The purpose of this research is to verify and estimate the correlation of Quality Service, that consist of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Organizational Culture, that consist of Power Distance Index (PDI), Individualism Index, Masculinity Index, Uncertainty Avoidance Index (UAI) againstIncident Management’s Accuracy of Inconvenience Investigation, to identify dominant indicator of Quality Service variable and to identify dominant indicator of Organizational Culture Variable. This research use a quantitative descriptive approaching with the questioner as a primary data and literature comparation as asecondary data, and is a non-experimentally research. The model is developed, in this research is consist of two hypotheses that are examined by The Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using Lisrel 8.80 as an analysis tool. The sample that is used in this research is to the tune of 287 respondents from the Ministry of Finance with random sampling technique. The result of this research, based on fit model, obtain that all of the tvalue indicator of exogen variable are greater than ttable (N=287; α=0.05) as much as 1.97. In conclusion, this research isclearly state that H0 is reected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant correlation between Quality Service and Organizational Culture against Investigation Accuracy simultaneously. PurposeThis study aims to test and analyze the effect of maintenance operation, time utility and occupancy on sustainability with transit oriented development (TOD) as a moderating variable.Design/methodology/approachThis research is a quantitative research. The data in this study are a combination of primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The research took place at PT MRT Jakarta with all the board of directors as a sample in this study. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling and data analysis using structural equation model (SEM).FindingsThe result shows that maintenance and operation (M&O) have a positive and significant effect on time utility, M&O have a positive and significant effect on sustainability, time utility has a positive and significant effect on occupancy, occupancy has a positive and significant effect on sustainability and the influence of TOD does not significantly influence the relationship between time utility on occupancy and occupancy on sustainability.Originality/valueThe originality of this research lies in testing the maintenance operation, time utility and occupancy variables on sustainability with the renewal of TOD as a moderating variable.

This study aims to find empirical evidence related to impact of auditor’s independence and professionalism towards the internal auditor’s performance moderated by organizational culture. The sample of this study is internal auditors who work and has position as functional Officer Auditor and structural officers functions as an audit division in the provincial inspectorate located in the province of Central Kalimantan and chosen by random sampling technique with a total of 137 samples. The method of collecting data was survey through distribution directly. Data analysis was done out by using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of this study shows that independence of audtor and professionalism auditor has positive and significant impact on internal auditors performance. This study supports organizational culture as moderating variable, on impact auditors independence towards the internal auditor performance. This research support organizational culture as a moderating variable, on the impact of auditors professionalism impact towards the internal auditors performance.

The background of this research is the change of status of Health Polytechnics of Surakarta from Civil Servant purely become Public Service Agency. Where in this form change make Health Polytechnics of Surakarta prepare their own budget. Thus there must be a change of management to address it. For that researchers are very interested to see the effect of Organizational Culture Roles, Leadership Effectiveness And Employee Motivation Against Public Service Agency Policy. The population in this research is all employees of Health Polytechnics of Surakarta. This research uses Simple random sampling which is a randomly chosen sampling technique. Statistical analysis using structural equation model (SEM). With 95% confidence level of research results showed that there is no significant positive relationship between organizational culture and leadership in Health Polytechnics of Surakarta.There is no significant correlation between organizational culture on policy of Health Polytechnics of Surakarta Public Service Agency (BLU).There is no significant correlation between work motivation toward leadership in Health Polytechnics of Surakarta.There is no significant correlation between work motivation to BLU policy in Health Polytechnics of Surakarta.There is no significant positive correlation between leadership of BLU policy in Health Polytechnics of Surakarta.

