The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on the performance of stationary pump operators in the water resources department of West Jakarta city administration. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling population of 250 employes sample of 71 respondents. Data analysis used regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, using SPSS Version 24 software. The results obtained leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation Y = 11,128 + 0,339X1 + 0,392X2. Correlation value obtained at 0.695 means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong influence with a coefficient of determination of 48.3% while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained value (31,716> 3,130), it was also strengthened with a probability of significance of 0,000 <0.05. This means H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style and work environment on employee performance in the West Jakarta City Water Resources Administration Office.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Serpong Tangerang Building. The method used in this study uses associative quantitative approach while the sample used in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Ftest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.091X1 . Tcount value of 3.086> ttable 1.989 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination of 28.5%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.173X2 . Tvalue 4.612> ttable 1.989 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination 36.6%. Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 31.222> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Rvalue of the coefficient of determination of 43.2% Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Serpong Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, tehnik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji thitung uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,091X1. Nilai thitung 3,086 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,173X2. Nilai thitung 4,612 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi 36,6%. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 31,222 > Ftabel 3,11 dengan siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. The purpose of this study was to determine motivation and work environment for employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 43.1%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.628> 2.002), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 40.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> t table or (6.311> 2.002) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance on. Simultaneous test of motivation and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> F table or (32.194> 2.770), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road.

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style, work environment, and motivation have on the performance of PT. Djaya Sinar Propertindo employees during The Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study amounted to 100 people, while in determining the sample used The Slovin's Formula with a 5% sample which obtained a sample of 80 employees. This research was conducted from November 2020 to April 2021. The data were collected using quantitative methods and the analysis used was the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS v.25 for windows. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that: hypothesis testing, The F-count is 34,636. In comparison, The F-table is 2.72, which means F-count > F-table. This result shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The result means that leadership style, work environment, and motivation simultaneously significantly affect employee performance at PT. Djaya Sinar Propertindo.

Funds can be obtained from company owners or from outside parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial leverage, operating leverage and current ratio on profitability at PT. Manunggal Persada Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 7 years of financial statements. The analysis tool uses classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that the regression coefficient value of Financial leverage of 0.005 was positive with a contribution of 19.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.324> 0.05. Regression coefficient value of Operating leverage of 0.001 is positive with a contribution of 16.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.368> 0.05. Current coefficient regression value of 0.158 is positive with a contribution of 31.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.187> 0.05. Obtained a regression equation Y = 0.110 + 0.009X1 + 0.001X2 + 0.177X3, the regression coefficient value of each positive independent variable with a correlation of 0.927 and a coefficient of determination of 85.8% while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained by calculating Fcount> Ftable or (6.064> 4.120). Thus simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between financial leverage, operating leverage and current ratio to rentability.

Employee performance is a reflection of employee work that determines the achievement of company goals. Performance optimization can be achieved through increasing motivation, competence, and work environment. This research is aimed at analyzing performance that is determined by motivation, competence, and work environment, both simultaneously and partially. The research design applies descriptive and verification approaches. Used multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis which is then tested by hypothesis. The results showed that motivation, competence, and work environment had a positive and real effect on employee performance. In contrast, partially motivation and competence had a positive and tangible impact on employee performance, except the work environment had no influence. It is recommended to appreciate the performance, communication skills, and work cycle activities that are oriented towards improving discipline.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. NT Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The analysis used includes the analysis of the coefficient of determination, F Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work environment affected employee performance, job stress affected employee performance.

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Conflict and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart), Tigaraksa, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sample with a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.583X1. The value of tcount -7.513 <ttable 1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between work conflict on employee performance. Job stress partially has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.526X2. The value of tcount -7,015 <ttable1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between job stress on employee performance. Simultaneously, work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount 28.505> Ftable 2.740 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of R or the coefficient of determination of 45.2%.   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) Wilayah Tigaraksa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,583X1. Nilai thitung -7,513 < ttabel 1,994 yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,526X2. Nilai thitung-7,015 < ttabel 1,994yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan Konflik kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung28,505 > Ftabel 2,740 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai R atau Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 45,2%. Simpulan penelitian ini, secara parsial variabel stress kerja maupun konflik kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, secara simultan atau bersama-sama stress dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and the work environment on employee performance at UPI Serang Campus. The research approach used is a mix method. The research population is an employee of education personnel at the University of Education Indonesia Kampus Serang, while the sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling using as many as 31 respondents. The method used is quantitative research. The data analysis methods used are decryptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that: (1) leadership styles did not have a significant influence on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. (3) Leadership style and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination showed that the contribution of the influence of leadership style and the work environment on employee performance was 76.50%, while the remaining 22.50%, was a contribution from other variables (£) that were not examined in this study

Human resources play an important and strategic role in determining company policy. Superior human resources are required to carry out their duties in a quality and good manner. Human resources need to be well-managed and emphasised so that employees can feel satisfaction at work. Job satisfaction is vital upon measuring the work performance. If the employee is satisfied with the job, the work performance will be better. Job satisfaction also becomes an indicator for the company survival. The purpose of this study is to analyse the significance of the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on employees’ job satisfaction. This type of study is survey research on the employees at PT Tri Usaha Sejahtera Pratama company. The study population included 800 people. The research sample was 80 employees, which comprised 32 male and 48 female respondents. The sample is taken using the proportional cluster random sampling technique with criteria based on their education background and working period. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, model accuracy test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that all variables, including leadership style, work motivation, and work environment have positive influence towards employees’ job satisfaction. The leadership style, work motivation, and work environment have an essential effect on job satisfaction of the employees at PT Tri Usaha Sejahtera Pratama company. Therefore, it can be concluded that job satisfaction at PT Tri Usaha Sejahtera Pratama company can be measured using three variables: leadership style, work motivation, and work environment
