Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan shadow langkah berurutan dan bersilangan, serta perbedaan diantara keduanya terhadap meningkatkan kelincahan footwork pada atlet bulutangkis   PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu, dengan desain two group pre-test post-test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 atlet putra. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes rangkaian olah kaki yang dikemukakan oleh Tohar. Teknik analisis data pada uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: pertama, ada pengaruh latihan shadow langkah berurutan terhadap kelincahan footwork atlet PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta dengan  nilai t sebesar -4,5 dan signifikansi hitung sebesar 0,001. Kedua, ada pengaruh latihan shadow langkah bersilangan terhadap kelincahan footwork atlet PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta dengan nilai t sebesar -4,667 dan signifikansi hitung sebesar 0,001, dan ketiga tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan shadow langkah berurutan dan shadow langkah bersilangan dalam peningkatan kelincahan footwork atlet PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. Hal ini berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari nilai t sebesar -1,353 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,191. The effects of shadow practice using sequential steps and crossing steps to footwork athlete agility AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of shadow practice with sequential steps and crossing step of footwork athletes agility PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta, knowing the difference of shadow practice with sequential steps and crossing steps in improving footwork athletic agility PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. This research is quasi-experimental research, using two-group pre-test post-test design. Sample of this study is 22 son athletes. Instruments in this study using a test foot circuit presented by Tohar. Data analysis technique of hypothesis using t-test. The results show that: first, there is the effect of shadow sequential step exercise on footwork athletes agility PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. It is proved by obtaining t value equal to -4,5 with significance count equal to 0,001. Second, there is the effect of the crossing steps shadow practice on footwork athlete agility PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. This is proved by obtaining t value equal to -4,667 with significance count equal to 0,001. And the third there is no significant difference between shadow sequential steps and shadow crossing steps in increasing agility footwork athletes PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. This is based on data obtained from the value of t -1.353 with significance is 0.191.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Sampel berjumlah 40 orang, dengan desain yang digunakan adalah two group Pre test-post test design. Instrumen penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Hasil Latihan Senam Poco-Poco Olahraga menggunakan metode konvensional dan instruksional siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji ANOVA. Hasil peneliti ini diperoleh f-hitung 38.70 lebih besar dari f-tabel 2.86, artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan dari Hasil Latihan Senam Poco-Poco Olahraga Menggunakan Metode Konvensional dan Instruksional Siswa Laki-Laki Dan Perempuan Di SDN 75 Kota Bengkulu. Artinya dari kedua kelompok metode konvensional dan intruksional, metode intruksional adalah metode yang lebih baik. Pada kelompok metode konvensional dan intruksional siswa perempuan lebih baik dari pada siswa laki-laki. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of CSM strategies on comprehension reading skills in classes V Padokan 2 Elementary School. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method. In this study the subjects of the study were VA class students as the control class and V C as the experimental class with 28 VA and VC class students. Quantitative data analysis technique used is the calculation of independent sample t-test. Based on data analysis and discussion, researchers can conclude that CSM strategies are more effective than conventional methods of reading comprehension learning. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class as evidenced by the results of the independent sample t-test obtained by the value of Asymp. Sig (2-Tailed) 0.014 <0.05. CSM strategy is an effective learning strategy seen from the average value of the experimental class posstest which is 81.61 higher than the control class average value of 72.96.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a pandemic that is now a global threat where this virus causes many people to die every day in various countries, one of which is Indonesia, this disease is caused by SARS-CoV-2. The many impacts caused by COVID-19 make Simple Handwashing Station (SHS) one of the prevention efforts that can build proper handwashing behavior. Based on the results of research conducted from 13-18 April 2020 which is divided into 4 strategic points in Dilem Village. This study uses a Quasi-experimental research design with a One Group Pre Post-test design approach with a sample of residents of Dilem Village precisely RT 5 and 6 RW 1 Lemah Dhuwur. The analysis technique uses Paired Sample T-Test with the results that show that there is an influence of the application of simple handwashing station on the proper handwashing behavior of the residents of Dilem Village with a P-value <0.05, based on these results it can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of simple hand washing station for handwashing behavior in preventing COVID-19 transmission in Dilem Village Kepanjen District, with this result it is expected to be able to add a simple handwashing station in several other strategic points in Dilem Village in COVID-19 prevention.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of thematic learning modelbasedintegrative sosiokultural for students of class III Elementary School in Purbalingga.The research design was quasi experimental with one group pre-test and post-test design. Thesubject of research involved are students of class III SD N Pengadegan Pengadegan 1 and 2 atotal of 56 students, where each class consists of 28 students. In this research, students of classIII SD N Pengadegan 1 is determined as the control class (with thematic learning-integrativeusual) and the third grade students of SD N Pengadegan 2 as the experimental class (using themodel of thematic learning-integrative-based sociocultural. The results showed that there weredifferences the final results were significant between control classes using model-integrativethematic regular and classroom experiment that uses thematic learning model-based integrativesocio-cultural. it is obtained from the t-test with p <0.05 then there is also a significant difference,namely with sig = 0.0006.

