Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri dan SMK swasta di Kabupaten Lamongan sebagai badan pertimbangan, badan pendukung, badan pengontrol, dan badan penghubung.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Populasi sebanyak 61 SMK (enam SMK negeri dan 55 SMK swasta). Sampel sebanyak 42 SMK (empat SMK negeri dan 38 SMK swasta) ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pertimbangan, kemudian sebagai badan pendukung, dan sebagai badan penghubung, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. (2) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK swasta secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pendukung, kemudian sebagai badan penghubung, dan sebagai badan pertimbangan, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. THE ROLESOF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN LAMONGAN REGENCY, EAST JAVAAbstractThis study is aimedat investigating the roles of the school committee in the implementation of state vocational high schools (VHS) and private VHSs in Lamongan Regency, as anadvisory agency, supporting agency, controlling agency, and mediator agency.This study isanevaluation. The population was 61 VHSs (six state VHSs and 55 private VHSs). A sample of 42 VHSs (four state VHSs and 48 private VHSs) was established using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive analysis.The results show as follows. (1) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of state VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the advisory agency, then the role as the supporting agency, and the role as the mediator agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency. (2) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of private VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the supporting agency, then the role as the mediator agency, and the role as the advisory agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency.

<p>Abstract: The purpose of this research at finding out empirical evidence concerning whether clustering technique and vocabulary mastery are effective or not for the student to write recount text. The research methodology used is an experiment. The sampling technique uses random sampling at Private Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta. Data collection is obtained by testing their vocabulary mastery and writing skills. Data analysis to test hypothesis is two ways ANOVA. The research results conclude 1) There is a significant effect of the clustering technique on students’ writing skills with the value (Sig) being 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 36.740. 2) A significant effect of vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills with the value (Sig) is 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 72.161. 3) There is a significant interactive effect of clustering technique and vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills. With the value (sig) is 0.018 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 5.921. Then all of H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This research is motivated by the high participation of participants in participating in BKB activities, as seen from the number of participants who attend each month. This is allegedly due to good cadre service in providing each service to BKB participants. The purpose of this research is first to describe cadre work discipline in BKB program, secondly to describe cadre communication in BKB program, third to describe service facilities in BKB program in Kolok Mudik Village Barangin District, Sawahlunto City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study amounted to 87 BKB participants. The sample was taken 50% of the population totaling 44 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that cadre service was very good according to BKB participants, this was seen from three aspects, including work discipline, communication, facilities. It is recommended to all those involved in the activities of the BKB Permata Bunda in Kolok Mudik Village, Barangin District, Sawahlunto City, to maintain the quality that has been carried out well. As human social beings in everyday life always want to relate to other humans. He wants to know the surrounding environment, even wants to know what is happening in him. This curiosity forces humans to communicate. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees at Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation with a population of 24 people. And the data is processed using the quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the extent of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees at the Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication among Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar  staff with indicators namely: openness with a percentage reaching 90.83 percent, empathy with a percentage reaching 90.56 percent, supportiveness with a percentage of 83.13 percent, positiveness with a percentage reaching 89.44 percent and equality with a percentage reaching 92.08 percent of all the indicators are in the very good category. This is demonstrated through overall data analysis which shows the percentage reached 89.08 percent, the value is in line with related observations made by researchers in the field.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil karya poster ditinjau dari warna, tipografi dan komposisi siswa kelas X SMK Multimedia deli tua. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Multimedia Istiqlal Deli Tua yang terdiri dari 4 kelas dengan jumlah siswa 140 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling (acak kelas), maka diperoleh sampel berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitiatif dan diwujudkan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil karya poster ditinjau dari warna, tipografi, dan komposisi baik. Dari kategori di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil kemampuan siswa dalam membuat karya poster tergolong baik.Kata Kunci: analisis, warna, tipografi.AbstractThis study aims to determine the results of the poster's work in terms of color, typography and composition of all students' class X vocational high school multimedia deli tua. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques and represented in the form of a table. The results of the research findings indicate that the poster works in terms of color, typography, and composition was good. From the categories above , it can be concluded that the results of students' abilities in making poster work are classified as good.Keywords: analysis, color, typography.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that all parents want their children's education to be good, so they pay attention and optimize for his child's education. The existence of this need then humansare encouraged to fulfill it. This impulse is called motivation. In this case, of course the role of motivation is very important. How teachers make efforts to be able to grow and give motivation so students do goodlearning activities. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out whether there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. (2) To find out how much influence the motivation of learning on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. This research uses a quantitative approach with adescriptive type. The population is at BURU 2 Senior High School, totaling 220 students. using purposive random sampling technique. The sample was 79 students. Research methods using questionnaire anddocumentation. All instruments have met the requirements as a measurement requirement, because they have tested so that it meets the validity test requirements using product correlation and reliability using Cronbach alpha, and has passed the test precondition. Data analysis using T-test and a large percentageof the influence using the coefficient of determination Adjuster R Square. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of Learning Motivation on Learning Achievement evidenced from the value ofTcount&gt; Ttable namely 3.731&gt; 1.9915 and Sig &lt;0.05, namely 0.000 &lt;0.05 (with a level of 5%). (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Adjusted R square determination coefficient of 35.9% so that the effect oflearning motivation (X), on learning achievement (Y) is weak positive means that if the variable X rises then the variable Y does not rise weakly or together all variables will rise significantly and the remaining65.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables used.KEYWORD. This research aims to get information about how big the effect adversity quotient toward Student’s Learning Motivation in Economics at the Sttate Senior High School of 2 Siak Hulu. The background of the research were some student cheated in doing their tasks, they did not submit their assignment on time, they did not bring their economics textbooks, and they did not study seriously. This was a quantitative research. The subject of this research was the eleventh grade students whose major were sosial science. The object of this research was the effect adversity quotient to word students’s learning motivation. The number of sample of this research were 127 students. The research used random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was questionares and documentations. This technique of analysis used to examine the hypothesis was simple linier regression. Based on the result of the research and data analysis, it was found that ro (observasi) 0,688 bigger than rt (tabel) with the level of sifnificance 5% (0,1743) and 1% (0,2278) at (0,1743<0,688>0,2278) or that there is a significant effect of adversity quotient toword students’ learning motivation in economics at the State Senior High School of 2 Siak Hulu. The percentage of adversity quotient effect toward students’ learning motivation was 47,3% while the rest 52,7% was influenced by other variables which were not included in this research.

