Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan karakteristik lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) inkuiri terbimbing; (2) mengetahui kriteria kelayakan LKPD inkuiri terbimbing; (3) mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan menggunakan LKPD yang dikembangkan, dan (4) mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan LKPD yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D). Desain uji coba produk utama menggunakan LKPD inkuiri terbimbing pada kelas VIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan LKPD dari pendidik pada kelas VIIB sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, angket, dan tes tertulis. Hasil penelitian ini berupa LKPD inkuiri terbimbing yang memiliki kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengembangan dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) karakteristik LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing meliputi tahapan membuat prediksi, melakukan penyelidikan, mengumpulkan data, menginterpretasi data, dan mengembangkan kesimpulan; (2) kriteria kelayakan LKPD inkuiri terbimbing layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA; (3) terjadi peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan total rerata gain score 0,43; dan (4) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan total rerata gain score 0,34. Developing  students worksheet on guided inquiry to improve critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of students AbstractThis study aims to: (1) explain the characteristics of student worksheet on guided inquiry; (2) determine the feasibility criteria of student worksheet developed; (3) determine the increase critical thinking skills using a student worksheet developed; and (4) determine learning outcomes of students using the student worksheet developed. This study was research and development (R & D) which adapted the model by Borg & Gall. The design of the main field testing used a student worksheet on guided inquiry in class VIIA as an experimental class and student of class VIIB as the control class. The  data were collected using observation sheets, questionnaires, and written tests. The results of this study is in the form of a student worksheet on guided inquiry whicht has very good category. Results of the development and research show that (1) the characteristics of student worksheet based on the guided inquiry covering the steps to make predictions, conduct experiments, collecting data, interpretation data, and develop conclusions; (2) The feasibility criteria of the student worksheet on guided inquiry deserves used in science teaching; (3) There is an increase in critical thinking skills of students with a total mean gain score of 0.43; and (4) There is an increase in learning outcomes of students with a total mean gain score of 0.34.

The aimed of this research to describe the student learning outcomes and critical thinking skills through guided inquiry model using student worksheet oriented of critical thinking skills. This Research was conducted on two stages, are development of teaching materials using Dick and Carey model, and the implementation stage into the classroom using one group pretest-posttest design with subjects were 30 students on X class of SMAN 1 Pasir Belengkong Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur. The parameter is feasibility of lesson plan, student activity, learning outcomes, critical thinking skills and constraints for teaching and learning activities. Data collecting were using observation method, test, and questionnaire. After the data were analiyzed with this result: The feasibility of lesson plan could be categorized as good, student activity with instrument reliability classified as good, learning outcomes test to know mastery of student learning on Ecosystems with the average score as good and gain score high gain, critical thinking test with the average score as good and gain score high gain. Based on this research, it can be concluded that guided inquiry model using student worksheet of critical thinking skills can improve student learning outcomes and critical thinking skills. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa melalui model inkuiri terbimbing menggunakan LKS berorientasi keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap, yaitu tahap pengembangan perangkat yang menggunakan model Dick & Carey, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap implememtasi model di dalam kelas menggunakan rancangan One group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan subjek penelitian 30 siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Pasir Belengkong Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur. Parameter yang diukur meliputi keterlaksanaan RPP, aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar siswa, keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, respon siswa dan hambatan selama kegiatan belajar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes, dan angket. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Keterlaksanaan RPP dengan kategori baik, aktivitas siswa, dengan reliabilitas instrumen berkategori baik, ketuntasan belajar siswa pada materi ekosistem dengan nilai rata-rata baik dan gain score rata-rata  gain tinggi, ketuntasan keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan rata-rata nilai baik dan gain score rata-rata gain tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model inkuiri terbimbing menggunakan LKS berorientasi keterampilan berpikir kritis dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

