Dunia sedang dihadapkan permasalahan rumit dan berkepanjangan mengenai pandemi Coronavirus Disease (covid-19). Di Indonesia, salah satu upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus tersebut adalah dengan membuat kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh pada sektor pendidikan. Kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh secara tidak langsung telah mengubah paradigma sistem pembelajaran konvensional yang semula tatap muka di kelas kemudian berubah menjadi secara virtual dan tidak bertemu langsung di kelas. Untuk menggali dan mengeksplore data pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan simpulan yang baik. Artikel ini membahas mengenai penggunaan aplikasi Zoom dan Whatsapp Group sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (PKBM) Bina Insani serta faktor penghambat dalam penggunaannya. Dalam implementasinya, aplikasi Zoom dan Whatsapp Group menawarkan beberapa setting pembelajaran diantaranya asinkron mandiri, asinkron kolaboratif, dan sinkron maya. Beberapa fitur yang ditawarkan aplikasi Whastapp Group untuk menunjang aktifitas pembelajaran adalah download, upload, assignment. Sedangkan untuk aplikasi Zoom menawarkan fitur forum diskusi. Hambatan yang dialami Tutor dan Warga Belajar umumnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai manajemen perkuliahan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom, Whatsapp Group dan kurang stabilnya koneksi jaringan internetDISTANCE LEARNING SOLUTIONS USING THE ZOOM AND WHATSAPP GROUP APPLICATIONS IN THE NEW NORMAL ERA OF CITIZENS LEARNING PACKAGE C AT THE COMMUNITY LEARNING ACTIVITY CENTER (PKBM) BINA INSANIThe world is faced with complicated and prolonged problems regarding the Coronavirus Disease (covid-19) pandemic. In Indonesia, one of the efforts to prevent the spread of the virus is by making a distance learning policy in the education sector. The distance learning policy has indirectly changed the paradigm of the conventional learning system, which was originally face-to-face in class and then turned virtual and did not meet in person in the class. To find and explore data in this study used descriptive qualitative research with observation data techniques, interviews, and documentation studies to get good conclusions. The article discusses the use of the Zoom and Whatsapp Group applications as distance learning media at the Bina Insani Teaching and Learning Center (PKBM) and the inhibiting factors in their use. In its implementation, the Zoom and Whatsapp Group applications offer several learning settings such as self-synchronization, synchronization, and virtual synchronization. Some of the features offered by the Whastapp Group application to support learning activities are downloading, uploading, carrying out tasks. Meanwhile, the Zoom application offers a discussion forum feature. The obstacles that help Tutors and Learning Citizens are based on knowledge and information about course management using the Zoom application, Whatsapp Group, and the unstable internet network connection

The application of technology in education is being developed very intensively today, especially the use of technology to support the teaching and learning process. The transfer of conventional learning methods such as face-to-face in the classroom towards a modern direction such as distance learning using computer-based systems or smartphones (Mobile Learning) has become a common thing implemented in today's education world. But not all educational institutions implement the same thing as MI Taufiqul Athfal Bogor. The purpose of this study was to design and implement a distance learning system based on android with smartphone media (Mobile Learning) to help MI Taufiqul Athfal Bogor in the teaching and learning process. The research method used is the Research & Development (R&D) method. System testing was carried out using the ISO 9126 method by distributing questionnaires to 20 respondents who were teachers at MI Taufiqul Athfal. The test results with four aspects of ISO 9126, namely aspects of Fuctionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency produce an overall Actual Total score, namely Total% Actual of 90%, thus concluding that the quality of the system is Very Good to implement. The final result of this research is an Andiroid-based Mobile Learning system designed by researchers which is implemented very well at MI Taufiqul Athfal and helps support the distance teaching and learning process.

The purpose of this study is to assist the teaching and learning process of administrative services and financial reporting in community learning activity centers with a well-integrated system. The data used are primary data. The data collection method used is direct observation on the research object, namely PKBM Patrakomala and PKBM Hiama. The method of analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis with the design based on web technology and MySQL for the database. The results in this study are that administrative services and financial reporting at PKBM use a well-integrated system so as to produce accountable and accurate financial reporting.

