 ABSTRACTThis article focuses on the challenges of teachers at high schools related to the digitalization process in school development during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to being an intrapersonal prerequisite for teaching with technology and changing attitudes towards learning and teaching, it is a prerequisite for schools as part of a learning organization. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative interview study of 10 participants or teachers. This was done to identify challenges for teachers, the role of ship principals, and collaboration among stakeholders. The strategy of teaching methods using technology proved to be a clear agenda by school principals regarding reliable technology infrastructure and also the willingness of teachers to use teaching methods.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of teacher creativity on the learning motivation of class VII students at SMP Plus Daarul Jannah, Tangerang Regency. This type of research is field research using a quantitative approach with 30 respondents. The results of this study concluded that the value of the frequency distribution of teacher creativity (variable X) 80% of 24 students from 30 respondents, the value of the frequency distribution of learning motivation (variable Y) 73.33% and the magnitude of the influence of teacher creativity on learning motivation obtained linear regression values Sig < 0.05, namely 0.002 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected, meaning that the independent variable (X) of teacher creativity significantly affects the variable (Y) namely student learning motivation. Based on the value of R square is also called the coefficient of determination which in this case means that the variable of learning motivation is influenced by the creativity of the teacher by 28.3%. The remaining 71.7% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied in this study.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan faktor-faktor kekuatan pesantren dalam mencegah atau meminimalisir tertularnya virus covid-19 pada warga pesantren, hal ini perlu mengingat sampai saat ini lembaga pendidikan yang masih tetap melakukan pembelajaran secara tatap muka bisa dikatakan hanya pesantren. Objek penelitian ini adalah Pondok Modern Daarul Hikmah Kab. Tangerang – Banten. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif eksploratif, data diperoleh melalui pengamatan dan wawancara terstruktur terhadap team manajemen pondok pesantren. Dari beberapa item pengamatan dan hasil wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa pesantren dan covid-19 berada pada dua dimensi dan sudut pandang, pesantren akan menjadi lembaga tangguh dan aman dari penularan virus ini atau justru akan menjadi claster bahwa sumber tersebar luasnya virus corona ini karena mayoritas interaksi yang sangat intens baik antara santri, guru maupun pihak-pihak lain.  Penelitian ini mencoba menggalih dan mengeksplor salah satu pesantren yang sampai saat ini masih melangsungkan pembelajaran secara tatap muka, bahkan fenomena global ini tidaklah berdampak secara signifikan terhadap rutinitas dan aktivitas kaum santri. Dengan hal bahwa pesantren memiliki dua faktor ketahanan  dalam mencegah penularan covid-19 yaitu faktor internal ditemukan bahwa kemampuan pesantren dalam pengelolaan secara intern melalui peningkatan kebersihan  dan kesehatan terhadap  kehidupan santri, kemudian olahraga secara teratur, serta penambahan asupan gizi bagi santri diyakini menjadi kekuatan santri dari tidak terjangkitnya virus ini. Secara eksternal terdapatnya kerjasama yang baik terhadap gugus covid-19 pada level kecamatan/puskesmas sangat membantu dalam memberikan penyuluhan dan tracking terhadap santri yang diindikasi terinfeksi penyakit menular. Dan juga dukungan penuh wali santri yang lebih aman dan nyaman jika putra/putrinya tetap berada di pesantren, sehingga patuh terhadap budaya baru pesantren yang meniadakan waktu penjengukan untuk waktu tertentu.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Full Day School in Improving the Learning Achievement of Class VIII Students in MTs. Al-Husna, Tangerang City, Banten. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, namely by observing the research location, conducting interviews and collecting data from various sources related to the research. The results of this study conclude: The implementation of full day school at MTs Al-Husna has been going well. Students get better report cards. Students are accustomed to praying dhuha, praying dhuhur, asr in congregation, dhikr, and reading the Qur'an, without being ordered by their parents. Students are able to read the Qur'an in accordance with tajwid. Students are able to memorize the Qur'an juz 29 and juz 30.

