The aim of this study was to identify the views of female students of the faculty of the fundamentals of religion at the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University towards teaching using closed circuit television, teaching using e-learning and finding out if there are statistically significant differences between the views of female students due to the variable system used in teaching. The study sample consisted of (519) randomly selected students from all levels of study. They were divided into two groups: 312 female students who took courses through closed circuit television and 207 female students enrolled in the e-learning system. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive descriptive method and designed a questionnaire consisting of five areas consisting of (35) paragraphs divided into five areas; namely, teaching inputs, teaching processes, assessment processes, teaching outputs, teaching environment. The study found a number of results: The general arithmetic average of the responses of the members of the sample of female students studied using the closed circuit television on the study instrument areas (3.36 of 5). This average is in the third category of the five-dimensional scale indicating neutral. The general arithmetic average of the responses of the members of the developed students enrolled in the e-learning system was (3.56 out of 5). This average is in the fourth category of the five-step scale indicating the degree of (OK). There are statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) between the views of the two categories of female students, depending on the variable teaching system between the teaching class using CCTV and the teaching class using e-learning for e-learning students. In the light of the results of the study, a series of recommendations were made to improve teaching using closed-circuit television and teaching using e-learning.

Abstract The study aimed to know the role of the reality of e-learning in light of the Corona pandemic on the satisfaction of the students of Kadoorie University from their point of view. The descriptive field survey method was used as a method for the study. The study population consisted of all students of Palestine Technical University (Kadoorie) Ramallah Branch, male and female, for the academic year 2020/2021, and their number was (817) male and female students, and the study sample consisted of (25%) of the study population; It amounted to (204) male and female students from Palestine Technical University (Kadoorie), Ramallah Branch, which were chosen by random stratified method. The results of the study showed the students’ dissatisfaction among the students of Kadoorie University in Palestine for the role of the reality of e-learning in a significant way during the Corona pandemic due to the disappearance of the effect of the hidden undeclared curriculum, and the general average of the total score of the tool was with a “medium” effectiveness degree and its response rate (66.3%) and with a standard deviation of (0.691). ) and an average response (3.316). As for the total score for the first field, it was with a “medium” impact degree with a response rate of (63.7%), a standard deviation (0.774), and an average response (3.184), as for the total score for the second field, it was with a “medium” impact degree with a response rate (68.3%), with a standard deviation of (0.698), and the mean response (3.413). It also showed that there were no differences in the responses of the study sample due to the variables: gender, educational level, while there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample due to the two variables: specialization and in favor of students with literary specialization, and the variable of place of residence and in favor of students who live in the camp. Keywords: reality, E-learning, Corona virus, Kadoorie University.

Campus academic life lies in the learning media and its environment. The role of the lecturer as a facilitator should be able to facilitate students and their students to find their own way of learning, which can be done without being limited by space and time. It is hoped that with this E-learning method, students and female students will be able to be more active and more creative in learning with the motivation to learn from themselves. This study aims to determine whether E-learning, Learning Motivation, and the Learning Environment affect Intellectual Ability. The research method used is a quantitative method and the data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on the independent variable.

Learning to code is considered as a difficult and challenging task for a significant number of novice programmers in programming education. Novice programmers have to acquire different skills such as problem solving, program design, comprehension, and debugging at the same time. On the other hand, most introductory programming courses focus more on syntax of the programming language. In this study, we developed and introduced a ‘PROBSOL’ application in three different learning systems (E-learning, M-learning and Game-based learning) to enhance the problem solving skills of novice programmers in an introductory programming (IP) course. A survey was conducted with the IP students to determine their perception about all the three applications in the IP course. Gender differences were determined by comparing both female and male students’ responses for each question in the survey. The results of comparison show that male students were more satisfied with all the three applications compared to female students. Both female and male students perceived that all the three applications are user-friendly, enabled them to accomplish tasks more quickly, and enhanced their learning productivity. Overall, both male and female students appreciated all the three applications in the teaching and learning process of the IP course. This study implies that instructors can also use all the three applications as an additional teaching tool in the teaching and learning process of programming education.

The starting point of the paper is the co-construction of gender and technology, that is, the theory that the usage of and the attitude to certain kinds of technology are a way to “do” one’s gender. A survey is presented that supports the assumption that with the routinization of e-learning in higher education e-learning loses its character as a technology, which can be used for gender performance. With the routinization of its usage e-learning is becoming a gender-neutral tool with no outstanding technological appeal. However, though doing gender may disappear in certain fields the co-construction of gender and technology is still valid as basic structure. Furthermore, the results show that e-learning meanwhile supports the attitude we call study as consumption, that is, the expectation that the main e-learning features are usual services to be provided by the educational institution. This attitude is to be found among male and female students alike.
