This library research analyzes the word Nisā` in al-Qur'an, which describes the women’s domestic roles and standards of social piety in Islamic view. It uses the philosophical-hermeneutical approach and social piety theory to analyze the data. This research results in three main findings: First, social piety in Islam manifests responsibility as God's caliphs on earth. Second, one of social piety description  in Islam is by the use of word Nisā` repeatedly in different verses and surahs of al-Qur'an. The last, Nisā` diction to describe the social piety concept, according to al-Qur'an, places women in the domestic dimension to show women's participation as God's caliphs on earth in building the ideal social order. This research contributes to the gender studies overlooked by previous researchers, as the concept of Nisā` in al-Qur'an was ignored.

‘Eastern Mary—Byzantium and Islam’ examines Marian ideals in Byzantine Christianity as well as the Islamic view of Maryam, which reflects and rejects the Byzantine worldview from which Islam partly emerged. It was in the east that Christians celebrated the first Marian festivals and dedicated the earliest Marian churches. A Byzantine icon serves to illustrate key ideas about Mary as they developed in the east, where the first Marian relics were also discovered and venerated. Muslims revere Al-ʿAdhraʾ (the Virgin) as a model of piety, following the lead of the Prophet Muhammad, who stated that Maryam was one of the four spiritually perfect women in Paradise. There are a number of famous texts in the Qur’an devoted to Mary, a significant factor in Islam’s high regard for Mary and Jesus.

This article aims to better understand civil law in the context of modern Islam in Indonesia by reviewing several publications that address civil law in the context of Islam from an Islamic standpoint. This article was conducted using a qualitative method. Then, utilizing coding and assessment methods, we examined the data to understand the primary issue fully. Because the research was performed during a pandemic, government restrictions limited public mobility; we relied on secondary data. Finding civil law in an Islamic context, marriage law in an Islamic context that emphasizes an Islamic view following the state's view, how is the evidence for studying civil law in an Islamic context; including the primary law of the individual section, civil family law, and inheritance law in an Islamic context are among the highlights of our findings. We can conclude that Islamic civil law encompasses Munakahat (all aspects of marriage, divorce, and their legal consequences); Wiratsat (all aspects of heirs, heirs, inheritance, and inheritance distribution); and Mu'amalah (all aspects of material things and rights to objects, as well as human relations).

This article aims to discuss the views of working women according to Khaled Aboue el-Fadl, which will discuss. First, First, who is Khaled Aboue el-Fadl? Second, what is the scope of working women? Third, what are the pertinent examples of cases and solutions from working women? This research uses an analytical study method, namely an examination of library information sources such as books, magazines, documents, notes, historical material. This methodology is used to elucidate an analytical and descriptive analysis of working women according to the corpus of Khaled Aboue el-Fadl. These results indicate that the goal in Islam is a reflection of the function that women who work are actually not really permitted because women actually have to be at the house of the household manager. However, the Islamic view also contains the concept that women who work are also asked to contribute to the family's livelihood, especially for the welfare of the family. Further, it is expected that the woman must wear clothes that cover her eyes so that she can avoid seeing that which is not her muhrim and not to Allah who achieves His pleasure.

The results of this study, contrary to what is common in terms of alien to Islam, have concluded that the term adolescence is an authentic term and is explicitly mentioned in the Prophet's Sunnah, as written by the hadith books, and the books of jurisprudence doctrines. This term has been used to describe the age group in transition between childhood and adulthood, which is between ten and fifteen years as found in the study, as for the way adolescents are treated and raised in Islam, the study found that adolescence is a stage of empowerment for children to be adult individuals able to play the required roles in society, and this study is expected to benefit researchers interested in adolescence and all those related to the upbringing of adolescents in general. And Muslim adolescents in particular by treating this group as a group that deserves the empowerment, support and development in the society, not a group that goes through many mental disorders because of which some unacceptable behaviors are justified, Also by relying on the Islamic educational curriculum to promote the positive behaviors of this group and correct their negative behaviors, this study will also pave the way for other future studies that develop educational models based on the Islamic approach in dealing with adolescents, and work to apply it in the field of education.