Abstrak:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitaian kepustakaan dan bersifat deskriptif analitik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kecerdasan sosial berbasis al-Qur’an adalah kemampuan seseorang dalam menahan diri disegala situasi, ia memiliki rasa hormat, rasa empati, kasih sayang, tenggang rasa, kemurahan hati, kebaikan, keadilan, integritas, altruisme, dan kejujuran dengan senantiasa mewujudkan kesehatan jiwa, sehingga dapat melahirkan kebahagiaan di dunia maupun di akhirat kelak. Kecerdasan sosial berbasis al-Qur’an memiliki tiga konsep dasar, yaitu kecerdasan sosial terkait intelektualitas, kecerdasan sosial terkait sejarah, dan kecerdasan sosial terkait keyakinan. Kecerdasan sosial berbasis al-Qur’an sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan seseorang, karena sesungguhnya ia telah memiliki kemampuan untuk mencapai kematangannya dengan kesadaran berpikir dan bertindak, sehingga memudahkannya dalam beradaptasi dan melakukan kerjasama dengan sesama, guna menjalankan perannya sebagai makhluk sosial untuk menjalin hubungan dengan lingkungan sosialnya.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji data-data empirik terkait pengaruh pola asuh orang tua dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional dan regresional terhadap data-data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari obyek penelitian yaitu para siswa di SD Islamic Village Kelapa Dua Tangerang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 58 responden dari 165 populasi. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket/kuisioner, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Jenis analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif.  Kata Kunci: Pola Asuh Orang Tua, Lingkungan Sekolah, Pembentukan Karakter. AbstractThis study aims to determine and test empirical data related to the influence of parenting patterns and the school environment on character formation separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used a survey method with a correlational and professional approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research, namely students at SD Islamic Village Kelapa Dua Tangerang. The sample of this study was 58 respondents from 165 populations. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire / questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The type of analysis used is regression analysis which is described descriptively.Keywords: Parenting Parenting, School Environment, Character Building.

ABSTRACTThe problem raised in this study is how to use multimedia tools to increase student motivation in class VIII MTs Al Mu'in Tangerang City in the subject of Islamic cultural history. While the purpose of this study is to find out how to use multimedia devices, choose multimedia devices, and assess the effectiveness of using multimedia devices in the learning process, related to school efforts in increasing the learning motivation of students in the classroom. The method used in this research is to use the observation method, interview method, and documentation method. Meanwhile, to analyze the results of this study, qualitative descriptive analysis is used which consists of three activities, namely data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. It is known that the use of multimedia devices at Mts Al-Mu'in Tangerang City in increasing learning motivation is by means of teachers using and combining methods of lectures, discussions, and the use of multimedia devices in the form of projectors, videos, and visual media even though the use of multimedia devices at MTs Al -Mu'in at this point is not so significant because of the limitations of the multimedia device itself.

Asmaul Husna dapat diartikan sebagai nama-nama Allah SWT yang baik, mulia, dan agung.Pengenalan Asmaul Husna bisa dimulai saat anak mulai memasuki pendidikan usia dini. Namuncara-caranya berbeda dengan orang dewasa. Pendidikan anak usia dini harus menyenangkan,dengan konsep bermain atau dengan cerita-cerita yang mudah dicerna oleh anak usia dini, sehinggaanak senang dan tidak terbebani. Pengenalan Asmaul Husna pada anak usia dini dapat dilakukandengan menggunakan metode bercerita yang tepat yang sesuai dengan tingkat pemahaman anak usiadini. Pemilihan media dan teknik bercerita juga mempengaruhi pemahaman anak. Semakin menarikmetode, teknik dan media yang digunakan maka akan siswa akan makin paham dengan asmaul husnayang disampaikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakandua siklus pada siswa TK A (usia 4-5 tahun). Hasil penelitian ini terdapat peningkatan kemampuanmendengarkan cerita, kemampuan memahami inti cerita dan asmaul husna serta pemahaman bahasayang dipakai sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengenalan asmaul husna dengan metode berceritamudah dipahami oleh anak usia dini.

Management is a staple component that cannot be separated from Islamic educational institutions. Without management, the purpose of the institution cannot be realized optimally, effectively, and efficiently. Problems in educational institutions, usually dealing with the service to the customers of Islamic education. This research is a qualitative research aimed at knowing about the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of the quality management of Islamic education services in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Husna Ciledug Tangerang City.The results of this research show that the management planning of quality Islamic education services is conducted with a) to make the Madrasah Work Plan (MWP) which refers to the vision, mission, and the goal of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Husna Ciledug, b) Determine the needs of the customers of Islamic education through the increase of the Madrasah resources, c) Develop Islamic education programs according to customers ' expectations through the development of Islamic education programs that are poured in the curriculum of the Ibtidaiyah Al-Husna Ciledug. Organizing is done by implementing the quality standards of education and educationally through a) systematic, structured and directional activities, b) implementing harmonious and mutually co-operation, c) Division of tasks tailored to expertise. Implementation is done by placing personnel who are qualified especially in the activities of public relation that create programs such as relationship marketing, superior customer service, and monitoring the satisfaction of the Guardian students as an Islamic education customer in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Husna Ciledug. Internal evaluation conducted in the monthly meeting and external evaluation of the input from the guardian of students who become education customers will be useful to improve the quality of education in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Husna Ciledug Kota Tangerang.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Emotional Spiritual Achievement (ESA) Program in shaping students' mindsets towards Islamic Religious Education. The results of this study are expected to provide solutions for schools, in realizing a good education with good morals and good character. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is analyzed through data reduction, data display, data validity and conclusions. This study shows that: 1) The Emotional Spiritual Achievement (ESA) program is very important to be followed and implemented by schools. 2) The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is very important for the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence of students in schools. 3) The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing the Emotional Spiritual Achievement (ESA) Program has been very good so that it can produce good output and character.
