PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN SAHAM, ROI, TOTAL ASET, DAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP DAR PADA PERUSAHAAN PT MEDIA NUSANTARA CITRA Tbk TAHUN 2011-2019

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada permasalahan pengambilan kebijakan utang perusahaan PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk yang meliputi kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, struktur kepemilikan, dan ukuran perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan triwulan PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk tahun 2011-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemilikan saham dan total aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap DAR. Sedangkan variabel ROI dan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap DAR. Sementara, secara simultan variabel kepemilikan saham, ROI, total aset, dan dividen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap DAR pada PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk Tahun 2011-2019. Abstract: This research focuses on the problem of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk debt policy-making which includes dividend policy, profitability, ownership structure, and company SIZE. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Data collection methods using a library and documentation study methods. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data obtained from PT Media Nusantara Citra quarterly financial report for 2011-2019. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results showed that partially variable shareholding and total assets had a positive and significant effect on DAR. Meanwhile, variable ROI and dividends have a negative and significant effect on DAR. Meanwhile, simultaneously variable shareholding, ROI, total asset, and dividend have a significant influence on DAR at PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk The year 2011-2019. Investors have a goal to get maximum returns by anticipating the impact they will face in the future. In this study the return meant is dividend policy. There are 4 factors that influence dividend policy, namely: (1) debt policy, (2) liquidity, (3) company size, (3) profitability. This type of research is causative with secondary data, where this study analyzes how the influence of one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is the determination of the cellphone and population based on the criteria desired by the researcher in order to obtain a representative sample according to the criteria. The object of this study is a company listed on the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a period of 2013-2016. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) debt policy has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy in the LQ-45 index company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, (2) liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-index companies 45 which are listed on the IDX in 2013-2016, (3) the size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, and (4) Profitability has a negative and not significant effect on policy dividends on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Liquidity, Company Size, and Profitability

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of Local Government Performance, Level of Dependency, Local Government Location and Local Government Wealthy to Voluntay Graphics Disclosure on local government financial report in Indonesia. The sample of this study using the 231 districts/cities in Indonesia period of 2017. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from local government financial report (LKPD). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis models were performed with SPSS 20.0. Results of regression testing showed that only level of dependency which effect negative and significant to voluntary graphics disclosure, while lokal government performance, local government location and local government wealthy not significantly effect to voluntary graphics disclosure on local government (districts/cities) in Indonesia period of 2017.

Abstract: The Effect of CR, DER, and ROE On Stock Prices Transportation Sub Sector Companies Listed On the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of CR, DER, and ROE on Stock Price. The method used is descriptive statistics with a quantitative approach, namely through the classical assumption test to analyze data and multiple linear regression analysis and data processed using software SPSS 20. The data used is secondary data with the type of quantitative data. The population of this study is companies sub sector transportation listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015 until 2018 with a sampling method is purposive sampling, so the number of observation is 11 (eleven) companies. Based on results of this study, it is known that the results of testing together (simultaneous) with the statistical test show that the CR, DER, and ROE affect to the Stock Price at transportation sub sector companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2018. Partially, the CR and DER does not affect to the Stock Price. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CR, DER, dan ROE terhadap Harga Saham. Metode yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu melalui uji asumsi klasik untuk menganalisis data dan analisis regresi linier berganda dan data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 20. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan transportasi sub sektor yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015 hingga 2018 dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 11 (sebelas) perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa hasil pengujian secara bersama-sama (simultan) dengan uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa CR, DER, dan ROE berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2018. Secara parsial, CR dan DER tidak mempengaruhi Harga Saham. Namun ROE mempengaruhi harga saham.Kata Kunci: CR, DER, ROE, dan Harga Saham.

Bond ratings are a scale of risk of all bonds traded, which indicates how safe a bond is. The security of a bond is indicated by its ability to pay interest and repay the loan principal. The purpose of this study is to find out empirical evidence that good corporate governance has an effect on bond ratings. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. After subtraction with several criteria, as many as 20 companies were set as the sample. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and audit committee have a significant effect on bond ratings. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners has no significant effect on bond ratings

ABSTRACT This study aims To find out the constraints faced by extension workers in providing agricultural extension in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and To know the response of farmers to the implementation of agricultural extension in the Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was carried out in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in March to May 2017. The research method used is qualitative methods. While the sampling method used is simple random Purposive sampling will 28 samples of palm oil farmer. So the sample studied from members of the population as a whole that is as much as 28 oil palm farmers. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation methods. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Method of processing and analysis of data used is using descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. The results showed that agricultural extension facilities used extension workers are motorcycles, aids and props. Infrastructure that is not yet supported is not yet all extension workers get a service house near the location of counseling, Distance taken by agricultural extension workers in carrying out their duties is about 3 km for the location of the activities of the farmer's house and about 5 km for the location of agricultural gardens. Farmer's response to the organik fertilizer extension activiti b using cattle manure for oil palm plantation with total score or 47,50 which means getting high score. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi penyuluh dalam memberikan penyuluhan pertanian di Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dan Untuk mengetahui tanggapan petani terhadap pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Mei 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah acak sederhana Purposive sampling dengan anggota populasi sebanyak 28. Maka sampel yang diteliti dari anggota populasi secara keseluruhan yaitu sebanyak 28 petani kelapa sawit. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode analisis diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sarana penyuluhan pertanian yang digunakan penyuluh adalah sepeda motor, alat bantu dan alat peraga. Prasarana yang yang belum mendukung adalah belum semua penyuluh mendapatkan rumah dinas di dekat lokasi penyuluhan, Jarak yang ditempuh penyuluh pertanian dalam melaksanakan tugasnya adalah sekitar 3 km untuk kelokasi kegiatan dari rumah petani dan sekitar 5 km untuk lokasi kebun pertanian. Tanggapan petani terhadap kegitan penyuluhan pertanian pupuk organik dengan menggunakan kotoran ternak untuk tanaman kelapa sawit dengan jumlah keseluruhan skornya 47.5 yang artinya memperoleh nilai tinggi.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, asset structure, company size, and tax avoidance on capital structure. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2019. The sample was selected from the purposive sampling method and got a sample of 10 companies from several criteria. The data source is secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that profitability affects the capital structure. Meanwhile, liquidity, asset structure, company size and tax avoidance have no effect on capital structure.

This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of credit, LAR, and LDR on Non-Performing Loans at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wonogiri. This study used quantitative research methods. The data sources used in this study are secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the Wonogiri Branch Office in 2018. Data collection methods in this research were documentation and literature studies. This study used classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test, f test, coefficient of determination). The results of data analysis are: The amount of credit has a positive and significant affect on the NPL, Loan To Asset Ratio (LAR) has negative and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) has positive and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL). This research was conducted on companies that won the Top GRC Award in 2019 and 2020 with secondary data collection methods. The data is collected through purposive sampling techniques. The sample used in this research is 30 companies.The analysis method used is to use SPSS for multiple linear regression analysis. The results present that governance, risk, compliance (GRC) and intellectual capital have a positive effect on the companies performence that have won Top GRC awards.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the rupiah exchange rate, economic growth and inflation on the Jakarta Islamic Index. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data sources. The sampling method uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the rupiah exchange rate has a significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index while economic growth and inflation have no significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index. Simultaneously variables of the rupiah exchange rate, economic growth, and inflation significantly influence the Jakarta Islamic Index.
