Morals are one of the important things in everyday human life. Having good morals will be accompanied by good teaching and learning activities as well. Parents have a big enough share and are very important for the formation of children's character/personality, especially when they are still at an early age. The knowledge of parenting skills is not only obtained or learned from one party, but from both parties (Father and Mother) must agree on values that can help or hone these parenting skills for parents. The things or values that can be passed down to children are: (1) be a good role model for children, (2) always be calm, (3) always explain the consequences of good and bad behavior in children, (4) encourage children to build self-esteem, (5) Say and show the unconditional love of parents to children.

Abstractlearning process  good teaching  can create a situation that allows children to learn, so that is the starting point of the success of teaching. The low quality of education depends on the management of the teaching and learning process which can be interpreted as being less effective in the teaching and learning process, the causes: (1) Low learning activities, (2) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The case in Solok City Middle School, the low level of student learning activities allegedly influenced the low student learning outcomes. Based on observations on class VIII A which included the superior class had not yet achieved the desired completeness, the class with the least completeness was class VIII B which was 33.33% with KKM 65 criteria. Seeing this reality, teachers were required to motivate students and foster enthusiasm student learning. Therefore, to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, the author tries to apply student learning activities through discussion methods in small groups.Keywords: Learning, discussion AbstrakProses belajar mengajar yang baik dapat menciptakan situasi yang mmemungkinkan anak belajar, sehingga merupakan titik awal keberhasilan pengajaran. Rendahnya mutu pendidikan tergantung pada pengelolaan proses belajar mengajar yang dapat diartikan kurang efektifnya proses belajar mengajar, penyebabnya: (1) Rendahnya aktifitas belajar,  (2) Sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai. Kasus pada SMP Negeri % Kota Solok rendahnya aktifitas belajar siswa diduga berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan pengamatanpada  kelas VIII A yang termasuk kelas unggul belum mencapai ketuntasan yang di inginkan, sedangkan kelas yang paling sedikit ketuntasannya adalah kelas VIII B yaitu sebanyak 33,33 % dengan kriterian KKM 65. Melihat kenyataan tersebut, guru dituntut untuk dapat memotivasi siswa dan menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa. Karena itu, untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa, penulis mencoba untuk menerapkan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui metode diskusi dalam kelompok kecil. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, diskusi

ISLAM is the religion that emphases on the overall human life. It covers all aspects of the physical body, the soul or the spirit, the emotion and the intellect. The Almighty Allah has stated that, True believers those who, if we give them power in the land, establish regular prayer and give zakat, enjoin the right and forbid wrong. That So, we can highlight from these directives of the holy Quran that the religious responsibilities of the Muslim rulers are that they protect the Divine bounds; defend the religion and invite the people to Allah by means of argument and good advice. A ruler is a trustee of the people and vicegerent of Allah. The ruler of a Muslim state has, among other things, to enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. What could be right and wrong has been clearly identified in the Quran and sunnah. Some of the acts and behaviors identified which can be promoted more appropriately through positive measures like counselling, motivation, preaching, guidance, creation of appropriate environment, and other similar measures. The most effective of these measures could, however, be what is called exemplifying. It would mean that the ruler should do himself what is right and refrain from doing what is wrong and thereby set an example. Leading by exemplifying has deep psychological and substantial effect on others to follow and emulate. Therefore, the Seerah of the prophet PBUH is the best source for us in this regard. However, it encompasses the efforts made to develop human-being or individual who is pure of heart, pure in mind and pure in deeds where he can function as a member of society, who is civilized and has a high self-esteem. An individual’s awareness towards one’s responsibilities and a high self-esteem can bring for a peaceful and harmonious nation. Thus, the establishment of the Islamic society base on the voice of development together with material values and humanity. Because of which, the role of leaders of Islamic society must be proactive in plotting the path of educational system of the nation based on piety and faith. As for the obligations of ruler in the light of Seerah, I shall refer to the principles which Al-Mawridi r.a has discussed: The preservation of the Faith, true to its origin and in keeping with the consensus of those who participated in the founding of the Ummah, Defense of the Realm. He must carry out the Hadd punishments to ensure the limits prescribed by Allah and so that the rights of general public shall be protected. The other responsibilities are implementation of the principles of Islamic Law, governing disputes, The active propagation of the Faith, The collection of various taxes required by the Shariah, The provision of financial assistance and the assessment of claims against the Treasury, To be solicitous of the public confidence, and to consider fully the council of his advisors in their areas of responsibility, To actively oversee all aspects of government, and to keep himself well and widely informed. This paper thus discusses on the responsibilities of a ruler from the Seerah perspective.

