<p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong>: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pendidikan karakter anak tunagrahita di TK LB Negeri Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan instrumen berupa wawancara, dokumentasi serta observasi partisipan. Data penelitian berupa analisis diskriptif kualitatif dengan berupa kata-kata, gambar dan bukan angka-angka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter anak tunagrahita di TK LB Negeri Banjarnegara terlaksana dengan baik dengan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian.</p><p>Kata kunci : Implementasi, Pendidikan Karakter, Anak Tunagrahita</p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong>: The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of character education of mentally retarded children in TK LB Negeri Banjarnegara. This study uses descriptive qualitative research and uses instruments in the form of interviews, documentation and participant observation. The research data is in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis in the form of words, images and not numbers. The results of the study showed that the implementation of character education for mentally retarded children in TK LB Negeri Banjarnegara was carried out well through planning, implementation and assessment.</p><p> </p>

Character education is a form of cultivation of noble character in students. The aspect of 'social care' character is one of the most important of the eighteen character education in Indonesia, this is because the sense of sensitivity and help towards others in the environment around students begins to diminish. There are various kinds of media to succeed in internalizing character education, one of which is a novel. The novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy can be said to be a complete novel in instilling character in Indonesia. Therefore, researchers will explore how the value of social care character education in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi. The research method used is qualitative descriptive qualitative research. The novel Merindu Baginda Nabi as a source of data in this study, in the form of dialogue and narrative stories about character education about social care. Based on the results of the analysis, seventeen data were found that were divided into four important parts, namely: giving help to others, caring for others, mutual respect, and sympathy.

This study aimed to determine the planning of character education integration in Arabic learning, the implementation of the integration and the implications of character education on the students’ character in Muhammadiyah Middle School 10 Yogyakarta. This was a qualitative research. Data were collected by observation, interviews and documentation. Data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results showed: (1) Planning for the integration was included into syllabus and lesson plans. The integration of character education was carried out in the philosophical, material and strategic domains. (2) The implementation of character education integration in Arabic language learning was done through learning activities, giving advice, and the teacher’s role model in Arabic teaching. At the stage of implementation, the integration  had been carried out in the philosophy, material and strategy domains. (3) The implications of character education on students’ character were the development of religiousity, obedience, discipline, communicativeness and responsibility.

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. <p>This study aims to investigate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of religious value internalization through an Extracurricular program of Islamic religious division and its relevance to a character building at SMAN 1 Malang. The data collections of this study were observation, interview, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used qualitative descriptive analysis which means that she described and interpreted the data to figure out the phenomenon in a real condition. The result of this study showed that the member of students in Islamic religious division planned and implemented the programs and activities based on the religious value through materials, methods, and times they arranged. Besides, the internalization management of religious value through this extracurricular program has relevance to a character building. This extracurricular program also facilitates the students to implement their knowledge into a good character based on religious value. In other words, the students can apply their experience they have got in the classroom into the activities in the extracurricular program, to have a good character, in which it also becomes the purpose and the relevance of internalization management of religious value through an extracurricular program and character building.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Management of Internalization of Religious Values; Extracurricular Section of Islamic Spirituality; Character Education<em></em></p><p> </p>

Bandung Square in Indonesia is a public outdoors that has many visitors from various regions. One of the parts that make up Bandung town square is sign boards as a symbol of written rules that all square visitors must obey. The background of this research is that Bandung town square is equipped with a lot of sign boards with different rules in every corner. Besides, civil service police units and public protection officers also take part in guarding around Bandung town square, so the researcher want to know more about the implementation of the rules contained in the Bandung town square because the researcher still found several violations. This study aims to determine the regulation implementation effectiveness of outdoors users in town square of Bandung. The advantages of this goal are as a reflection for social institutions in maintaining public regulation and as a reminder to town square visitors to be more obedient to the rules that applied to maintain comfort. This type of research is a qualitative research conducted using descriptive methods. Research data were collected using interviews with instruments in the form of questions about the subject matter. The data collected was described using qualitative-descriptive analysis. Based on data findings in the field, it shows that the implementation of the regulation in Bandung town square is quite effective, because there are still some violations found and their social institutions are still less firm and conducive in carrying out social control there. So, public order still has not been achieved according to the expected goals.

People with tunagrahita are generally categorized as mental retardation. Several studies have seen that one of the effective learning concepts is through visual and audio-visual forms. But in drawing education, mentally retarded persons have different patterns in response to visual meaning. Visual perception is built on coarse motor concepts in processing images which are not always done easily. This research is developed with a descriptive qualitative methodology to see and describe what forms and image models are easy to difficult the draw process. Retrieval of the research data was through mentally retarded children from the Extraordinary School of the Amal Mulia Foundation by processing images in three forms, namely lines, shape models, and combinations of shapes. The preliminary findings in this study were that students with mental retardation had difficulties in drawing shapes that were not straight or solid, such as curves and circles, even though the students were still able to process according to directions in not too long. This Research aims to identify the application of saintific approaches of 2013 curriculum in mathematics learning process which is TCL (Teacher Centered Learning).This is a qualitative research. Data collecting technique of this research was using instrument of observation of the learning process, interview conducted to the teacher and also students and documentation in the form of video recording during learning. The data analysis technique that used in this research was qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this research we identified a scientific approach second activities Asking (M2) then devided again into 6 indicators and 22 descriptors. At the first learning was obtain 5 indicators and 8 descriptors during the learning process. Then at the second learning was obtain 6 indicators and 15 descriptors during the learning process.

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the management of Government Fixed Assets inPegunungan Bintang Regency. The analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis.The paper described the Analysis of Regional Property Administration Evaluation in thePegunungan Bintang District Government. The data was shown in tables with numbers andpercentages to be analyzed further with descriptive analysis. In analyzing research data the authoruses qualitative descriptive analysis, also known as content analysis.The results of the study showed that the administration of regional fixed assets in terms of recordingthe assets, The Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) in Pegunungan BintangRegency has carried out the bookkeeping. This comprises of process of recording regional fixedassets in lists of its users, the inventory cards, and in the database of regional’s fixed assets. Beforerecording the assets, at first, Asset have been identified into its classification based on the type andcodes of regional fixed assets. Thus, in general, it can be concluded that the implementation ofaccounting in the administration of fixed assets in The Financial and Asset Management Agency ofPegunungan Bintang Regency has been well implemented. Evaluation of administration of regionalfixed assets to the inventory on The Financial and Asset Management Agency in PegununganBintang Regency has been carried out in accordance with mandated regulations. This can be seenfrom the evidence of inventory execution such as the existence of recording documents, theDatabase of Inventory, and documented in Inventories Books. In addition, there are reportingdocuments such as List of Inventory Recapitulation and List of inventory Mutations. Evaluation ofadministration of regional fixed assets in terms of reporting to The Financial and AssetManagement Agency in Pegunungan Bintang Regency is carried out in stages based on informationcontained in the list of assets keepers and a list of the authority of its users and keepers. Authoritiesof fixed assets users have to submit assets User Reports every semester, yearly, and 5 years toassets keepers.
