A car workshop requires an integrated information system to support business processes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system information on the “Fast Auto” Car Workshop in order to identify the problem and to propose a new system. In analyzing and designing new systems, object-oriented methodology is applied through the collection of data based on direct observation in the field. Analysis results were used on designing the proposed information system that capable to support the operational activities of the workshop. As the result it will be a good information system and can be fully achieved the effectiveness and efficiency in the operational activities, therefore the executive can have the information that needed to make up a right decision.

 Tutoring institution is an organization which focuses in education. The objective of this institution is improving the quality of learning of all students to achieve the desired target. The operational activities of this institution consist of registration, scheduling, evaluation, and administration supporters. It will be less effective if the processes are done manually. Therefore, many institutions are starting to restructure the model of information systems to support the company’s operations. This study describes about designing an information system model using object oriented approach based on the methodology introduced by Satzinger, where each phase is represented by using UML diagrams. The result achieved in this research is to produce a general model of information systems in supporting the operations of a tutoring institution. Designing an information system that is compatible with business processes can maximize the company's operations to run efficiently and effectively so as provides a competitive advantage from its competitors.

Based on an analysis conducted, PT XYZ may face problems on their business process since it is still executed with a non-computerized system. This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

An integrated information system is a need to help solve problems in managing business transactions. SAP application is one application that is able to provide solutions to these problems. The purpose of writing this research is to plan running business processes, plan implementation of the current SAP system related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP applications and provide development suggestions based on the results of planning obtained, in terms of business processes, performance, and financial. For the analysis, the IT Balanced Scorecard method is used, while for system development the ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology is used. This research produces an analysis of the planning of the company's business processes in implementing the implementation of the SAP financial and controlling ERP.

To generate an information system which is in accordance with the needs of company requires an analysis of business processes by observing the running system. Solutions for problems found when doing the business are observed using the systems approach. Object-oriented analysis and design is a method currently used to build an information system. The system development with "Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD)" method stated by Satzinger includes making activity diagram, event table, class diagram, usecase diagrams, usecase description, state chart diagram, deployment and software architecture, first-cut design class diagram, simple sequence diagram (SSD), the sequence diagram (first-cut, view layer, data access layer), communication diagram, updated design class diagram, package diagram, persistent object, user interface. The result obtained after performing all phases is an information system that fits the company needs which is expected to improve the performance and effectiveness in business processes and also support the company's business goals.

The system that exists in some futsal fields in general is still simple with menual management, most of the problems that are often encountered are the process of recording data and transactions requiring a long time. Abstract: In this growing era of globalization, information systems are very important and important in helping business processes, in the near future that will make the competition in the business process will be more violent and strict. Therefore, the use of information technology and the design of application programming using PHP as server side programing and MySQl as its database especially regarding bus departure and bus ticket reservation at PO.NPM company of bukittinggi city. Problems faced by this company is the problem of data redundancy ticket booking is a lot of data booking tickets are not available, and not presented in sequence and repeatedly resulting in difficulties when manipulating, altering, and delete data.     In the end the authors hope with the creation of a new information system, can help the process of booking tickets and done more easily, without the passengers concerned must come directly to P0.NPM with the new system design will facilitate the company and bus visitors.Keywords: Technology, Information, PHP Programming Language And MySQL.Abstrak : Di era globalisasi yang semakin berkembang ini sistem informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan utama dalam membantu proses bisnis, dalam waktu dekat yang akan membuat persaingan dalam proses bisnis akan semakin keras dan ketat. Karena itu pemakaian teknologi informasi dan rancangan pembuatan program aplikasi dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai server side programing  dan MySQl  sebagai Databasenya khususnya mengenai jadwal keberangkatan bus dan pemesanan tiket bus pada perusahaan PO.NPM kota bukittinggi. Masalah – masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini yaitu masalah redundansi data pemesanan tiket yaitu banyak data pemesanan tiket yang tidak tersedia,dan tidak tersaji secara berurutan dan berulang-ulang sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan saat memanipulasi, mengubah, dan menghapus data.  Pada akhirnya penulis berharap dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi yang baru, dapat membantu Proses pemesanan tiket dan dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, tanpa penumpang yang bersangkutan harus datang langsung ke P0.NPM dengan adanya desain sistem yang baru akan mempermudah pihak perusahaan dan pengunjung bus.Kata kunci : Teknologi, Informasi, Bahasa Pemograman PHP  Dan MySQL

Chanduang’s Religious affairs office (KUA) is an institutionthat provide the service of marriage, reconciliations, and marriage’s consultations for Canduang’s sub district residents. In order to help Religious affairs office in registrations and data processing, an information system is needed to help this registration process can be done everywhere and without attending to the office. Moreover, for wide society, an application to show the information of Marriage’s status is also needed to avoid deception the status of Marriage.An Information System about marriage and marriage status  is designed in web-based with involve language programming HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,Jquery and PHP5 with object oriented-based.  Meanwhile, the data base used is SQL. The design of the system also involves Use Case, Activity Diagram, Context Diagram, Flowchart, Class Diagram, Normalizes and ERD. This system also use the otherwise called in addressing with apply htaccess in the real file address as one of security System.This system information involves three users; Admin, officers andalso bridegrooms. The three levels of users are registered with private account to sign in to the system which has each username and password with MD5 encryption.  The main page of the systemwill show the information of Marriages’registrant and marriage schedule on Chanduang’s Religious affairs office. This system will help the KUA’s officer and also residents in applying marriage datas and show someone’s Marriage status. Key words: Information system, Marriage, Reconciliation, Web Programming
