Based on the preliminary analysis, one of the things needed in learning is a learning media that describes the material clearly, briefly, easily understood, and fulfills offline and online learning. This research aims to develop a digital comic learning media on the concept of the human excretory system. This study uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE model. The instruments in this study include a validation questionnaire, practicality test sheets, readability questionnaire, and student response questionnaire sheets to the developed digital comic learning media. The research data were analyzed quantitatively by calculating the percentage. The results showed that the digital comics learning media was valid and feasible to be used as learning media (combined average of 83%). The results of the student response test showed a very good response to the digital comic learning media with a percentage of 84%

Student worksheet contains various activities that are used to facilitate and practice students' skills in learning activities. This research aims to determine the development of student worksheet based on critical thinking skills that are valid, practical, and effective on the excretory system. This is a research and development of ADDIE model. The validity of student worksheet was measured using a validation sheet. The validity of student worksheet is 78% categorized as valid. Material validity of 82% is categorized as very valid, media validity of 81% is categorized as very valid, and language validity of 71% is categorized as valid. The practicality of the student worksheet was measured using a practitioner validation sheet and student response questionnaires. The practicality of worksheet is 87% categorized as very practical. Based on practitioner validation, the result of worksheet practicality of 89% is categorized as very practical and student response questionnaire of 85% is categorized as very practical. worksheet effectiveness was measured by normalized gain test. The control class N-Gain score of 0.2 is categorized as low and the experimental class N-Gain score of 0.5 is categorized as moderate. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to get a real description of the results of the science process skills of class XI students on the excretory system material using the STAD learning model, knowing the process of science process skills of class XI IPA 3 students in the excretory system material before and after using the STAD learning model. and find out how much the increase in the results of the science process skills of class XI IPA 3 students on the excretory system material using the STAD model. The research subjects were students of class XI IPA 3 of SMA Negeri 1 Cisaat in the 2018/2019 school year, totaling 40 students, 29 girls and 11 boys. The research was carried out in two cycles, using a descriptive analytical model to determine the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) learning process, increasing science process skills on student learning outcomes. The results of the study indicate that the learning process using the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) cooperative learning model can increase students' test scores, can increase the number of students who reach the KKM. The highest percentage of student activity in cycle 1 was 20% while in cycle 2 there was an increase of 30%, most of which still had to be increased again. The value of the test results from the first cycle to the second cycle there was an increase. In the first cycle, the highest test result was 72.75, while in the second cycle, the score was 87. The test scores increased from the first cycle to the second cycle, both the average score and the number of students who reached the KKM. In the first cycle, an average of 77.5% of students whose test scores have reached the KKM, means that 22.5% have not reached the KKM. In the second cycle, students whose test scores have reached the KKM are 87.5%, and 12.5% ??have not reached the KKM. Based on this research, it was concluded that the application of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) learning model in Biology subjects could improve the activity science process skills and test results of students in class XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Cisaat even semester of 2019. ABSTRAKPenelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini, bertujuan untuk mendapatkan deskripsi nyata hasil keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas XI pada materi sistem ekskresi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD, mengetahui proses keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas XI IPA 3 dalam materi sistem ekskresi sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD dan mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan hasil keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas XI IPA 3 pada materi sistem ekskresi dengan menggunakan model STAD. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Cisaat tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 40 siswa, 29 perempuan dan 11 laki-laki. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik model untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division), peningkatan keterampilan proses sains terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) dapat meningkatkan nilai tes peserta didik, dapat meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai KKM. Prosentase aktifitas siswa tertinggi pada siklus 1 sebesar 20% sedangkan pada siklus 2 ada peningkatan sebesar 30%, sebagian besar masih harus ditingkatkan lagi aktivitas nya. Nilai hasil tes dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua terdapat peningkatan. Pada siklus pertama diperoleh hasil tes tertinggi 72,75 sedangkan pada siklus kedua diperoleh nilai 87. Nilai tes mengalami kenaikan dari siklus pertama ke siklus ke dua, baik rata-rata nilai maupun jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai KKM. Pada siklus pertama rata-rata 77,5% peserta didik yang nilai hasil tesnya sudah mencapai KKM, berarti 22,5% belum mencapai KKM. Pada siklus kedua peserta didik yang nilai hasil tes sudah mencapai KKM adalah 87,5%, dan 12,5% belum mencapai KKM. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) pada mata pelajaran Biologi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains aktivitas dan hasil tes peserta didik kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Cisaat semester genap tahun 2019.

