Compensation is everything that will be received by a person as remuneration for the work she/he has done, either directly or indirectly. Assessment of labor productivity is almost always automatically associated with the rules and regulations of individual salary increases and bonus distribution. Result of the analysis indicates work environment played a very important role for the improvement of labor productivity with r2 = 0.933 (93.3%), and t 8.158 and t table 0.30. Result of the hypothesis testing of the effect of compensation onemployee and lecturer productivity (r2=0.933 or 93.3 % with t 3.729 and t table of 0.30) means compensation had a very strong influence. Result of the hypothesis testing of the effect of competence on employee and lecturerproductivity shows r2= 0.933 or by 93.3%, with t 4.014 and t table 0.30. Result of the analysis shows the correlation between work environment and labor productivity is equal to 0.769, means it had a fairly high correlation. The correlation between compensation and labor productivity by 0.482 is moderate. The correlation between competence and labor productivity by 0509 is moderate. The determination determination is equal to 0.933 means that employee and lecturer productivity was influenced by work environment, compensation, and competency in the amount of 0.933 (93.3%); while the 6.7% remaining was influenced by other variables outside the research. The regression function resulted from the analysis is Y = -0.026 + 0.548 X1 + 0.260 X2 + 0.281 X3.

The aims of this study effect of work atmosphere, training, incentives, and motivation on sales force productivity at PT. Suzuki Indonesia. This study uses correlational studies. The sample from this study was 120 people selling PT. Suzuki Indonesia personnel in the Jabodetabek area. The results of this study indicate that; 1) The work environment has a positive direct effect on the productivity of the sales force of 0.613 with a tcount of 8.43, 2) training has a positive direct effect on sales force productivity of 0.628 with a tcount of 8.77, 3) incentives have a positive direct effect on labor productivity sales of 0.609 with a tcount of 8.34, 4) motivation has a positive direct effect on sales force productivity of 0.635 with a tcount of 8.94, 5) work environment, training, incentives, and motivation together have a positive direct effect on productivity sales force of 0.812 with a tcount of 55.78. Thus an increase in sales force productivity can be achieved well if there is a strong influence of the work environment, training, incentives and motivation that are well-developed.

The purpose of this research are to knowing, analyze, and reviewing the influence of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction and impact on employee performance at Land Office, Regency of Merangin, Jambi Province. The analysis method used are descriptive analysis and verification analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to reveal the facts of the object that have been research. While verification analysis is used to test and measure the influence of independent variable X1 (Work Environment) and X2 (Motivation) to the dependent variable Z (Performance) with intervening variable Y (Job Satisfaction).      The result of this research and hypothesis testing that have been conducted got the result that : 1) Effect of work environment on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 9,001%; 2) The influence of motivation on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 69,739%; 3) Effect of work environment and joint motivation to job satisfaction is 78,740%; 4) The effect of working environment on the performance directly and indirectly is -1,945 %; 5) The influence of motivation on performance directly and indirectly is 15,639%; 6) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performamce is 13,693%; 7) The effect of job satisfaction on performance is 15,682%; 8) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performance through job satisfaction is 14,009%.

This research is knowing effect on employee productivity monitoring the production of PT Sunson Textile Manufacturer, Supervision as an independent variable  (x) and labor productivity as the dependent variable (y), and this study takes the number of respondents  as many as 48 people. Data obtained through the questionnaire and then further processed to be tested  through statistical  analysis such as a simple regression nalysis,  t-test and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSP version 17. Result show than the results  of  t-test of hypothesis testing.  (5,757 ) (2,013 ). This ni indicates that moitoring signifikan effect on the level of employee productivity. The amount of supervision on employee productivity in the production of PT Sunson textile manufacturer PT sunson Textile manufacturer Thorn is at 41,9 %.

This study entitled The Effect of Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Education and Culture Office of the City of Lubuklinggau. The method used in this study using a questionnaire and observation. Testing the first hypothesis, namely Variable Competence (X1) on Motivation (Z) "shows that t count produces a coefficient of 16.347. With a sample size of 58 found df = 58 (58-2) at a significant level of 0.05, the critical value of t table is 1.672. with these results it can be said that competence has a significant effect on motivation because tcount (16.347)> t table (1.672). The second hypothesis testing is that it can be said that the work environment has a significant influence on motivation because tcount (10.038)> t table (1.672). Third Hypothesis testing can be said that competence has a significant effect on employee performance because tcount (10.412)> t table ( 1.672). The fourth hypothesis testing can be said that the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance because tcount (14.897)> t table (1.672). " and testing the fifth hypothesis, it is found that the value of fcount obtained is 152.197> F table = 3.16 and the simultaneous significant level of sig F is 0.000b. This shows that competence and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance (Y).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on the performance of stationary pump operators in the water resources department of West Jakarta city administration. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling population of 250 employes sample of 71 respondents. Data analysis used regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, using SPSS Version 24 software. The results obtained leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation Y = 11,128 + 0,339X1 + 0,392X2. Correlation value obtained at 0.695 means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong influence with a coefficient of determination of 48.3% while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained value (31,716> 3,130), it was also strengthened with a probability of significance of 0,000 <0.05. This means H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style and work environment on employee performance in the West Jakarta City Water Resources Administration Office.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work stress on the performance of employees of private universities in the city of Bandung, Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive verification method which was conducted on 150 employees of private universities in the city of Bandung. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using correlation analysis, regression, determination and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of hypothesis testing prove that workload has a negative effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, and work stress has a negative effect on employee performance.

This study was motivated by the decline in targets at PT. Mod Indi Semarang. For this reason, the problem can be formulated is how the sewing part efforts improve Employee Performance so that production is achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation on Employee Performance in the part of sewing production at PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The population of this study was 420 production employees at sewing PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The sample used in this study was 81 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that provides an opportunity to become a member of the sample with certain criteria. Then the method of collecting data through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 22 which includes tests of validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a t-test, F test, R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the determination coefficient value of 0.884, it is known that in this study the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation has a consequent on the variable employee performance of 88.4% while the rest, which is 11.6% is influenced by other variables that are not explained.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Serpong Tangerang Building. The method used in this study uses associative quantitative approach while the sample used in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Ftest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.091X1 . Tcount value of 3.086> ttable 1.989 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination of 28.5%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.173X2 . Tvalue 4.612> ttable 1.989 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination 36.6%. Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 31.222> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Rvalue of the coefficient of determination of 43.2% Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Serpong Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, tehnik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji thitung uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,091X1. Nilai thitung 3,086 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,173X2. Nilai thitung 4,612 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi 36,6%. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 31,222 > Ftabel 3,11 dengan siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. The purpose of this study has two objectives, namely to find out whether there is a compensation effect on employee performance and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Researchers took a sample of 75 respondents at PT Bank QNB INDONESIA branch of SCBD using questionnaires. This research method uses SmartPLS. Hypothesis testing conducted in this study is that there is a positive, significant and not significant effect on compensation and work environment on employee performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan, yaitu mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kompensai terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan .Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 75 responden pada PT Bank QNB INDONESIA cabang SCBD dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif, signifikan dan tidak sifgnifikan terhadap kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
