Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur’an bagi calon peserta didik musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an di pondok pesantren al-Qur’an M. Thoha Al-fasyni Bogor. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan berusaha melaksanakan pengkajian deskriptif yang akan dituangkan dalam bentuk laporan dan uraian. Adapun jenis penelitiannya dengan mengambil studi kasus di pondok pesantren al-Qur`an M. Thoha Al-fasyni kota Bogor. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan metode terpola, dalam manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur`an bagi calon peserta didik musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an, metode ini diterapkan dengan pertemuan guru dan para peserta didik untuk mempraktekan apa yang telah guru sampaikan dan contohkan, dalam setiap kali pertemuan sehingga mampu memperoleh pola lagu tilawah dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pihak pondok pesantren terutama berkaitan dengan manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur`an, dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihanya. Dan agar hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan prestasi peserta didik dalam setiap perlombaan musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an di berbagai tempat.Kata kunci: manajemen pelatihan, manajemen pendidikan, musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an, peserta didik, tilawah Al-Qur`an. AL-QUR`AN READING EDUCATION MANAGEMENT FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS READING RACE AL-QUR’ANABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the recitation of the Qur'an management education for prospective students boarding school race koran reading the Koran Muhammad Al-Fasyni Thoha Bogor. This research method is using qualitative research with descriptive trying to carry out an assessment to be formulated in the form of reports and descriptions. The type of research by taking a case study in a boarding school Al-Quran muhammad Thoha fasyni city of Bogor. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Results of the analysis in this study shows the method patterned, in education management is reading the Quran for prospective learners race reading the Quran, the method is applied to meeting the teacher with the students to practice what the teachers say and demonstrated, in every meeting so as to obtain the pattern of the song reading well. The results of this study can be used by the boarding school related to education management reading the Quran, in an effort to improve the quality of education of reading the Quran. And so it can be evidenced by the increase achievement didikdalam participants race each race recitation of the Qur'an in various places.

The leadership of the kiai becomes very important in Islamic boarding school because the development of the quality of pesantren education depends on the competence of the leader, the meaning of the leader here is the kiai or caretaker of the boarding school. This study aims to describe the first role of leadership in improving the quality of education, secondly the leadership of kiai that is effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods and inductive thinking patterns. The purpose is to analyze the data obtained from field objects, and then to be related to relevant theories.The results showed: 1) The role of the kiai in improving quality in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang is as a manager, educator, human resource empowerment, decision maker, attainee of the pesantren, motivator and supervisor. 2) Effective kiai leadership is leadership that builds cooperation with kiai or other institutions, regenerates kiai and builds good relations with the community.

This study examines how the recruitment management pattern was carried out by Madrasahs at MTs Negeri 2 as an effort to improve the quality of education, how recruitment is in its implementation, and whether there are obstacles during implementation and the solutions offered by madrasah management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study technique. The results of the study include the recruitment process which includes the socialization of the announcement of the admission of new educators, administrative selection, written tests, Madrasah interview tests, and school tests (microteaching, school interviews, computer tests, and Al-Qur'an reading and writing tests) carried out accordingly. procedures prepared by the Recruitment Team. Recruitment is carried out following the implementation procedure by prioritizing the main objective of selecting the most qualified educators according to the standards set by MTs Negeri 2 Medan. Supervision of the Recruitment Team carried out by Madrasahs and Heads of MTs Negeri 2 Medan to avoid the possibility of misappropriation or deviation from the Recruitment Team. Meanwhile, for the supervision and evaluation of new educators obtained from the recruitment selection results, they are given time for internships. Internships are carried out to evaluate new educators, see efforts to improve themselves, and see innovations made even to evaluate moral behavior and work behavior during the internship.

Layanan pendidikan diukur melalui kualitas pendidikan yang diselenggara-kan di sekolah. Kualitas mutu sekolah dijabarkan pada program-program pembelajaran yang menjadi brand untuk ditawarkan kepada masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa layanan pendidikan yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah melalui program-program ung-gulan sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Kristen Kalam Kudus Surakarta yang menerapkan program unggulan berbasis kerohanian, pem-belajaran, dan life skill atau kecakapan hidup. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru, kemudian pengamatan langsung atau observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan dan dicatat dalam bentuk catatan lapangan dan transkrip wawancara sebelum direduksi dan disajikan. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa program unggulan sekolah dapat memberikan dampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. AbstractEducation services are measured through the quality of education held in schools. The quality of schools is described in learning programs that become brands to be offered to the community as users of educational services provided by schools. This study aims to describe the principal's strategy in improving the quality of education in schools through excellent programs in schools. This research was conducted at the Kalam Kudus Christian High School Surakarta which implemented a superior program based on spirituality, learning, and life skills. The research method is qualitative, research is conducted by interviewing principals and teachers, then direct observation or observation, and documentation studies. Then the data obtained is collected and recorded in the form of field notes and interview transcripts before they are reduced and presented. The results of the study found that the school leading programs have an impact on improving the quality of education.

