The working principle of wet clutch was analyzed and the mathematical model was established for torque deliver. Experimental verification and simulation analysis was carried out for the clutch model in the situation of constant pressure engaging process. An efficiency examination of wet clutch implemented on the test rig and provided theory evidence for pressure precisely control.

Urgency of the research. The potential of controlling the position of levitating objects has great application in deposition and in various positioning systems. Magnetic levitation eliminates direct mechanical friction between moving parts. Target setting. The measurement shielding method used is one of the methods of determining the position of a levitating object. By combining positioning and regulating elements, we achieve a feedback control. The use of a given type of measurement has advantages in places where the use of other methods is not appropriate. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The problem of magnetic levitation is addressed by several research laboratories with a direct connection to practice. The problem that is currently solved within magnetic levitation is the regulation of the levitating object using various types of regulators. The research objective. Derivation of mathematical model of magnetic levitation and examination of nonlinear system followed by linearization by Taylor series. Experimental determination of characteristics and dependence between object position, voltage and current. The statement of basic materials. The position of the levitating object is determined by the shading of the optical sensor. The light source is a laser light. Conclusions. In this work we defined the mathematical model of the magnetic levitation system and subsequently derived the transfer function of the levitation system and the position sensor. From the experimental verification of the shadow method for the determination of the position of the levitating object and the consequent need for regulation, we found that the dependence of the position of the levitating object on current and voltage on the photodiode is linear in the active region.

The paper presents some aspects concerning use of pulse laser source for precise machining of Al2O3 crystals for medical applications. The scheme of laser beam manipulation and the test stand has been presented. Application of the mathematical model enabled determination of values of basic sapphire machining parameters. Presented results gave rough information about dynamics of the process and were used for the test stand designing, development as well as determination of machining precision.

The article presents the results of checking mathematical model of the created decreasing pressure effusion computer gas density analyzer. Operating principle of a decreasing pressure effusion gas density analyzers is based on measuring the outflow time of the analyzed gas certain volume through a microdiaphragm. A generalized scheme of such analyzers and their operation are described in article. Initial equations of the mathematical model, the assumptions and the results of the development of the mathematical model are presented. The created experimental setup for testing the developed mathematical model and its operation also are described. The mathematical model was tested in the course of numerous experiments on this facility for a number of gases. Studies have also been performed to assess the effect of temperature on the measurement result. The results of the mathematical model test are presented in the article. The results of experimental studies were compared with the calculated data obtained on the basis of a mathematical model. As a result, the error of the mathematical model of the decreasing pressure effusion gas density analyzers was determined and conclusions were made about its adequacy and possible further use for designing and calculating decreasing pressure effusion gas density analyzers.

Establish the mathematical model of feeding velocity in Rubber Roller Husker vibrating feeder through analyzing the material movement, and determine the relational expression according to the theory analysis of material movement in the feeder. Analyzing the influence of groove obliquity angle , vibrating direction angle, frequencyand amplitude, which are simulated numerically by using the MATLAB software, and optimizing the material theoretical speed are the main objective. The optimal parameters of transmission and the experimental verification can provide more reference for the design of the Rubber Roller Husker vibrating feeding system.

A modified pulse sequence for infrared multiphoton dissociation (IRMPD) experiments on a Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (ICR) mass spectrometer in conjunction with sidekick trapping is presented. For IRMPD tandem mass spectrometry experiments gated trapping is normally applied. It ensures that the ions remain on-axis and, thus, cross the laser beam which is aligned on-axis in commercially available instruments. Sidekick trapping is used to capture more ions in the ICR cell in order to increase the signal intensity. However, it may lead to off-axis ion motion, which reduces or even excludes interaction with the laser beam. In this contribution, sustained off-resonance irradiation (SORI) was applied to overcome this disadvantage of sidekick trapping. SORI is normally used in conjunction with collision-induced dissociation experiments to increase the kinetic energy of the ions. Here, SORI is used to influence the cyclotron motion during the laser irradiation time, which leads to a temporary intersection of the ion trajectory with the laser beam. With this easy-to-handle experimental set-up, IRMPD of ions captured with sidekick trapping again leads to the generation of fragment ions, as is demonstrated with several biologically relevant samples like peptides, lipids and glycolipids.
