Along with the development of technology, people developed a system that capable of adopting processes and human thinking as an expert system that contains specific knowledge so that everyone can use it to solve a specific problem, namely the diagnosis of coral reef disease. The purpose of this study is to develop an expert system for diagnosing coral reef disease  in the form of websites using PHP with a MySQL database. Expert system for diagnosing coral reef disease problem is using Ripple Down Rules (RDR) method has a goal to discover symptoms that appear in the form of questions that can diagnose the coral reef disease based on website. Web based expert system is able to recognize types of coral reef disease after consultation by answering a few questions that are displayed by the application of expert systems and can infer some types of coral  reef disease. Data coral reef disease that already known adapt to rules which are made for matching the symptoms of coral reef disease.

Abstract - Along with the development of technology, also developed a system thet is able to adopt technology and the humant human thinking procces is an expert system which contains specific knowledge so that everyone can use to solve a specific problem, in this case is the health problem with vitamin deficiency in the human body. When there is a health disoreder, especially vitamin deficiency rether the people will a come to a doctor or nutritionist for a consultation. Sometimes there are also weaknes when entrusting to specialist such as limited hours of practice and the events that forced many patients have to queue and require a sizeeable fee. In this case, we as the people who use the service need more of an expert who can faciliate in the diagnosis of vitamin deficiency in the body as early prevention. Therefore as an alternative solution is to create an expert sysem aplication that can identify / diagnose a vitamin deficiency based on body sympton with forward chaining methode. Displayed in the form of a website using PHP programing with MYSQL database, so the consultation will be easeier, cost-eeffective and can be used anytime, anywhere. Keywords : Expert system, Deficiency, Forward chaining Abstrak - Seiring perkembangan teknologi,dikembangkan pula suatu sistem teknologi yang mampu mengadopsi proses dan cara berpikir manusia yaitu sistem pakar yang mengandung pengetahuan tertentu sehingga setiap orang dapat menggunakan untuk memecahkan masalah yang bersifat spesisfik, dalam hal ini adalah permasalahan kesehatan menangani kekurangan vitamin pada tubuh manusia. Masalah kesehatan khususnya kekurangan vitamin lebih tepatnya orang akan datang ke dokter atau ahli gizi untuk berkonsultasi. Namun terdapat kelemahan jika memepercayakan kepada dokter ahli seperti terbatasnya jam praktek dan kejadian banyak pasien yang memaksa harus harus melakukan antrian serta memerlukan biaya yang lumayan besar. Dalam hal ini, kita selaku orang yang menngunakan jasa lebih membutuhkan seorang pakar yang bisa memudahkan dalam mendiagnosa kekurangan vitamin dalam tubuh sebagai pencegahan awal. Dengan demikian sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah yaitu dengan membuat aplikasi sistem pakar yang dapat megidentifikasi/mendiagnosa kekurangan vitamin pada tubuh berdasarkan gejala yang ada menggunakan metode forward chaining. Yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk website menggunakan program php dengan database MySQL, sehingga konsultasi akan lebih mudah, hemat biaya serta dapat digunakan kapan dan dimana saja. This paper reviews the application of expert systems in a flexible pavement (ESFP). It involves a brief introduction to expert systems explaining how technology plays a role in the creation of latest approaches to highway engineering, development, and maintenance. The paper provides an outline for possibilities of future researches. The purpose of this paper is to summarise the latest outcomes of researches related to the process of engineering, developing and implementing an expert scheme for flexible pavement construction. Moreover, the paper shows the necessity to develop an expert system that can help to control damage in tropical regions. The current expert system does not accommodate the needs for damages and repairs for tropical climates. The tropical region’s highway’s flexible pavements are based on the knowledge of experts who analysed and maintained highway pavements. This system enables the performance engineers to analyse, determine and customise information to help relevant parties during decision-making processes.

Kebanyakan pengendara cenderung menyerahkan sepeda motor kepada mekanik tanpa mengetahui sebenarnya kerusakan tersebut merupakan kerusakan sederhana atau terlalu rumit untuk diperbaiki. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pakar yang mampu untuk menganalisa, menemukan dan memberikan solusi. Kemampuan seorang mekanik sepeda motor dapat diimplementasikan kedalam sebuah sistem pakar. Data-data yang berkaitan dengan kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak dianalisa kemudian diolah menggunakan metode sistem pakar forward chaining. Model representasi pengetahuan yang digunakan dalam sistem pakar adalah berbasis kaidah produksi. Desain sistem dilakukan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi starUML. Sistem pakar dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL sehingga menghasilkan sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan percobaan yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak berfungsi dengan baik. Sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web dapat digunakan untuk membantu mekanik dalam menangani permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan sepeda motor dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai sumber pengetahuan mengenai hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan sepeda motor 4-tak seperti gejala kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak, penyebabnya serta solusi untuk mengatasinya.  Abstract Most rider tend to give motorcycles to mechanics without knowing that the damage is simple or too complicated to repair. To handle these problems then needed an expert system that is able to analyze, find and provide solutions. The ability of a motorcycle mechanic can be implemented into an expert system. Data related to 4-stroke motorcycle damage were analyzed and then processed using forward chaining expert system method. The model of knowledge representation used in expert systems is based on the rules of production. System design is done using the help of starUML application. Expert systems are created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database so as to generate an expert system to detect 4-stroke motorcycle damage using web-based forward chaining method. Based on the results of tests and experiments that have been done show that the expert system to detect the damage 4-stroke motorcycle is not working properly. The expert system for detecting 4-stroke motorcycle damage using a web-based forward chaining method can be used to assist mechanics in dealing with motorcycle-related issues and can also be used as a source of knowledge on matters relating to 4-stroke motorcycles such as symptoms 4-stroke motorcycle damage, its causes and solutions to overcome them.

