High proportion of electric trains with collector trac-A monitoring system of electrodynamic braking has been develotion motors in the multiple unit fleet and its low cost in comparison ped with preservation of the electric train standard equipment. It al-with electric trains with an asynchronous traction make it neces-lows regulating the recuperative current depending on the possibility sary to improve the control system of motor collectors. One of the of its consumption by changing the resistance of the braking resistors. ways is to create devices to improve the efficiency of recuperative Imitation model of DC electric train power circuit in the electrobraking. dynamic braking mode with a monitoring system was developed.It takes into account the influence of eddy currents in the motor frame, armature current ripples and the catenary voltage increase during recuperative braking.Electromagnetic processes in the electric train power circuit are investigated. Analysis of the obtained oscillograms shows the change in the armature current and the catenary voltage within the specified limits in the braking mode. Recuperative current regulator is tuned to an aperiodic transient with a time equal to 0.015 s.The paper shows possibility of the monitoring system to regulate the armature current in the recuperative mode together with the automatic braking control system in case of increasing the catenary voltage. When the voltage fails, the monitoring system is not able to limit the increasing braking current, its reduction is effected by the magnetic flux of the traction motors.Adjusting characteristic and the technical effect from the implementation of the monitoring system are calculated. The possibility of reducing the electric power consumption by 4.62 % is shown.

In order to improve the safety of buses, based on the research of bus tyre pressure and temperature monitoring system, the control strategy of independent safety control system is proposed, namely in the tyre abnormal initial sound warning prompt, later will enter the fault mode engine "limp home", limiting the power and velocity of the engine, but in the tyre burst or rapid leak the emergency braking control system can take effects for bus, while the engine is "idle" working mode, the driver controls the direction of travel and brake on the bus is just as input of emergency braking control system. Compared with the traditional tyre pressure monitoring system, the system can not only realize the tyre pressure abnormal warning, but also realize the emergency brake control, and the safety of control system which has been installed on the VDS A01 models achieve the basic performance requirements for our design. It has good practical value.

This paper presents a new smart monitoring system designed based on dc to dc converter for photovoltaic application. This system design according two parts to monitor input-output voltages and currents for dc/dc converter, (a) control system: the control system using Arduino NANO as microcontroller to read the measuring voltage and current values from sensor circuits of voltage and current. The measuring data send by Bluetooth HC-05 to end user (monitor system). Bluetooth as wireless communication between the control system and monitoring system (end users). (b) monitoring system: The monitoring system application program as a new application designed to monitor the received data from control system from safety distance (around 10m). the application program designed by the open source AppyBuilder software. The AppyBuilder is an open source software for easily building Android smartphone application. The advantages of the final circuit can be used to monitor step-up or step-down topologies, low-cost, and high-efficiency performance.

A control system is developed based on PC, which could collect real-time data and monitor the equipments state for assembly line. The software platform is C#. The technology of sensors, PLC, computer are integrated, and OPC technology is used based on the idea of configuration software to achieve an automatic monitoring system. The data of PLC can be exchanged through the database system integrated in PC. The complex calculation, friendly man-machine interface are achieved in the system. Through monitoring the equipment and environment on the shop floor on-line, the causes of the problems in automatic assembly line can be accurately analyzed in time to make a quick deal. The result shows that the PC-based monitoring system is easy to control, convenient to operate and low-cost to develop and run.

In order to satisfy the great demands of remote, real-time and flexible image acquisition in monitoring system, a solution to pan-tilt control system in remote image monitoring system is presented, which is based on ARM Cortex-M3 micro-controller and radio communication. And then, the hardware and software design is discussed in detail. Finally, the result shows that the pan-tilt control system provides many advantages such as remote and flexible control, high precision and low cost. So it has a huge market with big potential and wide prospect.

Abstract We introduce an autonomous laser kirigami technique, a novel custom manufacturing machine system which functions somewhat similar to a photocopier. This technique is capable of creating functional freeform shell structures using cutting and folding (kirigami) operations on sheet precursors. Conventional laser kirigami techniques are operated manually and rely heavily on precise calibrations. However, it is unrealistic to design and plan out the process (open loop) to realize arbitrary geometric features from a wide variety of materials. In our work, we develop and demonstrate a completely autonomous system, which is composed of a laser system, a 4-axis robotic arm, a real-time vision-based surface deformation monitoring system, and an associated control system. The laser system is based on the Lasersaur, which is a 120-Watt CO2 open source laser cutter. The robotic arm is employed to precisely adjust the distance between a workpiece and the laser lens so that a focused and defocused laser beam can be used to cut and fold the workpiece respectively. The four-axis robotic arm provides flexibility for expanding the limits of possible shapes, compared to conventional laser machine setups where the workpiece is fixed on rigid holders. The real-time vision-based surface deformation monitoring system is composed of four low-cost cameras, an integrated AI-assisted algorithm, and the sensors (detachable planar markers) mounted on the polymer-based sheet precursors, and allows real-time monitoring of the sheet forming process and geometric evolution with a geometric feature estimation error less than 5 % and delay time around 100ms. The developed control system manages the laser power, the laser scanning speed, the motion of the robotic arm based on the designed plan as well as the close-loop feedback provided by the vision-based surface deformation monitoring system. This cyber-physical kirigami platform can operate a sequence of cutting and folding processes in order to create kirigami objects. Hence, complicated kirigami design products with various different polygonal structures can be realized by undergoing sequential designed laser cuts, and bends (at any folding angles within designed geometric tolerance) using this autonomous kirigami platform.

Objective: The use of pulse conversion of electricity on direct-current traction rolling stock is discussed. Methods: A variant of the system for regulating the operating modes of traction motors of suburban electric trains using a pulse converter based on insulated gate bipolar transistors is described. (IGBT). Results: The proposed impulse control system is presented as a possible option for the modernization of the applied control systems, which makes it possible to improve the traction and energy indicators of suburban electric trains. The advantages of pulse converters based on IGBTs are shown in comparison with converters based on one- and two-operation thyristors. A simplifi ed electrical diagram of the power circuit of a motor car with a pulse converter is presented, a description of the operation of the power circuit in the traction mode and in the modes of rheostatic and regenerative braking is given.
