This study aimed to find out partially and simultaneously the influences of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention of nursing staff at Bunda General Hospital Palembang. This study used qualitative data through questionnaire statements quantified using a Likert scale of 1-5 points to measure the attitudes, opinions, and perceptions. The total population was 144 people of which 20 of them were used in the survey before starting this study. Therefore, the number of samples was 124 people using the population sampling technique. The data were collected by using a questionnaire that had been tested for its validity and reliability with the result that it was reliable and usable. Multiple Regression Analysis Technique was used to analyze the collected data. The results of the study showed that partially the job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a significant influence on turnover intention; and simultaneously, had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The findings are expected to be used to improve the performance of nursing staff by providing authority according to task performance, recognition as appreciation for success in completing work well, and increasing organizational commitment to reduce the intention to quit or leave the company.

The purpose of this study are (1) To explain the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, (2) To explain the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention, (3) To explain the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, (4) To explain the mediating role of organizational commitment the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The population of this research is the employees of PT Cipta Nirwana. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling with a total sample of 47 respondents. The analysis technique used is the path analysis technique (path analysis). This study proves that (1) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (4) organizational commitment partially mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Lembah Karet Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 308 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 75 orang karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis path (<em>path analysis</em>) menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional. Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadapa kepuasan kerja. Keadilan organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Pengaruh langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment through intervening variable job satisfaction at employees of PT. Lembah Karet Padang. The population in this study was 308 people with a sample of 75 employees, sampling technique using slovin method. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique (path analysis) using SPSS. From the results of the study found organizational justice has a positive and significant effect directly on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant impact directly on job satisfaction. Organizational justice with job satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The direct impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment is greater than indirect influence through job satisfaction variables. Thus it can be interpreted that job satisfaction does not have an indirect effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not proven as intervening variable.<br /> <br /> </em></p>

This research was conducted at the Toya Devasya Natural Hot Spring & Camping Resort, located in puri bening road (STA), toya bungkah, kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The number of respondents in this study were 102 contract employees. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 indicators. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Turnover intention is the desire of employees to withdraw from where they work. A high turnover intention will have a bad impact on the organization, therefore it must be considered several variables that affect turnover intention. This study aims to 1. Technological developments in the era of globalization are increasingly fast demanding every company to develop strategies and management policies, especially in the field of human resources (HR), other factors that influence the work environment, and organizational commitment, where the better both can create job satisfaction in employees can even indirectly form organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative, South Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at the Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative in September 2019. The population in this study was 145 respondents while the sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression test. The analysis showed that partially job satisfaction (p value = 0.001); organizational commitment (p value 0.001) and work environment (p value = 0.025) affect Organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, simultaneous job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Koperasi Sadar Sejahtera, South Sumatra with a calculated F value of 0,000.

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

This study was conducted in Bannu, Karak, Lakki Marwat, and D.I. Khan Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Province of Pakistan to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. The study is based on data collected from Wateen and Multinet Telecom companies. Two staged-sampling technique was used in this study. A total of 140 employees were selected from both companies using equal allocation and stratified random sampling techniques. A structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was used to collect information from respondents. Regression analysis was used to find out the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. The results of the regression model indicated that job satisfaction decreases the chances of turnover. The results also confirmed that organizational commitment plays a key mediating role in improving job satisfaction and reducing turnover intentions. The study recommends that organizations should make efforts to promote job satisfaction to enhance organizational commitment and reduce turnover.

<p><em>The high level of employee turnover in the marketing department at PT. Toyamilindo indicates low organizational commitment and high turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and turnover intention. Quantitative methods are used in this study. Population is the  employees of marketing department at PT. Toyamilindo with 50 people. Sampling technique used is sampling saturated with the number of samples of 50 people. Data collection technique uses questionnaires and regression analysis. Finding on the research </em><em>results shows that there are positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and negative and significant influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention, and also the influence of organizational commitment on work satisfaction to turnover intention. The managerial implications of corporate leaders must improve employee work satisfaction, especially in terms of salary.</em></p>

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Padang City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples is 40 respondents where the number of samples is equal to the number of population so that the total sampling technique is used for sampling. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using the t test (partial). The results showed that the Job Satisfaction variable had no effect and was not significant for OCB with the acquisition of the calculated t value of 0.443 &lt; t table 1.687, and the sig value of 0.660 &gt; 0.05. While the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on OCB, with the acquisition of t count equal to 9.325 &lt; t table 1.687, and the value of sig 0,000 &gt; 0.05. This means that the willingness of employees to conduct OCB behavior is based more on their commitment to the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of the padang city than their job satisfaction.

This study aimed to determine the effects of the variables of job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment on turnover intention. In this study, the researcher conducted the sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents by survey method. The sampling technique was saturated sampling. The total sample was 35 respondents. This analysis used SPSS 16 for windows. The data was analyzed by validity, reliability test, classic assumtion test and multiple linear regression analysis.The research by partial test (t test) showed that job satisfaction, work motivation positive affected on turnover intention. Then the organization commitment had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. The results by simultaneous test (F test) indicated that job satisfaction, working motivation and organizational commitment had positive effects on turnover intention.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 68 employees of Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kota Sungai Penuh. The sampling technique is census method because the number of employees is only 68 people who fill out the questionnaire. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test of research instruments test validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques consist of data description test, classic assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that organizational culture influences organizational commitment, organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment influences employee job satisfaction, organizational culture influences employee performance, organizational commitment influences employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance and culture. organization and organizational commitment affect employee performance through job satisfaction. This research suggests that to improve employee performance, a more conducive organizational culture is needed, an increase in organizational commitment and improvement in job satisfaction