Student worksheet contains various activities that are used to facilitate and practice students' skills in learning activities. This research aims to determine the development of student worksheet based on critical thinking skills that are valid, practical, and effective on the excretory system. This is a research and development of ADDIE model. The validity of student worksheet was measured using a validation sheet. The validity of student worksheet is 78% categorized as valid. Material validity of 82% is categorized as very valid, media validity of 81% is categorized as very valid, and language validity of 71% is categorized as valid. The practicality of the student worksheet was measured using a practitioner validation sheet and student response questionnaires. The practicality of worksheet is 87% categorized as very practical. Based on practitioner validation, the result of worksheet practicality of 89% is categorized as very practical and student response questionnaire of 85% is categorized as very practical. worksheet effectiveness was measured by normalized gain test. The control class N-Gain score of 0.2 is categorized as low and the experimental class N-Gain score of 0.5 is categorized as moderate. This research development aims to determine the quality (validity, practicality, and effectiveness) of Physics Learning Material Using Guided Inquiry Model to Practice Student’s Critical Thinking Skills in subject of Mirror for class XI State Vocational High School 2 Kota Pasuruan. This research was conducted   in two phases, namely the development of physics learning materials using the Dick and Carey design, continued with implementation of the learning in the classroom using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The result showed that the developing package has a valid, pratical, and effective. Validity  showed by the validator assessment of the Teacher’s Book Prototype; Student’s Book Prototype; Student’s Worksheets; Learning outcomes assessment instruments of Affective, Cognitive Product, Process, Critical Thinking Skills and Psycomotor. Practicality seen from the percentage of 100% level of practicality; scores practicality in class XI of Machine Technique is 3.78; activities that support the guided inquiry model are more dominant in learning and the irrelevant activity has decreased in every meeting; students responded positively to the student’s book prototype and process of learning using guided inquiry model that has been developed. Effectiveness seen from individual mastery of cognitive product outcomes of students of class XI Machine Technique is 100%; individual mastery of affective and psycomotor learning outcomes are 100%; all students’s critical thinking skills is increase, 10% of students change the skill from skillfull to very skillfull; 40% of students change the skill from no skillfull to skillfull and 50% change from less skillfull to skillfull. Obstacles encountered in this study are less efficient in guiding students carry out experiments and practice critical thinking skills. The research showed that the physics learning package using guided inquiry model has valid, practical, and effective to practice critical thinking skills.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas (validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan) perangkat pembelajaran fisika menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada materi Cermin untuk siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Kota Pasuruan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap, yaitu pengembangan perangkat mengikuti rancangan Dick dan Carey, dilanjutkan implementasi perangkat pembelajaran di kelas menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat yang dikembangkan telah valid, praktis, dan efektif. Valid terlihat dari penilaian validator terhadap Model Pembelajaran; Buku Guru; Buku Siswa; LKS; Instrumen Penilaian Hasil Belajar Afektif, Kognitif Produk, Proses, Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis dan Psikomotor. Praktis terlihat dari persentase keterlaksanaan tahapan pembelajaran sebesar 100%, dengan skor keterlaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas XI Teknik Permesinan sebesar 3,78; aktivitas yang mendukung model inkuiri terbimbing lebih dominan dalam pembelajaran dan aktivitas tidak relevan mengalami penurunan setiap pertemuan; siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap prototipe buku siswa  dan proses pembelajaran menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing yang telah dikembangkan. Efektif terlihat dari ketuntasan individual hasil belajar kognitif produk siswa kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan sebesar 100%; ketuntasan hasil belajar afektif dan psikomotor siswa sebesar 100%; semua siswa mengalami peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis, dari seluruh siswa 3% mengalami perubahan dari terampil menjadi sangat terampil; 50% dari tidak terampil menjadi terampil; 47% dari kurang terampil menjadi terampil. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang efisien waktu dalam membimbing siswa melaksanakan eksperimen dan melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran fisika menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing telah valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis.

The 21st-century learning process highlights the critical thinking skills concept. Critical thinking has the highest chance of impacting students' learning outcomes. One of the learning models to increase critical thinking skills was guided inquiry. This research aimed to analyze the correlation between critical thinking skills and learning outcomes on reaction rates topic using the Guided Inquiry learning model. This research used a correlational design.  Subjects were students of SMA Negeri 1 Krian class XI MIPA 6 odd semester in the academic year 2020/2021 as many as 34 people. The data were obtained using the observation sheets instrument for the implementation of the guided inquiry learning model, the critical thinking skills test sheets, and the learning outcomes test sheets. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis used (α) 0.05. The results indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between critical thinking and learning outcomes on reaction rates topic using the Guided Inquiry learning model. The correlation regression equation obtained between the two variables is Y = -16.575 + 1.170X with reliability value 76,3%. The N-gain score obtained for each indicator of critical thinking skills and learning outcomes ≥ 0.7 at high criteria.