During covid-19 pandemic, teachers need to change the activity from a face-to-face into distance learning activity. There may many methods and media used by the teacher, one of them is video. One of the aims is to assist teachers in explaining the material and attracting students' interest. Hence, this study aims to find out the benefits of the use video in teaching and learning activity in pandemic situation. In this study, the researchers investigated what the benefit of the use of video for English learning as perceived by students in Covid-19 pandemic situation. the researchers used qualitative method in this research. The instruments used in this study are questionnaire and interview. The researchers took the data from two classes, which were XI KI I and XI KI III of SMK SMTI Bandarlampung.The research findings shows that students had positive experience when using  video as medium in teaching and learning English as a foreign language. Moreover, most of the students agreed that video gives the advantages to the students, such as the increasing of motivation in learning, acquiring new vocabularies, and improving the pronunciation of Englsih words. A sudden pandemic has created a learning system in Indonesia, which is usually done face-to-face, in the New Normal era, online learning is required. This sudden incident turned the wheel of life and learning 180 degrees. This paper discusses the level of readiness of students and teachers in mathematics distance learning. The level of readiness includes ownership of electronic devices, availability of internet signals, costs, support from parents or people around, skills in accessing digital learning applications, learning places, teachers who can teach well, materials, teacher guidance, solutions if they encounter problems, abstinence give up, and be able to understand distance learning material. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers in Indonesia. The results of the analysis of the data obtained are that students and teachers are in the criteria of being quite ready to be very ready to carry out distance learning. From the results of questionnaires and interviews, both students and teachers prefer a mixture of distance and face-to-face learning, because when it is difficult to understand the learning material, the teacher can explain directly, more able to monitor the condition of students. The weakness of distance learning is that it is constrained by internet signals, no emotional bonds, it is difficult to monitor students' abilities and higher credit costs.

Abstract The internet can be made as a way to transfer knowledge from lecturers to students, while Learning that utilizes the internet is one of the E-Learning Learning media. E-learning is distance learning that utilizes computer technology or computer networks or the Internet E-learning, so that it can enable the learning process through computers in their respective places without having to physically go to attend classes or lectures in class, Systems e-learning learning is a new way of teaching and learning. E-learning as a special learning media PAI courses provide a very important role and a large function in the course because so far there are many shortcomings and weaknesses such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process through E-learning which prioritizes the efficiency of learning so students get full teaching even though they do not have to be face to face, can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, according to the assignments given by the lecturer usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The development of education towards e-learning is a must so that the quality standards of education can be improved, E-learning is one of the uses of internet technology in the delivery of learning and its broad reach. E-learning can also be an answer to a health problem that is Pandemic Corona (Covid-19) which is very influential also in every aspect of life, especially in education.Keywords: Effectiveness, Utilization, Islamic Religious Education, E-Learning, Covid 19. Abstrak Internet dapat dijadikan cara untuk mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dari Dosen kepada mahasiswa/mahasiswi. Adapun Pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan internet salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran E-Learning. E-learning adalah pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance learning) yang memanfaatkan  teknologi komputer atau jaringan komputer atau internet E-learning, sehingga dapat  memungkinkan proses pembelajaran melalui komputer di tempat mereka  masing– masing tanpa harus secara fisik  pergi  mengikuti pelajaran atau pun  perkuliahan di kelas,  Sistem pembelajaran e-learning adalah cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar. E-learning  sebagai   media pembelajaran khususnya mata kuliah PAI memberikan  peran   sangat   penting  dan fungsi yang besar pada mata kuliah tersebut karena selama  ini terdapat banyak  kekurangan  dan kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang dan waktu dalam  proses belajar  mengajar melalui E-learning yang  mengedepankan keefisienan dalam belajar sehingga  mahasiswa mendapat pengajaran yang penuh meski tidak harus bertatap muka, juga bisa di akses di mana saja, kapan saja,  sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen biasanya terjadwal dengan  batas  waktu  yang  di tentukan. Pengembangan  pendidikan menuju e-learning merupakan suatu keharusan agar standar mutu pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan,  E-learning merupakan salah satu penggunaan teknologi internet dalam penyampaian  pembelajaran  serta  jangkauannya yang luas. E-learning  juga dapat menjadi jawaban dari suatu permasalahan kesehatan yaitu Pandemi Corona (Covid-19) ini yang sangat berpengaruh juga pada setiap aspek kehidupan terutama bidang pendidikan.Kata kunci  :  Keefektifitas, Pemanfaatan, Pendidikan Agama Islam,  E-Learning, Covid 19.

The COVID-19 pandemic that has recently hit various countries including Indonesia has resulted in major changes in various fields, including in the development of the education sector. The teaching and learning process has turned from face-to-face into an online method. However, there are several obstacles experienced by schools that implement an online learning system, one of them was the ability of teachers who do not understand various learning application platforms. In addition, the material provided by the teacher is not maximally acceptable to students because most teachers provide learning material from the pages of textbooks or teacher writings (scans, photos, or presentation files). For this reason, it is necessary to have variations in the provision of teaching materials to students by making interesting and creative learning videos using the Movavi Education Set. With learning videos, students can do lessons at home, repeat it, and can ask the teacher some points from it if they don't understand. By using Movavi Education Set, teachers are also free to be creative in making learning videos that can be shared through commonly used communication applications such as e-mail, WhatsApp, line, google classroom and other applications.

