The effectiveness of the functioning of cyberphysical systems is based primarily on the use of powerful methods of obtaining and processing information. The complexity of the structures and properties of cybernetic systems, as well as the conditions of their functioning, determine special requirements for measurement methods and computing, performed in such systems. As a rule, the uncertainty of CPS models, as well as the uncertainty of the influence of environmental factors and their interrelations with the properties of systems, primarily define the requirements for the intellectualization of measurements and computational processing of information. In this article, methods and tools of Bayesian intelligent measurements (BII) are proposed to ensure the effectiveness of management of cyberphysical systems under conditions of uncertainty. The concept and methodology of creating an intelligent industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is proposed, the distinctive feature of which is the intellectualization of measurement methods and data preprocessing. For this purpose, IIoT includes an intelligent DATALAKE, which is built on the basis of a Bayesian intelligent measurement systems that implements not only measurement and data integration functions, but also management decision support. Examples of real cyberphysical systems with control based on Bayesian intelligent measuring instruments are given. The prospects of using the proposed solutions based on BII in various modern technologies based on the principles of BIG DATA, DATA SCIENCE, neural networks, IIoT, DATA MINING and others are considered.

The rice production in Indonesia is not balance with the population rate. Thiscondition is caiseb by the productive agriculture land is coverted into housing area,industries/factories, roads, etc. The “Rawa Lebak” has a high potential to bedeveloped become productive agricultural land. But, there are severval constrainswhich have to be overcome, that is the source of water, where where in the dryseason there are drought and in the rainy season there are fload, the land is notfertile, and produtivity is low. Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) District have “ Rawa Lebak”land area to a high of 164,034 hectars. In not deep and middle “rawa lebak” typeshave high potensial to be developed irrigation agricultural land trough technologyapplication in water management ang cultivation which can increase theagricultural index to 3 times anually and rice production reach to a high of 7,00tons/ha (dry reap). Therefore, “rawa lebak” can be used as alternative in theagriculture developmen outside Jawa.

SummaryThe prothrombin time (PT), obtained from a fresh normal plasma pool (FPP), is the basis both for the establishment of the 100% activity (normal plasma) and for the ratio calculation used in the International Normalized Ratio (INR) according to the recommendations of the ICSH/ICTH (6). Today the PT of lyophilized normal plasma pools are successfully used as reference for the assessment of samples in proficiency studies. However, a lack of comparability is to be recognized. Therefore the Committee of Hematology of the German Association of Diagnostics’ and Diagnostic Instruments’ Manufacturers (VDGH) decided to produce a candidate reference plasma (VDGH Reference Plasma) which was calibrated against fresh normal plasma pools in an international study.The basic calibration was performed by using the same certified BCR thromboplastin (BCT/099) by all participants. The endpoint was determined manually and by using the coagulometer Schnitger-Gross. In additional testings each participant used his own routine thromboplastins and methods. Calculating the ratio [PT VDGH Reference Plasma (sec)/PT fresh normal plasma pool (sec)] the VDGH Reference Plasma showed a deviation from the average fresh normal plasma pool of 1.05 both with the BCT/099 and with all thromboplastins. There were obtained some statistical differences between “plain” and “combined’’ (added factor V and fibrinogen) thromboplastins. No statistical difference was found between the different endpoint measurement methods (manual, mechanical, optical).In spite of these statistical deviations the VDGH Reference Plasma can be used for the standardization of the PT-normal (100%) value with different ratios for plain (1.06) and combined (1.02) thromboplastins. The manufacturers will use this VDGH Reference Plasma for the calibration of their commercially available calibration plasmas, which allows the user of such a material to calculate a calibrated 100% PT value.

The Burana Land-Reclamation Board is an interregional water board operating in three regions and five provinces. The Burana Land-Reclamation Board operates over a land area of about 250,000 hectares between the Rivers Secchia, Panaro and Samoggia, which forms the drainage basin of the River Panaroand part of the Burana-Po di Volano, from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines to the River Po. Its main tasks are the conservation and safeguarding of the territory, with particular attention to water resources and how they are used, ensuring rainwater drainage from urban centres, avoiding flooding but ensuringwater supply for crop irrigation in the summer to combat drought. Since the last century the Burana Land-Reclamation Board has been using innovative techniques in the planning of water management schemes designed to achieve the above aims, improving the management of water resources while keeping a constant eye on protection of the environment.

Prevalence of soil transmitted helminthes infections in apparently healthy school going children and other 528 people of different districts of Koshi regions of North Bihar were evaluated. Over all incidences of STHs infection was 39.39% during study. High incidence of STH was seen in the rainy season i.e., in the month of July and August, September, significantly higher (P<0.05) .The incidence of Ascaris lumbricoides was highest in the month of August (18.64%). The month of September was 15.25% followed by that of July (14.4%) and October with 10.16%. Also the incidence of hookworm registered the highest incidence in the month of June (19.27%) and lowest in the month of December (4.82%) during the study period. However prevalence of Trichuris trichiura was negligible and it was almost nil in the most of the months but was highest in month of September with 28.57% and lowest in October with 14.00% The climatic factors are responsible for soil transmitted helminthes which are temperature, rainfall and relative humidity. Ascariasis, Trichuriasis and Ancyclostomiasis (Hookworm infection) are found to be endemic in this region.
