This study examines the urgency of the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) with a maqashid Syariah perspective. The challenges of digital transactions have forced people to use cryptocurrencies without the use of asset assignments so that they have a big risk, this makes them illegal, while electronic money has not answered the challenges of digital transactions. The methodology used in writing this article is a descriptive qualitative method with a normative approach to analysis on maslahah and mafsadah contained in Maqashid sharia. The data used by the author is secondary data. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) will provide more maslahah than mafsadah, while cryptocurrencies are currently widely traded freely by the Muslim community in general even though they are considered haram and illegal. This shows that the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) has the urgency of its use in the economic practice of Muslims in general, with the same form but eliminating the bad elements contained in cryptocurrency, enforcing Islamic sharia, and saving the economy of the Muslim community according to Maqashid. sharia

This article discusses the transcendental communication of the Ulu Kapuas Muslim community, which is represented in the oral tradition of Ulak Manah. Through a descriptive qualitative method that focuses on analyzing the story of the Umung Putri Raja and the Shaman Agreement with the crocodile king, this study found that the Ulu Kapuas Muslim community believed that there was a familial relationship between humans and descendants of crocodiles. This tradition is manifested in the tradition of buang-buang, maintaining relationships and descent, as well as reminding of promises owed. Preservation of these traditions forms transcendental communication between human descendants and crocodile offspring in Ulak Manah.

This research is motivated by the existence of folklore that is well-known by the general public, namely the story of Ciung Wanara and Cindelaras. However, in addition to the known folklore, there are also similar folklore that is not yet known by the wider community. The folklore is the folklore of the Origin of the Red Color on the Banana Tree which incidentally has similarities with Ciung Wanara folklore, and Cindelaras folklore. Similarities that emerge from these three folklore can be seen from the motives that are present through the intrinsic elements of the story, especially in characters and plot. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with a comparative literary approach. The theory used is the folklore theory and Thomson's motives. Data sources from this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data weve the interview process directly with the resource persons, while secondary data obtained through internet media. The results of this study indicate that there are two of the most dominant motives among Ciung Wanara folklore, Cindelaras, and the Red Origin of Banana Trees. The two motives are: 1) the stepmother's motives; and 2) the magical animal motive. This shows that in all three folklore a red thread can be drawn indicating similarity through dominant motives. However, there are also differences that are motivated by the collective culture of their owners, so it can be said if these three folklore are different stories but with almost the same characteristics.
