The aim of the present study is to examine the influence of website quality on consumer’s eloyalty, noting the mediating role of e-trust, e-satisfaction, and perceived enjoyment. Besides, this study examines the consequence of consumer’s e-loyalty. Survey data collected from 594 respondents aged at least 16 years and performed some online shopping through websites in Vietnam. Based on the theoretical framework, PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3.0 software was deployed to discover links between the constructs. The results showed a positive effect ofwebsite quality on e-loyalty, which was mediated partially through consumer e-trust and e-satisfaction. Moreover, e-loyalty had a positive association with electronic word of mouth (eWOM) as well. The main findings of this research provide some empirical implications for Internet marketers and online retailers in Vietnam. E-vendors should understand the customers’ expectations and e-loyalty regarding online shopping to attract new customers as well as to retain their existing customers.

Purpose – The purpose of the study is to develop and empirically test a model which examines the relationship between e-servicescape dimensions, website quality dimensions, website stickiness, website loyalty and word-of-mouth (WOM). The role of WOM in influencing consumer behaviour is documented in literature. However, despite its growing importance, research on the antecedents of WOM in the e-retail context is sparse. Design/methodology/approach – Data were collected by circulating the questionnaire using an online survey from the graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in a large university in the northeastern USA. Out of 660 questionnaires distributed, 509 were usable. Data were analysed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. Findings – Results show that website stickiness and website loyalty are two different constructs which form the immediate antecedents of WOM. Results also show the indirect effects of e-servicescape and website quality dimensions on WOM. Practical implications – The findings of the study provides a better understanding of the factors likely to influence the WOM behaviour of e-retail store customers. Findings also provide valuable insights into the factors which managers need to focus on to make their e-retail website increasingly stickier. Originality/value – The contribution of the paper lies in eliciting the differences between stickiness to and loyalty to retail websites and extending the research on e-servicescapes.

This study aimed to examine the factors driving the establishment of user satisfaction on the campus website. The study focused on two exogenous constructs, namely website quality as the external aspects and the MOA framework (especially motivation and ability) as the internal aspects for users of the campus website. The study also tried to examine the dual implications of user satisfaction, toward the intention to revisit on one side, also toward attitude and word-of-mouth intention on the campuses itself on the other side. This study was conducted using descriptive research design approach. A total of 210 cross-sectional data collected through an offline and online survey on student sample of state and private universities in the JABODETABEK area. Data analysis and hypothesis testing was executed using Structural Equation Model. The analysis of empirical data indicates a positive impact of website quality on user satisfaction. Furthermore, user satisfaction proven to give positive implications toward revisit intention on the one hand, and the attitude toward the brand on the other side, which in turn encourages word-of-mouth intention. Meanwhile, opposite findings on the effect of the MOA framework on user satisfaction, it gives a new insight that amplify the urgency of the implementation of campus website by higher education providers.

This research aims to recognize any factors that might affect the customer loyalty on Tokopedia with its related variables such as service user interface, service information quality, perceived security, e-commerce service feedback, perceived privacy, perceived risk, perception of website quality, e-customer satisfaction, and e-customer trust. The process of collecting data uses a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method and 385 respondents are Tokopedia users. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of this research mentions that variables of e-commerce service user interface, perceived privacy, perceived risk, perception of website quality influence the variables of e-commerce satisfaction and e-commerce trust while e-commerce service information quality variable only has a positive influence on e-commerce satisfaction variable. On the other hand, e-commerce satisfaction does not have a positive influence on e-commerce customer loyalty while e-commerce trust positively influences e-customer loyalty.

The main objective of this study is to investigate the factors affect customer satisfaction level among Shopee customers in Malaysia. A set of self-administered questionnaires has been distributed to 200 targeted Shopee users in three states of Malaysia which are Johor, Melaka and Selangor. The five independent variables, which are price, trust, electronic word of mouth, website quality and security have been tested on their relationship towards the dependent variable, which is consumer satisfaction towards online shopping platform, Shopee in Malaysia. The collected data were keyed into SPSS version 25 and followed by using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM 3.2.8) to assess the hypothesis. The result of this research given the feedbacks where trust, electronic word of mouth and website quality have significant effect towards consumers satisfaction on Shopee in Malaysia. However, price and security does not show a significant relationship with Shopee’s consumer satisfaction. In conclusion, this study helps to better understand the consumer satisfaction of Shopee’s online shopping services in Malaysia.

This study explored how social media is used as a destination marketing tool for the sustainability of heritage festival quality in Nigeria, drawing on the theory of planned behavior. The festival, which is an exploration of heritage, was specifically premeditated to celebrate the slave trade period by highlighting the unique connection of African American history to the diaspora ancestors who were literally taken away as slaves through “the point of no return” in Badagry, Nigeria. A structured questionnaire was utilized as a research instrument to gather information aimed at examining the influence of social media (SM), website quality (WQ), and online word of mouth (eWOM) on tourists’ festival satisfaction (FS) and festival revisiting intention (FRI). Data were gathered from samples of 473 diaspora tourists at Badagry Diaspora Festival in Nigeria and analyzed using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) with the aid of WarpPLS (7.0). The findings of the study revealed that social media (SM), festival quality (FQ), website quality (WQ), and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) had a positive and significant relationship with tourists’ festival satisfaction. Additionally, this study found that festival quality had a positive impact on the intention of the tourists to revisit the Badagry Diaspora Festival because tourist attitude is influenced by the socio-cultural background of tourists. Moreover, the result revealed the partial mediating effect of festival satisfaction in the relationship between (a) SM, (b) FQ, (c) WQ, and (d) eWOM and tourists’ festival satisfaction. Similarly, cultural motivation was also found to mediate the relationship between tourists’ festival satisfaction and festival revisiting intension (RI). Based on the findings, the implications of the festival sustainability and future research directions were discussed.
