This study aims to determine the effect of Style of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance either partially or simultaneously. And to determine the most significant effect between the influence of the Style of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT.”X” Sidoarjo. This study used data tabulation of the results of the questionnaire respondents. The sample used in this study were 57 employees at PT.”X” The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2), the partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and classical assumption by using SPSS version 17 for Windows. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire that the measurement using a Likert scale that tested the validity and reliability. The results based on test validity and reliability of the data indicates that is valid and reliable. Based on t test and F test showed that the Style of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and the Working Environment and simultaneous partial effect to the Employee Performance. Between the Style of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and the Working Environment which has the most significant effect toward employee’s performance is organizational culture.

The purpose of this study was to examine the Influence of Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline on Employee Performance Of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Regency Of Mentawai Islands. This research is the census. The data used are primary data by taking a sample of 79 (seventy-nine) respondents. This study uses analysis tools such as validity, reliability test, test multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient determination (R2). Validity and reliability testing done by using one-shot methods to get the result that all the item declared valid and reliable. T test results showed that the Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline and significant impact on the performance communication while having a positive effect but no significant effect on performance. F test showed that the Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline simultaneously affect performance, the result showed that the coefficient of determination of 0,646 or 64,6 percent, which means that the variability of performance variable that can be explained by the variability of the variable Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline 64,6 percent while the remaining 35,4 percent is explained by other variables not included for example, a variable in the regression model of leadership, education and training, work environment and other. The most dominant variable is a organizational culture on the performance of work which can be proved by the greatest regression coefficient is 0,689 compared to other variables

This study aims to determine the effect of educational background, level of religiosity, andsuitability of the department on employee performance at the Bank Muamalat Indonesia Bekasi branch.The independent variable consists of Educational Background, Religiosity Level, and DepartmentSuitability, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. This study uses primary dataobtained from the questionnaire or questionnaire that has been filled in by all employees of BankMuamalat Indonesia Bekasi Branch who were sampled. The analytical methods used in this researchare the Data Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis,Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test), andHypothesis Test (T-Test, F-Test, and Coefficient of Determination). From the results of the t-test, itcan be concluded that partially the variables of Educational Background, Religiosity Level, andDepartment Suitability (Dummy) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.And from the results of the F-test, it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of educationalbackground, level of religiosity, and conformity of the department have a positive effect on employeeperformance.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. This study aims to determine the influence of awards and penalties for the performance of PT Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees.  The population is 59 people with a sample of 59 employees of PT. Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees. The data analysis model uses descriptive analysis, data quality test( validity and reliability test) , multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determinant coefficient test. The test results showed the performance of  employees  of PT. Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees with multiple linear regression method shows Y= -2,975 + 0.584 X1 + 0.761 X2 + e with the value of the regression coefficient of the reward variable (X1) = 0.584, the coefficient of regression of the penalty variable (X2) = 0.761. T test results obtained award variable (X1) t calculate > t table (4,862 > 2,003) and sig value. 0,000. Variable penalty (X2) t calculate > t table (2,413 > 2,003) and sig value. 0.019. The results showed that variable awards and punishments simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees, with contributions from R Square 0.383 or 38.3% of employee performance was affected by awards and penalties, while the remaining 61.7% were influenced by other factors that were not participated in this study.

The purpose of this study to determine how the influence of organizational culture and locus of control on the performance of PT.Pegadaian (Persero) Tarandam Padang. The research method used is descriptive causative. The sampling technique used is the total sampling so that the population is taken as many as 39 respondents. Data analysis technique used is test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, organizational culture variable and locus of control on the performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tarandam Padang obtained Y = 13,260 + 0,896 X1 + 0,428 X2 + 0,05. From the result of t test, it is found that organizational culture variables have significant effect on employee performance with significant value 0.000 &lt; 0,05, so Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, while locus of control variable has no significant effect to PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Tarandam Padang because significant value 0,037 &lt; 0.05, so Ho accepted and H2 rejected. From result of F test proved that organizational culture variable and locus of control simultaneously have significant influence to PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tarandam Padang performance with significant value 0,000 &lt; 0,05. While Adjusted R Square result is 0,368, it means free variable influence to variable 36,8% the rest 63,2% is explained by other variable not used in this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 42 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study uses a non probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The regression equation produced in this study Y = 2.984 + 0.460X1 + 0.203X2. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t value of 0.029 <0.05 was obtained. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t-value of 0.035 <0.05 was obtained. Job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the F test where F sig 0.034 <0.05. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination can be explained that job satisfaction and organizational culture affect the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency by 58.6%. While the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

A B S T R A C T Fraud can happen in the work environment in field of education. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate and explain empirically that there is the influence of the working environment, personal attitude and administration system against fraud. The study was conducted by survey method. Samples are 84 administrative employees and teachers in SMA and SMK Sukabumi. Testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. Instruments adopted from previous research. Validity and reliability tests conducted before hypothesis test. The research proves that the work environment against fraud. Personal influence attitude and system administration against fraud is not proven significantly. A B S T R A K Kecurangan dapat terjadi di lingkungan kerja di bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan dan menjelaskan secara empiris bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja, personal attitude dan sistem administrasi terhadap fraud. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey. Sampel adalah 84 pegawai tata usaha dan guru di SMAN dan SMKN Sukabumi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji regresi liner berganda. Instrumen diadopsi dari peneliti sebelumnya. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja terhadap fraud. Pengaruh personal attitude dan sistem administrasi terhadap fraud tidak terbukti secara signifikan. JEL Classification: H22, I22

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the dominant variables influencing employee performance at the BPJS Work Office in the Gorontalo Branch Office. This study uses data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature studies with data analysis techniques for quality testing (validity and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokeddasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (partial test and test simultaneously). Based on the results of regression testing, the results show that the dominant variable that influences employee performance at BPJS Employment in the Branch Office of Gorontalo is the work environment, the reason being that it has the largest beta value when compared to competency and education variables.
