<p>The purpose of this study is to find out the problems of national education in Indonesia in a global context. This research method uses library research. The results showed that national education experienced problems including the first, the Philosophical Mistakes that interpreted the quality of education with the Achievement Index, second, Weakening the Empowerment of Educators (Teachers), Third Education Management was centralized, structuralistic, and bureaucratic, fourth, the learning system is paternalistic, harismatic, militaristic, monologue. Improvement efforts can be taken through three steps, namely <em>First,</em> build awareness at all social levels. <em>Second,</em> strengthening the epistemology of education on humanize humans. Third, strengthening the management of social awareness-based education.</p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong>National education problems in Indonesia, national education in the global era, Nassional Education Solutions in the Global Era.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan pendidikan Nasional di Indonesia dalam konteks global. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan nasional mengalami permasalahan diantaranya <em>pertama,</em> kekeliruan filosofis yang mengartikan mutu pendidikan dengan Indeks Prestasi, <em>kedua</em>, lemahnya pemberdayaan tenaga pendidik (pengajar), <em>ketiga</em> manajemen pendidikan bersifat  sentralistik, strukturalistik, birokratik, <em>keempat,</em> sistem pembelajaran  bersifat paternalistik, harismatik, militeristik, monolog. Upaya perbaikan yang bisa ditempuh melalui tiga langkah yaitu <em>pertama,</em> membangun kesadaran pada semua lapisan masyarakat. <em>kedua,</em>  penguatan epistemologi pendidikan untuk memanusiakan manusia, <em>ketiga</em>,  penguatan manajemen pendidikan berbasis kesadaran sosial.</p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Masalah pendidikan Nasional di Indonesia, pendidikan Nasional di era global, Solusi Pendidikan Nassional di Era Global.

<p class="Default"><strong><em>Abstrac</em></strong><strong><em>t</em></strong></p><p class="Default"><em>The</em><em> </em><em>phenomenon of Pesantren </em><em>has</em><em> </em><em>been </em><em>adopting common knowledge but still retaining the teaching classic books that attempts to the main purpose of the institution.</em><em>.The</em> effort to improve the quality of education in the global era, the pesantren needs to do the transformation. Research method using library research. Result of research indicate that there are three things should be done by pesantren in doing transformation include : First. Pesantren must use practical purposes that  producing a generation of Islam. not only a smart serve smart vertically but also horizontally. Second: Pesantren must use ideological purposes it should be pesantren as main pillars of  <em>aqidah</em> who ruled the General Science. Third : Pesantren make changes to the format, shape, orientation and method of education with no change the vision, mission and spirit of boarding, but the change only on the outside only, while on the side in the still retained  <em></em></p><p class="Default"><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><p>Fenomena Pesantren telah mengadopsi pengetahuan umum tetapi tetap mempertahankan pengajaran buku-buku klasik sebagai upaya untuk meneruskan tujuan utama dari lembaga, yaitu untuk mendidik para  ulama. Dalam upaya melakukan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di era global, maka pesantren perlu melakukan transformasi. Metode penellitian menggunakan library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga hal yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh pesantren dalam melakukan transformasi meliputi : Pertama. Pesantren  harus memiliki tujuan praktis yang menghasilkan satu generasi Islam tidak hanya pintar melayani secara vertikal tetapi juga secara horizontal. Kedua: Pesantren harus memiliki tujuan ideologis, seharusnya pesantren sebagai pilar utama pembentukan aqidah yang menguasai Ilmu Pengetahuan Umum; ketiga: Pesantren melakukan perubahan pada format, bentuk, orientasi dan metode pendidikan tanpa mengubah visi, misi dan semangat pesantren, tetapi perubahan hanya di luar saja, sementara di sisi dalam masih dipertahankan</p>

<p>The aim of this research is to know the concept of student’s akhlak and its relevance to national education. The urgency of this research is to improve the quality of education to form characterized and civilized human who increasingly chaotic. The research method use the Qur’an and Sunnah, literature study (library research), and other relevant sources. The result of the research shows the relevance of his moral valuation method with assessment method in SMPIT AT-TAUFIQ Bogor specifically and national education generally. The Qur'an, Sunnah, and guidance of the salaf strengthen the building of moral judgments that I have embraced</p>