ABSTRACT<br />Expert System is an information system that contains with expert knowledge so that it can be used for consultation. The knowledge of the experts in this system is used as a basis by the Expert System to answer the question (consultation). Expertise is an extensive and specific knowledge gained through a series of training, reading, and experience. Knowledge enables experts to make decisions better and faster than non-experts in solving complex problems. Experts have a tiered nature, top experts have more knowledge than junior experts. The purpose of Expert System is to transfer expertise to a computer, then to someone else (who is not an expert). Expert System is now widely used and found on some websites that are consultation on the world of health. researchers see the opportunity how the application of expert systems that made the goal to create a learning medium where currently common applications used can not be used freely on nutrition students. Tujuan Sistem Pakar adalah untuk mentransfer kepakaran dari seorang pakar ke komputer, kemudian ke orang lain (yang bukan pakar).Sistem Pakar saat ini sudah banyak digunakan dan ditemukan pada beberapa website yang bersifat konsultasi pada dunia kesehatan. peneliti melihat peluang bagaimana aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat tujuannya untuk membuat media pembelajaran dimana saat ini aplikasi umum yang digunakan tidak dapat digunakan secara bebas pada mahasiswa gizi. Eye disease today is no longer a rare disease suffered by humans. Many symptoms encountered makes people become confused if the types of eye diseases from which they suffer. Type of eye disease that often affects people of Indonesia according to the Ministry of Health is conjunctivitis, Pterygium, Cataract and Glaucoma. It's no secret if in a meeting with the ophthalmologist will cost not less. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems that normally can only be solved by an expert in the field. Forward chaining inference engine used in this study to chronicling the symptoms are inconclusive, then the certainty factor method so that we can determine what percentage of the disease in the suffering of patients through the results of the count in the method. Application web-based expert system created to provide information to people with eye disease illness is entered in accordance with the symptoms.


This paper describes the creation of an expert system that is used to diagnose diseases in chili plants using a web-based certainty factor method. This expert system is made based on the weight of symptoms by experts so that users can find out the disease suffered by chili plants based on symptoms that arise. The symptom weight was calculated using the certainty factor method. This method is used to accommodate uncertainties that are often expressed by experts when detecting a disease. The design and manufacture of this expert system are done using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, CSS and the CodeIgniter framework. The results of the analysis between expert and expert systems have 87.09% compatibility level, and based on the calculation of the feasibility of the system with the Delone and McLean model shows that 77.58% of respondents agree Pakarcabaiku.com is a successful system for detecting chili disease.

Medicine is one of the areas that has benefited from the use of artificial intelligence since the advent of machine intelligence. Different expert systems for diagnosing diseases have been developed; however, they are either standalone or Web-based systems. This puts a vast majority of Africans in general and Nigerians in particular at a disadvantage, because of computer literacy, accessibility, and usage are very low in this region of the world. Recent advances in the capabilities of mobile phones and increased usage, however, have opened up new opportunities for innovative and complex applications that can be accessed via mobile phones. This chapter presents a disease diagnosis system that can be accessed via mobile phones to cater to the needs of the vast majority of users in places where healthcare is inadequate.

Abstract - Playstation2 is the best console of all time and has a major influence on the development of video games. So from that playstation2 until now still in demand in the community in all the game lovers. Basically the problem of damage to playstation2 is the most common case found in playstation2 and private rental employers who have playstation2. This damage requires fast and correct handling, as it can be quite detrimental to playstation2 rental entrepreneurs. Current technological advances to facilitate the work of man, because nowadays we can create an artificial intelligence that one of them called expert systems. For the development of expert systems requires hardware (hardware) such as a monitor, a processor, a minimum of 214 GB hard drive, 320 GB of memory, mouse and keyboard. Perangkat (software) consists Adove CS8 Dreamweaver, MySQL, XAMPP, Browser such as Mozilla. This application was designed with a web and an attractive appearance that can be used online for consultation. The results of this research is the application of playstation2 damage diagnosis expert system based on the indication symptoms of playstation2 problems. AbstractWeb-based expert systems (WBESs) provide the benefits of both expert system technology and web technology. The use of web services to deliver functionalities of WBESs allows the integration of these systems in web-portals. WBESs are used in a diversity of areas like engineering, management, medicine, agriculture, education, tourism, finance etc. A study on the various features of WBESs like knowledge-representation, reasoning, languages, implementation tools, use of various web services-related processes such as discovery, selection, composition etc. can result into some interesting conclusions. Presented work tries to fulfill the same purpose. The paper presents various WBESs classified according to their use of domain. The comparisons, observations, and assessments of these systems are presented by emphasizing the above-mentioned features of WBESs. A discussion on different web services-related processes and some representative techniques for performing each has also been provided to clarify their use in the WBESs. On the basis of assessments and surveys from different perspectives, some remarkable conclusions are drawn.
