Introduce early sex education is very important, so that children are able to fortify itself from sexual crimes. The impact of violence or sexual abuse on early childhood is very influential on their psychological development. Starting from the short-term impact of physical pain, guilt, fear, anxiety, shame, anger, and helplessness. Though the long term is a particular psychological symptom that the victim felt as a trauma that caused the victim to have no trust. Early childhood sex education is an attempt to provide information or knowledge to early childhood about identifying limbs, parts and limb functions, as well as the importance of maintaining limbs, as well as differences in men and women. One of the learning methods used in early childhood is learning while playing. Namely the method of pretend plays or play ostensibly. This game is very effective considering the early age has a vocabulary that is still limited and not able to think abstract to prevent the occurrence of sexual abuse in early childhood.

James Gallen’s chapter reviews the case and the contributions of Adrian Hardiman and Conor O’Mahony to this book. Gallen argues that their discussion reveals the tension between the principle of subsidiarity and the right to effective protection and an effective remedy in the European Convention on Human Rights. The chapter argues that the case of O’Keeffe v Ireland also raises concerns about the European Court of Human Right methodology for the historical application of the Convention and about the interaction of Article 3 positive obligations with vicarious liability in tort. A further section examines the impact of the decision for victims of child sexual abuse and identifies that the decision provides the potential for an alternative remedy to the challenging use of vicarious liability in Irish tort law.

A facilitator must be very careful in the process of socialization, given the very heterogeneous conditions of the community, both the level of education, character, acceptance and understanding of the community. Socialization that is carried out to prevent sexual abuse especially in the area of private organs (sensitive areas) of the body is an important thing that should have been introduced to children from an early age. This is the duty of parents to be able to convey this information in good language and easily understood by children, because of the rampant incidence of sexual abuse, especially in children, whether boys or girls</em>.

A general observation on the state and condition of the ablution area at some mosques in the country has pictured the place as slippery and unsafe and not properly used and maintained.  This has led to the assumptions that the design of the place had not thoroughly considered the ergonomic factors and right anthropometric of the users which has created discomfort in positioning oneself and accessing the fixtures during the act.  The impact of the problems has never been rationalized and always overlooked particularly on how it may affect the elderly group that is has become very common and being repeated in the provision of the ablution area in other mosque’s design and development.  In consideration of the pressing issues and needs for an appropriate ablution area as part of safety and cleanliness measures at Mosque or Surau, the design of the facility must be emphasized and be based on the needs and physical abilities of the users. This particular study on the ablution area is necessary as it has uncovered salient and common problem of the current design of the place.  The methodology selected for the study was a combination of several methods.  It encompassed onsite observation on the practical use and performance of the ablution area, interview survey on users’ practical experience and design assessment focusing on the ergonomic and anthropometric considerations of the place through measured drawing method.  The results were triangulated to determine the overall performance of the present design of ablution area in facilitating spiritual obligation of the people. For the purpose, three different mosques in Kuala Nerus district namely Masjid UNiSZA (Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin), Masjid UMT (Universiti Malaysia Terengganu) and Masjid Tok Jembal were selected as case studies. The study on the 3 sites of ablution area has displayed results indicating problems generally based on the location and proximity of water faucet and seating provision at the area which apparently were not based on the right ergonomic. This has created discomfort to the users and leaving messy and slippery ground after use.