A complex of mammological studies was carried out in experimental farms of the Vladimir region. Lactating cows underwent an express diagnosis of the health of the udder with the California mastitis test, and based on the result obtained, three groups of animals were formed, 20 animals each. The animals of the first group had a questionable reaction to the California express method; animals the second - weakly positive; the third group included blood with negative reaction to tests (control). In studies of milk from cows with suspected udder inflammation, a decrease in dry matter content and a change in the quantitative ratio between the constituents of milk were found. The dry matter content in the milk of the cows of the 1st experimental group exceeded this indicator in the milk of the 2nd group of cows by 7.6%; and lagged behind the control by 12.8%. When milk from sick cows was heated, some of the whey proteins were destabilized. The titratable acidity of the milk of the cows of the 1st experimental group was within the limits stipulated by GOST for the prepared milk, while in the cows of the 2nd group it was reduced to 13.22 ± 0.16 ° T, which indicates the onset of the inflammatory process in the mammary gland. When carrying out echographic visualization of the excretory system of the udder of cows, the following features were revealed: with a large volume of the milk cistern, the main type of branching of the excretory system was observed; with medium and small - mixed type; and with mild - loose As a result of the experiment, it can be concluded that animals with a weakly positive reaction to the California Mastitis Test are less productive and they receive milk of lower quality, which is practically not suitable for further use for technological purposes. However, according to the current Technical Regulations, this milk can correspond to the first or second grade.

Excretory system material is a classified as difficult to understand by studenst because the material is still abstract, all proscesses that cannot be seen directly because they are in the human body. The limitations if learning media at SMAN 8 Padang have not supported learning on ecxcretory system material. The solution to this problem is to make interactive multimedia. This study is purpose to produce learning media products in the form of interactive multimedia based on practical on excretory system material for class XI students of SMAN 8 Padang. This type of research is research and development (R&D) research with using the 4D Model. The subject of this research was two lecturer Jurusan Biology FMIPA UNP and one teacher of SMAN 8 Padang and thirty the XI grade students of SMAN 8 Padang. The result of validation shows an average value of 91,77% with a very valid category. Based on this, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia developed is valid.

Purpose: The purpose of the research is to be investigated and assessed the significance of variables related to gingivitis in children with diagnosed pyelonephritis and nephrotic syndrome. Materials and Methods: The subject of the study is represented by participants in the age interval from 0 to 18 years. They are divided into two main groups, namely a group of 92 children with diagnosed pyelonephritis and 24 children with nephrotic syndrome. There is a group of 41 healthy children. Clinical, para-clinical, sociological and statistical methods are implemented in association with the study’s aim. The model of the research is based on an investigation of the significance of definite variables: gingival index GI Lõe-Silness, level of salivary leucocytes, salivary blood and salivary glucose. In addition to these indicators are recorded some patterns of environmental matter. Results: Among the participants with the diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome is recorded the maximal value of GI= 2.04. A similar maximal value of GI=2.00 corresponds to the group of children with pyelonephritis. In both of the subgroups of children suffering from renal disorders is registered the considerable maximal value of salivary blood equal to 250.00 RBC/µl, compared to the maximal value of 50.00 RBC /µl for healthy participants. It is ascertained that the variables of salivary blood and salivary leucocytes correspond to the condition of gingivitis in children with diagnosed pyelonephritis and nephrotic syndrome. Conclusion: A definite impingement of excretory system disorders upon gingiva, especially among children suffering from nephrotic syndrome, is ascertained.

Absolute indications for performing pubic urethrostomy in cats are recurrent stenosis and overgrowth of the urogenital canal fistula after its formation in the perineal region of the excretory system. Pubic urethrostomy, with the removal of the genitourinary canal outside the pelvic cavity in cats, is the best option for surgical treatment with significant traumatic damage and perforation of the genital part of the urethra and soft tissues in the perineum area.

This study aims to improve the thinking skills of high-level students through the use of the 5E cycle learning model in class XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 2 Bagan Sinembah TP Riau 2020/2021 (PT) using the Kemmis and Mc.Taggart method to improve. The subjects of this study were 36 students of class XI IPA-1. This classroom action research was carried out in 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting of 1 session. Cycle I discusses the human excretory system, and Cycle II discusses disorders of the human excretory system. The data collection techniques used were tests of higher order thinking skills and teacher activity observation sheets in the application of the 5E cycle learning model and data analysis techniques with individual and classical percentage analysis. The results showed that the use of the 5E cycle learning model was able to improve high thinking skills (HOTS) of class XI science students at SMA Negeri Bagan Sinembah TP 2020/2021 Riau with a material removal system and increasing teacher activity in the learning process. The percentage of thinking ability (HOTS) from 50% in the first cycle increased to 67% in the second cycle in the good category, in the 85% cycle it increased to 92%, the percentage in the very good category was accepted.
