Bandung Square in Indonesia is a public outdoors that has many visitors from various regions. One of the parts that make up Bandung town square is sign boards as a symbol of written rules that all square visitors must obey. The background of this research is that Bandung town square is equipped with a lot of sign boards with different rules in every corner. Besides, civil service police units and public protection officers also take part in guarding around Bandung town square, so the researcher want to know more about the implementation of the rules contained in the Bandung town square because the researcher still found several violations. This study aims to determine the regulation implementation effectiveness of outdoors users in town square of Bandung. The advantages of this goal are as a reflection for social institutions in maintaining public regulation and as a reminder to town square visitors to be more obedient to the rules that applied to maintain comfort. This type of research is a qualitative research conducted using descriptive methods. Research data were collected using interviews with instruments in the form of questions about the subject matter. The data collected was described using qualitative-descriptive analysis. Based on data findings in the field, it shows that the implementation of the regulation in Bandung town square is quite effective, because there are still some violations found and their social institutions are still less firm and conducive in carrying out social control there. So, public order still has not been achieved according to the expected goals.

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong>: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pendidikan karakter anak tunagrahita di TK LB Negeri Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan instrumen berupa wawancara, dokumentasi serta observasi partisipan. Data penelitian berupa analisis diskriptif kualitatif dengan berupa kata-kata, gambar dan bukan angka-angka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter anak tunagrahita di TK LB Negeri Banjarnegara terlaksana dengan baik dengan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian.</p><p>Kata kunci : Implementasi, Pendidikan Karakter, Anak Tunagrahita</p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong>: The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of character education of mentally retarded children in TK LB Negeri Banjarnegara. This study uses descriptive qualitative research and uses instruments in the form of interviews, documentation and participant observation. The research data is in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis in the form of words, images and not numbers. The results of the study showed that the implementation of character education for mentally retarded children in TK LB Negeri Banjarnegara was carried out well through planning, implementation and assessment.</p><p> </p>

This Research aims to identify the application of saintific approaches of 2013 curriculum in mathematics learning process which is TCL (Teacher Centered Learning).This is a qualitative research. Data collecting technique of this research was using instrument of observation of the learning process, interview conducted to the teacher and also students and documentation in the form of video recording during learning. The data analysis technique that used in this research was qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this research we identified a scientific approach second activities Asking (M2) then devided again into 6 indicators and 22 descriptors. At the first learning was obtain 5 indicators and 8 descriptors during the learning process. Then at the second learning was obtain 6 indicators and 15 descriptors during the learning process.

The problem of this research rises from the Culture and Arts instruction of music at SMP 14 South Solok which is carried out during a Covid-19 pandemic situation, so there is no face-to-face learning except for the implementation of online learning which is indirectly conducted by teachers and students. This research aims to explain the implementation of recording learning with the help of WhatsApp application in learning music at SMP Negeri 14 South Solok during the Covid-19 pandemic.This is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis approach. The research’s object was the teacher and 24 students of class VII-3 who conducted recording learning using the WA application. The learning was guided by the teacher from the school for students studying at home. The research instruments were observation, interview, and documentation study.The results of the study explain that the use of WA application for recording learning in class VII-3 students at SMP Negeri 14 South Solok has advantage and weaknesses. The advantage is the ease of using the applications in learning.  This is due to the fact that it can easily send and receive chats, photos, audio, and videos related to the subject matter. However, the weaknesses exist in the unavailability of cellphone devices, unstable internet connection, and expensive internet loads to facilitate WA usage for learning.Keyword : Study, Application, Learning, Music Art, Pandemic, Covid-19

<span lang="EN-US">The success of teaching and learning activities can be known from the results of teacher performance in preparing character-based lesson plans and implementing them in the teaching and learning process in class. This school action research aims to see whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in developing character-based lesson plans and their implementation in teaching and learning process. This research uses 2 cycles. The research procedure has four stages of activities</span><span lang="IN"> are</span><span lang="EN-US">, planning, action, observation and evaluation</span><span lang="IN">,</span><span lang="EN-US"> and reflecting. The study was conducted at SDN 07 Situjuah Gadang. The subject of the research is the class teacher and subject teacher, which totals 7 </span><span lang="IN">teachers.</span><span lang="EN-US"> Data processing using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.</span><span lang="EN-US">Based on the results of data analysis that has been stated, that the data obtained from observing the ability of teachers to prepare character-based lesson plans in cycle I and cycle II there is an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing character-based lesson plans.</span>