This research is motivated by the high interest and participation of participants in the Make-up training. It is suspected that participants still need Youtube media to support learning outcomes in terms of performance, management of the learning environment, and implementation of learning evaluation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of 32 participants and a sample of 32 participants using total random sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire with percentage calculation data analysis. The research results show the following. First, the implementation of YouTube use and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the aspect of preparation, were carried out well. Second, the implementation of the use of YouTube and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the implementation aspect, was well implemented. Third, the implementation of the use of YouTube and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the aspect of assessment, was carried out well. Researchers suggest that tutors in make-up training at PKBM Sahabat should give awards or rewards to learning citizens who have succeeded well and satisfactorily after the assessment of the make-up training is carried out.Keyword: youtube, make up, training

This research was motivated by the success of the Baburrahmah Tahfidzul Qur'an, because there was a significant increase in the number of santri within the six months since the establishment of the Baburrahmah Qur'an Tahfidzul Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the tahfidz program in terms of coordination between the implementers, program administration, and the application of the tahfidz program rules. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were students in Pondok Tahfidzul Baburrahmah Qur'an, totaling one hundred and fifty people and the sample in this study amounted to thirty-five people. The sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using structured interview techniques and data analysis techniques were obtained using a percentage formula. The results of the study show that: the Baburrahmah Pondok Tahfidzul Qur'an program is categorized very well.Keywords: Program Management

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between learning motivation and career maturity in the students of Class XI Audio Vidio (TAV) in Salatiga Vocational High School number  2 . This type of research is a correlation consisting of two variables: learning motivation and career maturity. The subjects of this study were students of class XI TAV (A and B) totaling 66 people through total sampling technique. Data collection for both variables using a questionnaire. Analysis using Kendall Tau technique. From the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient (r) between the variables of learning motivation and student career maturity was obtained at r = 0.735 and p value 0.000. Shows that learning motivation contributes positively and significantly to students' career maturity. A positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and career maturity in class XI students of Salatiga Vocational High School number  2. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the learning motivation, the higher the student's career maturity, and vice versa.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Career Maturity
