An integrated information system is a need to help solve problems in managing business transactions. SAP application is one application that is able to provide solutions to these problems. The purpose of writing this research is to plan running business processes, plan implementation of the current SAP system related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP applications and provide development suggestions based on the results of planning obtained, in terms of business processes, performance, and financial. For the analysis, the IT Balanced Scorecard method is used, while for system development the ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology is used. This research produces an analysis of the planning of the company's business processes in implementing the implementation of the SAP financial and controlling ERP.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the running business processes on the Material Management module; evaluate the performance of the running SAP systems associated with the implementation and maintenance of SAP applications as well as to give sugestions based on the development of evaluation results obtained, in terms of business processes, performance, and financial. Utilized for analysis is IT Balanced Scorecard method, while ASAP (Accelerated SAP) method is used for the system development. This study produced an analysis of the evaluation of the enterprise business processes in implementing the SAP development of ERP system modules Material Management.

Based on an analysis conducted, PT XYZ may face problems on their business process since it is still executed with a non-computerized system. The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business processes perFormance running at the company. Besides, this study may support PT XYZ to monitor their business activities primarily from sales and inventory. The focus of the analysis and design of the inFormation systems lies in the records of beef suppies and sales transaction. A procedure and design of an integrated inFormation system in the Form a desktop application is the output of this study.

The subjects of the research are the structure and operation of an integrated information system of public finance management called the «Electronic Budget». The purpose of the work was to determine the key mechanisms for ensuring transparency, openness and accountability of activities of state bodies and local governments, federal and municipal institutions in the field of public finance management within the single information space framework. Based on the analysis of the structure and operation of the Electronic Budget system, it is concluded that the latter represents a single integrated platform for technological and service subsystems using uniform business processes, rules, reference information and a uniform technology for reflecting financial-economic activities of all participants of the budgeting process. Also the basic system performance criteria are defined and the key development trends are formulated.

Abstract—The need for information system development in a company is a basic requirement that must be met by each company in order to run its business processes properly. This is the basic key in a company in order to provide maximum results to find as many profits or profits. Application development or requirements in the application also provide speed for employees to carry out their activities to work properly and optimally. The development of the era requires that companies must be productive and have innovations so that the business wheel of the company can run well. This is based on the development of technology that is so fast that it requires special expertise in its application. This research is expected to be able to help some problems that exist in a company. Aim. The use of intelligent agents in modeling an integrated information system of transport logistics makes it possible to achieve a qualitatively new level of design of control systems in supply chains. Materials and methods. The article presents an original approach that implements the possibilities of using multi-agent technologies in the interests of modeling the processes of functioning of an integrated information system of transport logistics. It is shown that the multi-agent infrastructure is actually a semantic shell of the information system, refl ecting the rules of doing business and the interaction of its participants in the supply chains. The characteristic of the model of the class of an intelligent agent, which is basic for solving problems of management of transport and technological processes, is given. Results. The procedures of functioning of the model of integration of information resources of the participants of the transport services market on the basis of intelligent agents are considered. The presented procedures provide a wide range of network interaction operations in supply chains, including traffi c and network structure “fl exible” control, mutual exchange of content and service information, as well as their distributed processing, and information security. Conclusions. The proposed approach showed that the use of intelligent agents in modeling the functioning of an integrated information system makes it possible to take into account the peculiarities of transport and technological processes in supply chains, such as the integration of heterogeneous enterprises, their distributed organization, an open dynamic structure, standardization of products, interfaces and protocols.

The article discusses the issues of improving the examination system of competitive applications for state support in the form of grants of the President of the Russian Federation on the basis of an integrated information system that includes the information support system of the Grants Council of the President of the Russian Federation and the information system of the Federal Roster of Scientific and Technological Experts and containing information about experts, applications and expert examination results. In order to improve the principles of transparency and openness of support programs and competition winners, to ensure the objectivity of the competitive selection of projects, a number of organizational and technical solutions are proposed in the application examination system based on an integrated information system. The new and proposed new approaches to the organizational and technical support of the examination of competitive applications for state support in the form of grants of the President of the Russian Federation to young Russian scientists made it possible, by attracting a wide range of scientific and technological communities, to conduct examination of more than five thousand applications with high quality and deadlines set by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.