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the management of Government Fixed Assets inPegunungan Bintang Regency. The analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis.The paper described the Analysis of Regional Property Administration Evaluation in thePegunungan Bintang District Government. The data was shown in tables with numbers andpercentages to be analyzed further with descriptive analysis. In analyzing research data the authoruses qualitative descriptive analysis, also known as content analysis.The results of the study showed that the administration of regional fixed assets in terms of recordingthe assets, The Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) in Pegunungan BintangRegency has carried out the bookkeeping. This comprises of process of recording regional fixedassets in lists of its users, the inventory cards, and in the database of regional’s fixed assets. Beforerecording the assets, at first, Asset have been identified into its classification based on the type andcodes of regional fixed assets. Thus, in general, it can be concluded that the implementation ofaccounting in the administration of fixed assets in The Financial and Asset Management Agency ofPegunungan Bintang Regency has been well implemented. Evaluation of administration of regionalfixed assets to the inventory on The Financial and Asset Management Agency in PegununganBintang Regency has been carried out in accordance with mandated regulations. This can be seenfrom the evidence of inventory execution such as the existence of recording documents, theDatabase of Inventory, and documented in Inventories Books. In addition, there are reportingdocuments such as List of Inventory Recapitulation and List of inventory Mutations. Evaluation ofadministration of regional fixed assets in terms of reporting to The Financial and AssetManagement Agency in Pegunungan Bintang Regency is carried out in stages based on informationcontained in the list of assets keepers and a list of the authority of its users and keepers. Authoritiesof fixed assets users have to submit assets User Reports every semester, yearly, and 5 years toassets keepers.

<p>ABSTRAK<br />Artikel ini merupakan hasil dari penelitian yang memfokuskan pada pokok permasalahan bagaimana proses revitalisasi tari Pakarena Laiyolo oleh Sanggar Selayar Art. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami dan menjelaskan setiap tahap proses revitalisasi yang dilakukan oleh sanggar Selayar Art untuk menghidupkan kembali tari Pakarena Laiyolo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan interaksi analisis. Hasil penelitian yaitu memaparkan hasil kajian berupa proses yang dilakukan oleh Sanggar Selayar Art dalam upaya melestarikan tari Pakarena Laiyolo.</p><p><br />Kata kunci: Sanggar Selayar Art, tari Pakarena Laiyolo.</p><p><br />ABSTRACT</p><p><br />This article is the result of a study that focuses on the subject matter of how the process of revitalization of Pakarena Laiyolo dance is by Sanggar Selayar Art. The purpose of this study was to understand and explain each stage of the revitalization process carried out by the Selayar Art studio in order to revive Pakarena Laiyolo dance. The research method used is qualitative research method with an interaction analysis approach. The purpose of this research was to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of responsible character education based on school culture. A qualitative approach is taken in this investigation. An SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga sample was used in the analysis. In order to gather accurate information about the subject matter, the authors employ qualitative research methods, such as interviews and documentation. There are two ways to implement educational character education in the classroom: first, incorporate it into the school's curricula and rules, then spread the word to the students and staff. Character education for responsibility is carried out by incorporating the character of responsibility into self-development programs, subjects, and school culture. 2. This includes classroom and school-wide activities in which character values are taught and practiced. Students' attitudes are assessed as a means of evaluating responsibility character education.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer.Kata kunci: Subaltern, poskolonial, pengaruh tahta, perlawananABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the highest throne and the resistance of the subalterns on the novel Arok Dedes by Pramoedya Ananta Toer by using the postcolonialism theory of Gayatri Spivak. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The approach in this study using a qualitative approach because in this study used Arok Dedes story novel as data sources  which is about a coup in Java. This research data is words, sentences, paragraphs, contained in Arok Dedes novel by Pramoedya Anan ta Toer by using postcolonial Ggayatri Spivak theory. Data collection techniques in this study used the method of documentation or literature . The data analysis technique of this study used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study are the influence of the highest throne and the resistance of the subalterns on the novel Arok Dedes by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Keywords: Subaltern, postcolonial, influence of throne, resistance

The young generation in terms of work, consumption and success  The subject matter of the young generation in the social context has been repeatedly examined and many studies have been prepared on this topic, for example the works of K. Wyka and earlier K. Manheim. Increasingly, the issue of the younger generation is discussed in the area of issues related to consumption and work. The article is of a theoretical and empirical nature; it is an attempt to portray the young generation in its two most important roles on the market — the consumer and the entrepreneur. It is an introductory element to the problems of consumer behaviors and entrepreneurial behaviors of the young generation. The publication draws attention to the expectations of the young generation about the applicable law and the economy. The first part of the article is characterized by sociological considerations and serves to determine the meaning of the young generation in consumer society, in particular, to outline the framework of youth, which in literature is sometimes defined not only by age categories. It is also an interdisciplinary review of theories, both those created in the past and those quite contemporary. In the second part, it refers to the results of qualitative research relating to the opinions and expectations of the young generation about consumption, work and success.