One of the problems faced by universities noday is still a lack of learning systems that can support good teaching and learning quality and efficient. Currently, there are still learning methods which are conventional in which learning is still running in one direction, where the student fixated on material submitted by the lecturer in front and make the student tend to feel tired and passive. As an alternative to solving the problem is to provide the latest teaching innovations iLearning System (Integrated Learning), or in Indonesian called integrated learning system that is applied is one form to improve the quality to a modern and quality education. The reason the application of this method of learning iLearning we hope to provide a learning system that is more active and has a strong reciprocity between faculty and students, because the learning process of innovative and efficient will certainly add to the fun and spirit of the student so that the student was will not feel bored and passive. Using iLearning student can learn more optimally, they can see and read materials provided by lecturers in their respective iPad. Not only that students can easily do exercises / quiz, browsing, sending tasks, discussed and recorded with iPad without having to spend a stationery. Given these practical learning may help in improving the quality of learning activities based iLearning on Higher Education, and eventually gained a graduate or Human Resources (HR) that are reliable and able to compete in an era of globalization characterized by high competition.

‘Traditional’ theories of learning as pratical dimensions of psychology majorly tend to focus their interest on humans’ inner factors that influence the process of learning such as intelligences, motivation, interest, attitude, concentration and aptitude. They never connect it with instruments and technological inventions such as multimedia, cyber celluler, internet, even social organization, cultural values, traditions etc., while these are very influential nowdays towards the progress and behaviors of human life. As such the application of connectivism theory of learning which connect those dimensions of life with learning activities, is now and then insparable from any effort to promote the quality of humans’ learning itself, including in teaching and learning languages.

To be "educated" today requires mastery of core subjects, 21st century themes, and 21st century skills. To help students achieve skills in 21st century skills, teachers and administrators need an educational support system that strengthens their teaching capacity, leadership and management and both students and educators need a conducive learning environment for satisfying results. In implementing the teaching and learning of Islamic education, Islamic education teachers are seen in the community as the best example or role model that forms people who are moral and pious. This study aims to identify and explain the functional symbiotic relationship between Islamic teachings and learning activities. The conclusions of this paper are the elements described in this section as "21st century student results" (represented by pelangi) are the skills, knowledge, and skills students must master to succeed in work and life in the 21st century. This study aims to improve the ability of teachers in learning after the supervision technique of classroom observation was carried out at SD Negeri 02 Talun, Pekalongan Regency. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 02 Talun, Pekalongan Regency for 3 months with 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were class teachers from class I to class VI at SD Negeri 02 Talun. The object of research is the ability of teachers in teaching and learning activities and the implementation of classroom observation supervision techniques. The data that will be taken during the school action research is obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. By paying attention to the results of research and discussion of each cycle, it can be seen that there is an increase in the ability of teachers in learning planning, in managing teaching and learning activities and in evaluating teaching and learning activities. This proves that there is a positive influence from the implementation of classroom observation supervision techniques for improving teacher abilities and encouraging improvements in optimal learning. It is hoped that the results of this study will motivate the principal to carry out classroom observation supervision techniques as well as possible and position himself as a good role model and learning leader.