The purpose of this research is to develop an acid-base device that integrates ARCS motivation strategies in problem-solving learning models of scientific attitudes and critical thinking skills of students. The development of this device uses a 4-D model, but in this study, due to the limited time, the development of the device only reached the development stage and was tested on Biology Education Study Program students in semester 2 with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques used are validation, tests, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and the Likert scale. The results showed the validity of the Semester Lesson Plan obtained a rcount of 0.690, valid category. Student Worksheet obtained rcount value of 0.748 valid categories. Learning Outcomes Test obtained, rcount of 0.701, with a valid category. The percentage of Lesson Plan implementation is on a scale of 4 with a good category. The results of the N-Gain Score test in the productive class is 78.58% effective category while the N-Gain Score in the trial class is 70.14% and is included in the quite effective category. The data shows that learning using ARCS motivation strategies in problem-solving learning models can improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to obtain a practicum guide for Integrated Natural Sciences in SMP integrated with guided inquiry approach. This research is a research and development research and experiment. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan. The instrument used was a feasibility questionnaire based on the National Education Standards Agency, a feasibility questionnaire based on conformity with the guided inquiry learning model, cognitive test instruments, critical thinking skills test instruments, and skills observation sheets. The research data were analyzed using independent sample T-test and correlation test with SPSS 21 for windows at a significance of 0.05 with tcount> ttable and rcount> rtable. The results showed that: the Integrated Natural Science book in schools still has shortcomings so that it needs to be developed, the practicum manual that has been developed in Integrated Natural Science learning class VIII semester I is feasible based on the National Education Standards Agency and is in accordance with the model Guided inquiry learning, students' skills are more developed than students using Integrated Natural Science books in schools, student learning outcomes are better than student learning outcomes using Integrated Natural Science books in schools, thinking ability level The critical thinking ability of students is higher than the critical thinking skills of students using the Integrated Natural Science book in schools, there is a significant relationship between skills and the improvement of student learning outcomes and there is a significant relationship between the level of critical thinking skills of students with an increase in student learning outcomes.

The study aims to improve the learning outcomes in the field of knowledge and inquiry skill in class VIII 5 SMP Negeri 14 Kendari on the subject matter of light in atmosphere as the effect of applying the guided inquiry learning model assisted by science KIT. The method of the study used a classroom action research with research design is cycle model. The research subject is the students of class VIII 5 SMP Negeri 14 Kendari in the academic year 2016/2017 which consist of 26 students. The learning data achievements of the learners' realm were obtained through the learning result test (cycle test), the skill data of the learners were obtained through the inquiry sheet, and then was analyzed used the descriptive statistics.  Results of data analysis are: 1) learning outcomes increased from 60,31 in cycle I to 75 in cycle II; 2) the students group inquiry skill increased form average value 2.68 (enough category) in the cycle I to 3.15 (good category) in cycle II; 3) the students mastery learning percentage increase from 42.31% (11 students) in cycle I to 77% (20 students) in cycle II. It could be concluded that the implementation of guided inquiry learning model assisted by science KIT could improve the learning outcomes of knowledge and inquiry skill domain on Class VIII 5 SMP Negeri 14 Kendari in the subject matter of light in atmosphere. <p>Research and development are aiming to develop critical thinking skills-based modules on the respiration system materials to empower the learning outcomes; verify the effectiveness of critical thinking skills-based modules with teaching materials in schools based on student learning outcomes. Research and development method are using Borg &amp; Gall development procedure with nine phases. Data analysis that used for the research and development are qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Research and development results show that critical thinking skills-based modules on the respiration system materials were developed according to the indicators of critical thinking skills and knowledge dimension that visualised on the objectives, materials, activities and evaluation questions which are developed to empower the learning outcomes. The result of module effectiveness test, showed by Anacova test result are FCount = 180,4 on factual, conceptual, procedural learning outcomes which are visualised in the form of multiple choice questions and FCount = 40.2 metacognitive learning results are visualised in the form of essays.</p>

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir  kritis dengan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan populasi seluruh kelas X MIPA SMA N 4 Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 5 kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1 kelas, yakni kelas X MIPA 2 yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan pretest-posttest setiap pertemuan sebanyak 3 butir soal uraian untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis dan 4 butir soal uraian untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi korelasi dengan ? = 0,05. Hasil penelitian, analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan hasil bel ajar mahasiswa melalui model inkuiri terbimbing pada kelas X MIPA SMA N 4 Kota Bengkulu yaitu 0,607 yang berada pada kategori tinggi dan besarnya hubungan yang diperoleh yaitu 36,89%. Kata Kunci: inkuiri terbimbing, kemampuan berpikir kritis, hasil belajar ABSTRACT This research was an experimental research that aims to determine the relationship between critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes through inquiry learning models in SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu City in 2019/2020 academic year. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving pretest-posttest as many as 3 items in the form of description in each meeting to measure critical thinking skills, and 4 items in the form of description to measure student learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques were correlation regression with ? 0.05. The results of the study, data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that there is a positive correlation between the ability to think critically with student learning outcomes through the guided inquiry model in class X MIPA SMA N 4 Bengkulu City that is 0.607 which is in the high category and the magnitude of the relationship obtained is 36.89 %. Keywords: guided inquiry, critical thinking skills, learning outcomes