Intellegence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) are not considered as dominant factors in determining a person's success. Another factor that determines a person's success or failure is strong ability to the difficulty of life, this ability is called Adversity Quotient (AQ). Pesantren becomes an institution that strives to build the mental endurance of students with Adversity Quotient (AQ).. The research method used is qualitative research by using a case study approach. This research was conducted at Islamic boarding school of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The results of the study shows that there are efforts to build the mental endurance of santri such as of 1) zone transformation 2) time management 3) systemic organization 4) resolving multicultural conflict 5) unlimited creativity.

Islamic boarding school is the oldest educational institution by the nation that participated in creating literate society. In the midst of this globalization era, Islamic boarding schools maintain both classical and modern education and teaching systems. In educational institutions need to pay attention to the quality management of education in order to improve and develop educational institutions for the future. The reality that we get in guaranteeing the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools is that there are many obstacles that must be resolved. With this the author intends to examine several management systems or quality management based on Islamic boarding schools. This study used qualitative research methods. This research is specifically directed towards descriptive qualitative research design. Trying to solve the problem based on the data concerned with the concept of quality management based on Islamic boarding school. The concept that has been prepared in the management of education quality in Islamic boarding schools is oriented to improving the quality of education by referring to the values ​​of Islamic boarding schools / Islamic society that have been entrenched among Indonesian people, by using tools, techniques and philosophies to create quality education in order to achieve educational goals.

The role of guidance and counseling in coaching individual students in solving problems, challenges, and difficulties is a demand that must be given by the guidance and counseling program in the madrasah. The implementation of counseling guidance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri throughout Banjarmasin has not yet been implemented in accordance with the objectives and functions of counseling guidance. The application of guidance and counseling is still visible in the routine curriculum of guidance and counseling activities. So that many types of main activities in counseling have not been implemented optimally. This research method is descriptive qualitative research on the role of guidance and counseling in public madrasah aliyah throughout Banjarmasin. This study provides a description of how the pattern of guidance and counseling in state madrasah aliyah throughout the city of Banjarmasin. The result of this research is that counseling guidance at state madrasah Aliyah throughout Banjarmasin has played an active and optimal role in carrying out preventive, curative, or corrective functions and perseverative functions, which have positive implications for achieving optimal educational goals and improving the quality and quality of education in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout the city of Banjarmasin.

The development of ICT offers an improvement in the quality of education. The use of ICT greatly contributes to the improvement in the quality of education. ICT provides various facilities in obtaining information. The easiness of obtaining information can improve the quality of the learning process. However, behind the benefits derived from the use of ICT, there is concern about plagiarism. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited in the world of education. The sanctions imposed for the action is even set in the Law. The Formulation of Problems: How is the development of ICT in education?, How is the view of plagiarism among students? The research objective is to analyze the development of ICT in education. This research uses a qualitative research method comprising of the data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the analysis indicate that 43.24% of respondents intentionally commit plagiarism. Most of informants in the research state that the respondents know that the students commit plagiarism. The use of the Garuda portal and turnitin.com portal may prevent the plagiarism among students from happening

The main problem of the low quality of education is that the person most responsible for education (parents) has given full trust to the teacher in the school so that the purpose of this study is how partnership between parents and teachers is intertwined in improving the quality of education in the school. Based on the theory that parents have a big role to play in the quality of school education and their participation can improve performance, especially in the foundation stage of the education system. This research method is to use qualitative research with sampling methods for parents and teachers in their expectations and forms of participation in improving the quality of education. The results of this study indicate that the expectation of parents and teachers is hight to build partnership and the form of their involvement is to constantly improve communication between them and ready to give fully what teachers need for their children's education.

This research will examine the psychology of communication in the community fostered at the Class II A Lubuklinggau penitentiary facility, the research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, then in data collection by interviewing, documentation and in data processing used with data reduction, then the presentation of the data and in the end the data is concluded. The communication psychology of clerics and prisoners in the class II A penitentiary boarding school in Lubuklinggau City is very influential. Because some prisoners have shown a positive response while receiving guidance at this pesantren. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation, the researchers got the results that the implementation of strategic management in the Class II A penitentiary of Lubuklinggau City ran optimally, it can be proven that the number of prisoners after leaving the coaching process can live and survive and are able to be accepted in the community, although not yet within the scope broad.

Pondok Pesantren in Bengkulu Province in the Dynamics of Modern Civilization. This paper aims to determine what the potential of pondok pesantren in Bengkulu Province is and how its strategy is in order to face the values of modern civilization. The research method used is qualitative research method with the type of descriptive-analytic research and with data sources are the leaders and caregivers of boarding schools in Bengkulu Province. According to his approach, this study uses sociological and phenomenological approaches. The results showed that pondok pesantren  in Bengkulu Province has potential that is divided into several things, firstly the potential of the majority Muslim community, the internal potential in the form of tradition of pesantren  consisting of kiai, santri, pondok, masjid and kitab kuning, then the potential of science development and technology based on tauhid and the last economic potential through the development of charity business pondok pesantren of various sectors in order to grow the independence of institutions, independence of managers and independence of students in the face of the values of modern civilization. The strategy of boarding school in facing the values of modern civilization can be seen from the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats (SWOT). This paper mentioned that the strategy undertaken by boarding school in Bengkulu Province is modernization in education management, including on administration, organization, educators and education, supervision and evaluation.
