This study analyzed the Philippine public school teachers' financial literacy challenges. The data and results were gathered through online survey questionnaires and focused group discussions conducted in the school year 2019-2020. Twelve participants contributed to the FGD, while a total of 325 teacher respondents answered the online survey questionnaires. The results showed that the majority of the public-school teachers are struggling financially. That results in a controlled and limited financial lifestyle. Moreover, teachers unconsciously practice informal debt, which causes uncontrolled debt. Without proper knowledge and education to financial literacy, borrowing money becomes a lifestyle of every teacher in the country. Based on the findings, a financial literacy program must be included in every in-service training or division-wide teachers' mass gathering. The financial literacy program may be implemented by all participating schools where the study was conducted. Future research related to financial literacy programs may be conducted in basic education, colleges, and universities following the method used in this study.

There are two guidelines that can make this enlightening soul, the first is code of ethics, and the second is the activities of the librarian's functional position. These two guidelines provide direction for librarians in carrying out sustainable activities to improve information literacy skills for the community. Many programs have been implemented to develop this information literacy program, by various librarians, but today, informed society has not created the programs yet.Conclusion. So far, this information literacy program has not realized the informed society. The researcher obtained the data for this research from Senior High School 4 in Banda Aceh because it has a better English teaching and learning process, and the school implemented a specific literacy program. The participants involved in this research include the school principal, vice school principals, the head of the school library, teachers, and 20 students from science and social science classes. The data in this research was collected using an observation sheet and interview guide to evaluate the literacy program based on the CIPP framework. The research results show that the literacy program at the school includes learning strategies provided by the teacher, the availability of facilities, and student reading interest. Based on the interview results, students were not motivated to participate in the school literacy program. Therefore, it is suggested that specific policy needs to be made and reinforced in order to implement a literacy program at senior high schools.