The Difference Of Salivary pH Between Rinsing and without Rinsing with Drinking Water After Chewing Simple Carbohydrate. Salivary pH is one of indicator in oral health. One factor that influences salivary pH is diet. Diet simple carbohydrates decrease salivary pH. Rinsing with drinking water suspected that can increase salivary pH. to know how the difference of salivary pH between rinsing and without rinsing with drinking water after chewing simple carbohydrates. Quasi experimental used with pre test and post test design on 40 students as samples. The measurement of salivary pH was done by digital pH meter “Pen Type pH tester”. The test which was used was paired T-test. The result Showed that Salivary pH the rinsing group after chewing was 6.96 ± 0.52 and 7.02 ±0,50 without rinsing. Salivary pH after rinsing minutes to 5 was 6.94 ± 0.52 and 6.79 ±0.52 without rinse. The pH of saliva rinsing the 20th minute was 7.12 ± 0.49 and 6.89 ± 0.50 without rinsing. The results of Paired t-test showed the significant difference from the salivary pH to 5th minute after rinsing and without rinsing with chewing simple carbohydrate foods with p <0.05 (p = 0.009) but, there was no significant difference of salivary pH in the 20th minute and 5 minutes after rinsing and without rinsing  with p> 0.05 (p = 0.140). rinsing by using drinking water can increase the salivary pH after chewing simple carbohydrate foods. English Environment Programs is one of method In Improving Speaking Ability At Polytechnic of National Informatics. This research aims at finding out wheather or not the use of English environment Programs improve the speaking ability. This research used Quasy experimental method with two group pre-test and post-test design. The result of the data analysis showed that the degree of freedom (df) was 43 (n1 + n2 – 2) where n1 = 30 and n2 = 15 so 30 + 15 – 2 = 43), the level of significant (α) = 0.05, the t-test value of students’ speaking ability= 3.765, and the t-table value = 2.021. The t-test value is greater than the t-table value (3.765 > 2.021), this showed that there is a significant difference of improvement between the Control group and Experimental Group. It means that the Alternative Hypothesis (H1) is accepted while the Null Hypothesis (H0) rejected. Based on the result above, the researcher concluded that the using of English Environment Programs can improve the speaking ability of the second year students of Polytechnic of National InformaticsKeywords: English Environment, Speaking, Effectiveness

English Environment Programs is one of method In Improving Speaking Ability At Polytechnic of National Informatics. This research aims at finding out wheather or not the use of English environment Programs improve the speaking ability. This research used Quasy experimental method with two group pre-test and post-test design. This study was aimed at investigating the effectiveness of an English song entitled ‘Because You Loved Me’ to teach past simple. Past simple itself is oneof the necessary yet problematic tenses for learners. The research employed was quasi-experimental pretest-post-test design was employed in this research. Thepopulation of this study was five classes of the first grade students of senior highschool. Due to the high number of the population, this research only used twoclasses as the sampling - one class as the experimental group and the other oneas the control group. This research was carried out through four stages namelypretest, treatment implementation, post-test and data analysis. The result of thedata analysis showed that ‘Because You Loved Me’ song is effective for teachingpast simple. The value of t-test was higher than the t-table. The result of t-test formula was 1.91, and the t-table was 1.67. Overall, English song entitled ‘Because You Loved Me’ is effective to teach past simple and using songs in EFLclassrooms may also provide comfortable and interesting teaching and learningprocess.

Background: The important aspect for child especially children with mental retardation is oral health. Children with mental retardation have limitations in motoric activities that relate to the actions of dental hygiene in normally, that activities is toothbrushing and it can do by bass and horizontal method. The aim of this study is to know the difference effectiveness toothbrushing with bass and horizontal method on the changed of plaque index in children with mental retardation. Method: The quasi experimental methods with non-equivalent group design with post test design was used in this research and have done on 24 children with mild mental retardation at SDLB Purwosari Kudus which divided two groups, 12 students brushing with bass method and 12 students brushing with horizontal method. Result: The data were tested with paired t-test to compare plaque index before and after toothbrushing with bass and horizontal method, showed that there were meaningful differences (p<0,05). Independent t-test to compare the changed of plaque index between both methods, showed that there were no meaningful differences (p>0,05). Conclusion: It concluded that both bass and horizontal method effectively on the changed of plaque index in children with mental retardation. There was no difference effectiveness between both methods.