<p>This research is to present the effect of Human Resources Practices on Performance in Service Quality Through Employee Satisfaction In Commercial Scheduled Passenger Airlines in Indonesia” by referring to previous research conducted by Michel Rod and Nicholas J. Ashill (2010) as the main reference, and its equipped with research conducted by Jochen Wirtz, Loizos Heracleus, and Nitin Pangarkar (2008). The research background is to analyze the job performance in quality service as an important element to win the competition in the aviation services industry. The objective of this research was to examine the influence of Human Resources Practices for Performance in Quality Service, through job satisfaction. The research design is using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 110 of front line employees on airlines companies in Indonesia. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results of this study concluded that there is a positive effect of training, empowerment, Customer Service Orientation, and rewards, as part of the Human Resources Practices for Performance in Service Quality, through job satisfaction.</p>

<p><em>The purpose </em><em>of this research is empirically to find out the effect of </em><em>management morality, effectiveness of internal control, compensation, organizational ethical culture, and organization justice as a moderating variable on intention of fraud. </em><em>This research was conducted on </em><em>employees who work in the finance department at companies in the Jakarta area with a sample of 150 respondents.</em><em> Sampling technique used is convenience sampling. This research is included in quantitative research. Source of data in this research is primary data. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to respondents</em><em>. </em><em>Data analysis method using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with WarpPLS data processing tool version 0.6</em></p><em>Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded that effectiveness of internal control and compensation has a negative effect on intention of fraud. While Management morality and organizational ethical culture has no effect on intention of fraud. Organization justice can only weaken the negative effect of effectiveness of internal controls and compensation on intention of fraud.</em>

Testing the determinants or factors that influence the quality of LKPD is the aim of this study. All State Civil Servants (ASN) working in 51 Regional Organization (OPD) of Klaten Regency were made as research populations. The entire population was only 83 respondents who were selected as samples with purposive sampling technique in their selection. Structural Equation Model (SEM) smartPLS is a analysis tool of research data. The results showed that the effectiveness Regional Financial Accounting System (SAKD), and the effectiveness Internal Control System (SPI) had a positive and significant effect while organizational commitment did not have a positive and significant effect on quality of local government financial reports. The effectiveness of SAKD has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of SPI. The effectiveness SAKD, and the effectiveness SPI have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of the study also prove that the effectiveness SPI can mediate but organizational commitment cannot mediate the relationship of regional financial accounting system to the quality of LKPD. The effectiveness SAKD and the effectiveness SPI play an important role in the quality of LKPD is the conclusion of this study.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of formal taxpayer knowledge and awareness of taxpayers on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the SAMSAT POLDA office in West Jakarta. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to Motor vehicle taxpayers registered at the SAMSAT POLDA Office in West Jakarta. The population that will be the object of research is all motorized taxpayers registered at the POLDA SAMSAT office in West Jakarta until the period of December 2017. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This study uses the Structural Equation Model method. The results showed that the service of the tax authorities had a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance and the satisfaction of taxpayers had a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. The results of this study also concluded that the tax authorities' service had a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance through taxpayer satisfaction.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p> </p>


Competency mapping is developed as the promising tool to measure the talent enhancement of the faculty members working in higher education at Bangalore. It is considered to be the need of the hour to update with respect to changing environment in the field of technological, cultural, social and economic way.to conduct the study, there are 450 faculty members included as respondents from three different segments through convenience sampling technique. To describe their actual opinion of the respondents towards the competency mapping, there are six variables are used and one moderating variable also employed to enhance the talent and skill level of the faculty members, and the same was collected through administering structured questionnaire. A structural equation model is created with the primary data collected using statistical software AMOS V.21 and explained the relationship between the defined variables under the study. Finally, it is concluded that, the faculty members are agreed upon that competency mapping is a tool for measuring the talent enhancement, and which will be much helpful to survive under the hectic competitive position created by the digital rivalry.

Main purpose of this research was to explored An organizational citizenship behaviour's influenced that mediate the impact from transformational leadership and organizational culture towards employee performance at XYZ organizational. Research population was all employees from XYZ Organization, amounting to 113 employees. Sample method by non-probability sampling with saturated sampling as sampling technique so respondents chosen was 113 respondents. Data analysis method in this research used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with assist of Smart PLS version 3.2.9 program. These result indicated that transformational leadership and organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance Likewise to organizational citizenship behaviour.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence online buying interest in the Sociolla marketplace. The variables studied were trust, ease of use, electronic word of mouth, and sales promotion. The background of this research is the decline in buying interest on the Sociolla website from July 2019 - September 2020. This study uses primary data generated from questionnaires. By using the purposive sampling technique, obtained a sample of 108 respondents. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of trust, use, electronic word of mouth, and sales promotion have a positive effect on online buying interest