Management of national education in Indonesia as a whole is still centralized, making it less encouraging the democratization and decentralization of education, especially at the high school level. Basically, the problem of education management concerns efficiency in utilizing existing resources. National education management is a neat strategy to overcome the negative effects of globalization. Therefore strengthening it will direct globalization in a positive direction for nation building. A centralized education management system that has proven to not bring significant progress to improve the quality of education in general. Even in certain cases, centralized education management has led to limiting creativity in various types and levels of education.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur’an bagi calon peserta didik musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an di pondok pesantren al-Qur’an M. Thoha Al-fasyni Bogor. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan berusaha melaksanakan pengkajian deskriptif yang akan dituangkan dalam bentuk laporan dan uraian. Adapun jenis penelitiannya dengan mengambil studi kasus di pondok pesantren al-Qur`an M. Thoha Al-fasyni kota Bogor. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan metode terpola, dalam manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur`an bagi calon peserta didik musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an, metode ini diterapkan dengan pertemuan guru dan para peserta didik untuk mempraktekan apa yang telah guru sampaikan dan contohkan, dalam setiap kali pertemuan sehingga mampu memperoleh pola lagu tilawah dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pihak pondok pesantren terutama berkaitan dengan manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur`an, dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihanya. Dan agar hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan prestasi peserta didik dalam setiap perlombaan musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an di berbagai tempat.Kata kunci: manajemen pelatihan, manajemen pendidikan, musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an, peserta didik, tilawah Al-Qur`an. AL-QUR`AN READING EDUCATION MANAGEMENT FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS READING RACE AL-QUR’ANABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the recitation of the Qur'an management education for prospective students boarding school race koran reading the Koran Muhammad Al-Fasyni Thoha Bogor. This research method is using qualitative research with descriptive trying to carry out an assessment to be formulated in the form of reports and descriptions. The type of research by taking a case study in a boarding school Al-Quran muhammad Thoha fasyni city of Bogor. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Results of the analysis in this study shows the method patterned, in education management is reading the Quran for prospective learners race reading the Quran, the method is applied to meeting the teacher with the students to practice what the teachers say and demonstrated, in every meeting so as to obtain the pattern of the song reading well. The results of this study can be used by the boarding school related to education management reading the Quran, in an effort to improve the quality of education of reading the Quran. And so it can be evidenced by the increase achievement didikdalam participants race each race recitation of the Qur'an in various places.

In general, the quality of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia can be said to lag behind non-Islamic educational institutions. The quality of education is influenced by the quality of the education management it carries out. The better the quality of management of an educational institution, the quality of education produced will certainly be directly proportional. Changing times continue to occur and competition between educational institutions is also getting tougher. If you are not able to manage an educational institution properly, you will be left behind and it is possible to go bankrupt. One of these self-improvement efforts is the need to reformulate strategic management by considering the concept of a strategic management model. The purpose of this study is to explore a strategic management model for improving the quality of Islamic education. The research was carried out through an approach to library research methods. The results of this study have shown that in fact management strategy has a concept in Islam, so there are already Islamic educational institutions to run it according to Islamic guidelines in order to improve the quality of Islamic education.

This article aims to describe the application of quality management in schools to improve the quality of education. In general, in Indonesia the national education management still tends centralized causing less encouraging democratic development education. National education management is a strategy that needs to be re doitata to overcome the negative effects of the globalization. Education management problem basically involves the lack of utilization of existing resources. At present, the management is less centralized education had a positive impact on the world of education even in certain cases lead to inhibit creativity centralized management of educational units at various levels and types of education. So that education units are not made significant progress in the era of globalization

Abstract: Islam views a person before Allah. It is not because of the physical, but the taqs. Thus, individual has equal rights and obligations in this case, education. Along with the statements within Statute Number 20 in 2003, it stated that "every citizen has the same right to obtain good quality of education." It is understandable that every citizen can obtain an education and without exception, including those with disabilities. Through the library research method derived from books, laws and research journals, this paper describes how Islam views toward people with disabilities in education policy in Indonesia. Based on this study, it is well known that in Islam the human standing before God is the same as the person of disability who differentiates only his faith and his taqs. Education in Islam is a human right and duty. Education in Indonesia is policy that regulates education for those with disabilities.

This article tries to discuss policy of international school that is the government's efforts to improve the quality of Indonesian education for belonging competitiveness among an others countries in the global era. One of them adopts international standards of OECD members as a key factor in addition as well as uses national education standards. In practice, international school policy starts to look some weaknesses, both conceptual and learning system. Like proverb says ‘there is no ivory that is not cracked’, so the government should perform various steps to improve the concept of international school by involving the various elements of education stakeholders and conduct in-depth research before the policy is decided.<br />Key word: School, Madrasah, International<br /><br />
