the predominant use of questions that do not enable deeper analysis; many studies based on only one source of evidence; little use of data and information triangulation; little emphasis on the data collection method; a high number of cases in which confusion between case study as a research strategy and as data collection method were detected; a low number of papers reporting the method of data analysis; few reports on a study's contributions; and a minority highlighting the issues requiring further research. In conclusion, the method used to apply case studies to management accounting must be improved because few studies showed rigorous application of the procedures that this strategy requires.

The Impact

This study aims at investigating the impact of ideology on rendering highly sensitive news items with special examination of the visibility of the Palestinian translator. It shows how ideology controls speech and how the translator should use certain jargons in his translation as a weapon of resistance to refute the superiority implied in the occupier's discourse. The study also investigates whether Palestinian translators would counter ‘interpellation’ as a strategy of resistance through translation. For this purpose, 30 participants of translation students at the English Language department at IUG were tested. The test consisted of 10 sentences incorporating 12 highly sensitive terms. Another data collection method was a questionnaire administered to 11 male MA translation students. The questionnaire included 13 statements that tackle the issues of visibility, ideology, and neutrality in translation. The participants showed a highly emotive and ideological tendency in translating such terms. The researchers then ended up with some recommendations for researchers, translators, and syllabus designers.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Belanting Kecamatan Sambelia Kabupaten Lombok Timur Nusa Tenggara Barat.Tujuan Pelaksanaan penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengetahui : (1)BagaimanaSejarahGendang Beleqdi Desa Belanting, (2) untuk mengetahui Bentuk Gendang Beleq di Desa Belanting. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini penulis menggunakanmetode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara terbuka serta ditunjang dengan studi kepustakaan dan pencatatan dokumen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis seobjektif mungkin dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, diikuti dengan argumentasi yang masuk akal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sejarahlahirnya Gendang Beleqdiperkirakan masuk pada zaman kolonialisme.namun belum ada data yang pasti kapan dan tahun berapamunculnya. Sejarah lahirnyaGendang Beleqditinjau dari kerupaan terdiri dari beberapa pokok seperti : (a)BentukGendang Beleq, (b)Jenis Gendang Beleq, (c)Alat Pemukul Gendang, (d)Ukuran Gendang Beleq, (e) Bagian-bagian pada Gendang Beleq, (f) Hiasan Pada Gendang Beleq. (2) Bentuk Gendang Beleq merupakan bentuk dari Bedugyang memiliki ukuran besar dan panjang 130cm. Kata Kunci : Sejarah, Bentuk,Gendang Beleq This research was conducted in the Belantingvillage Sambelia East Lombok District of West Nusa Tenggara. The Objectives Implementation of this study is to determine: (1) How History of Gendang Beleq in the Belantingvillage, (2) to determine the Form of Gendang Beleq in the Belantingvillage. To solve this problem the author uses the data collection method, done by using the observation method and open interviews with supported by literature study and documents recording. Data were analyzed as objectively as possible by using qualitative descriptive technique, followed by plausible arguments. Results of this study show that (1) Gendang Beleq appears around the Colonial Era, but there is no concrete data shows when and what year its appears. The history of Gendang Beleq from its fine art can be seen from some points : (a) The Shape of Gendang Beleq, (b) Types of Gendang Beleq, (c) The stick of Gendang, (d) Size of Gendang Beleq, (e) Parts of Gendang Beleq, (f) The Ornament of Gendang Beleq. The purpose of this study was to analyze the business feasibility of the dried scad mackerel (Decapterus spp.) processing At UD. Mutiara Laut. This research uses the case study method and was conducted in February 2020. The data collection method uses observation and interviews with business owners. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results showed that the profits of the dried scad mackerel processing at UD. Mutiara Laut in one month amounting to IDR 63,887,479. R / C ratio of 1.08. This means that the dried scad mackerel processing at UD. Mutiara Laut is profitable and feasible to be developed.

This research is descriptive qualitative research using case study on Japan’s manga translation by Japanese Student in Diponegoro University. The study aims to determine how students' understanding of the concept of shiten with the results of student translations of the expression of yari-morai. The subject of research are Japanese students at Diponegoro University whom already joining the translation class. The data sources of this study are Japanese manga documents and their translations, and questionnaires that contain the results of translation of yari-morai sentences. Data collection method used in this study was structured interviews through questionnaires. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it is known that several students have sufficiently understood the direction of action which contains the activities of giving and taking on ~teyaru and ~teageru expressions, but not on ~tekureru and ~temorau expressions, and general students’ understanding of the direction of action in the yari-morai expression does not match their ability to translate this expression.

The differences that occur sometimes often lead to violence and even end in murder. Islam as a religion that is rahmatan lil 'alamin highly upholds human values, tolerance, and differences. Therefore, Muslims should understand them as fundamental religious values contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah, in order to form a good and peaceful life order. The method used in this research is descriptive-explorative. This research is a library research (Library Research), while the data collection method in this research is by classifying the data related to the research focus, then analyzing it. The findings in this study are that although Islam is a religion that is rahmatan lil 'alamin, in reality it has not been fully realized because throughout its history of development there are still various tragedies and conflicts in Islam. One of them is intellectual tragedy. This tragedy is not due to religious factors, but from the way Muslims are still unable to understand religion properly so that from this lack of understanding emerges intolerant traits and even these traits sometimes lead to murder. One of the tragedies contained in Islam is the intellectual tragedy of the Nakba Ibn Rushd and the tragedy of the murder of Faraq Fouda.

This research aims to formulate marketing strategy to increase visitors of Gembira Loka Garden and Zoo (KRKB Gembira Loka) in Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research and uses interview, observation, and documentation as data collection method. The data is analyzed by using SWOT analysis with internal and external variable identification. The internal variable shows that location is the main strength of Gembira Loka KRKB with 0.17 by value and 5 by rating. From external variable, the result of EFAS table shows that Gembira Loka KRKB has good enough chance while the thread has less result than the chance. Gembira Loka KRKB is in quadrant 1, which is the position in which a company is considered to be in a beneficial situation due to its chance and strength. In such case, the company can utilize the chance by maximizing the strength. The following strategy to go through in this condition is supporting aggressive planning.