This article argues that building a Community Learning Activity Center through a spiritual model can be developed in West Kalimantan for the strengthening of spiritual values. By exposing and simultaneously evaluating the concept of the current Community Learning Activity Center coaching model through Talcott Parsons functionalism to consider how individuals and communities integrate into a social system, and the concept of spiritual model and spiritual intelligence ala Danah Zohar as a form of value- spiritual values and higher goals in the lives of studying citizens, the model of empowerment through the development of spiritual models needs to be placed in a sociological, social and pedagogical setting for access to educational resources and the political system. Issues and issues of Community Learning Activity Center are never separated from human resources and local identity (identity politics), and individual and group characters. Voluntaristic displacements accept norms and social values as such, humans are actively involved in social exchanges. Likewise, one-dimensional changes, individual identities are liquid and multidimensional.

ABSTRACT The COVID 19 pandemic has demanded that people adapt to a new normal life, including theeducation sector. This condition is a challenge for schools and the community. To avoid thewidespread spread of the Covid-19 virus, schools must temporarily stop face-to-face learningactivities. The blended learning method is a solution to these conditions. Blended learningactivities are not only seen as a combination of online and face-to-face learning. However,this learning activity has a great opportunity to integrate innovation in educationaltechnology and can be done online or face-to-face. Besides, blended learning is a solution toanswering challenges in assembling learning and developing students' creativity. Even in thelong term, blended learning is an important requirement for every school to face a brighterfuture. The implementation method in this program consists of the planning, implementation,and evaluation stages. The partners involved in this program are a team of IT experts at theLocal Government of Kediri. Also, the partners involved are also active as speakers ofeducational technology. Metodepembelajaran blended learning menjadi solusi di tengah kondisi seperti ini. Aktivitaspembelajaran blended learning bukan hanya dilihat sebagai kombinasi online denganpembelajaran tatap muka saja. Namun aktivitas pembelajaran ini sangat berpeluang untukmengintegrasikan inovasi di bidang teknologi pendidikan dan dapat di ajarkan secara onlinemaupun tatap muka. Selain itu, blended learning juga sebagai solusi dalam menjawabtantangan dalam merangkai pembelajaran serta pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik,bahkan dalam jangka panjang pembelajaran berbasis blended learning menjadi kebutuhanpenting bagi setiap sekolah guna menyongsong masa depan yang lebih cerah. Metodepelaksanaan dalam pengabdian ini terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.Mitra yang dilibatkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah tim tenaga ahli IT di Pemerintah Kota Kediri. Selain itu mitra yang terlibat juga aktif sebagai pembicara di bidang teknologipendidikan. Sedangkan sasaran dari pengabdian ini adalah guru dan Dinas Pendidikan. ABSTRACTThe teaching and learning process is a very important activity and must be carried out even though the situation is not possible in schools amid the Covid-19 pandemic as it is today. So this study aims to analyze learning difficulties, distance learning, and analysis of student learning difficulties in PJJ amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case studies, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show First, learning difficulties in students can be experienced due to disruption in him both from within and outside himself. This condition can also occur amid the Covid-19 pandemic. In the end, through various appeals from several parties, students were asked to carry out their learning activities in their respective homes. Second, with the appeals and suggestions of students studying at home, then Distance Learning (PJJ) becomes an alternative learning activity for students in order to break the corona virus transmission chain. Third, during the Covid-19 pandemic with PJJ students faced problems accessing internet devices and quotas, thus the government and all education administrators to provide internet quota subsidies, emergency curricula, and develop effective learning strategies for communities affected by Covid-19.

One of the factors that support the progress of a nation is the participation of women in community development. Educated women are crucial aspects in improving the quality of human resources. The government together with the community, have responsibilities and play an essential role in facilitating educational activities for women. Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM), as an institution established and managed by the society to increase knowledge, skills, expertise and talents, is responsible for preparing community members to be more independent in meeting their needs, especially in the program for marginalized women empowerment. Among the programs, Women's Life Skills Education Program (PKHP) presents as an alternative solution to provide facilities for women to grow. Many researchers documented the activities in this program and published them in Community Service journals or scientific journals. Therefore, the current study would shed light on the efforts they made by implementing a literature study. By analysing using narrative synthesis studies, the findings reported on diverse activities that were created to develop women’s life skills by utilizing the local natural resource potential as well as the methods of delivery and prospected outcomes. This study also provides some practical implications and future recommendations.
