The purpose of the research was to reorder the mangrove ecosystem restoration of coastal villages in order to overcome the damage coastal environments that have been damaged as a result of changes in land use. Data collection was done by using questionnaires and interviews with stakeholders. The study was conducted for three years from 2013 until 2016 with locations in Gresik and Malang districts. Data analysis was done by Partial Least Square and Analytical Hierarchy Process method to find out the priority order of restoration of the coastal ecosystem. In addition to SWOT analysis was conducted to determine the institutional capacity of the village and which would be responsible for restoring coastal ecosystems. The results show that the order of handling on coastal ecosystem damage was firstly mangrove forest, secondly coral reef, thirdly estuary area and fourthly seagrass area. Institutions responsible for handling the level of damage to coastal ecosystems was a village government, which was supported by the regional work units (SKPD) at the district level. Besides that, the role of government, private and community became the key to success on the successful implementation of restoration. Technical manual implementation of Coastal Ecosystem restoration-based co-management was necessary for the restoration of coastal ecosystems.

This study analyzes the successful implementation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through the roles of job satisfaction, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. The research was conducted at the Indonesian Electrical Contractors Associations using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. A number of 100 respondents were asked to fill in a questionnaire distributed via a google form. The results explain that both organizational commitment and organizational culture affect positive behavior (OCB) while job satisfaction does not. These three variables have implications for behavior change represented by culture, job satisfaction, and commitment.  Thus, it is possible to deduce that the success of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is influenced by organizational commitment and culture that shape employee professionalism. As for job satisfaction, it must be improved through a competitive salary system, support among employees, and a conducive work environment.

Purpose: This research objective was to analyze factors affecting IT practitioners’ behavioral intentions in adopting (BDA) using a combination of Initial Trust Model (ITM), Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT) AND Task-Technology Fit (TTF) Model acceptance models.Design/methodology/approach: Using a cross sectional survey, empirical data were collected. A total of 200 questionnaires were obtained and screened. 14 insufficient answers were subsequently discarded leaving 186 valid structured data review questionnaires. Data was analizad using the Partial Least Square Modeling of Structural Equations due to one of the best software for verifying structured data on structural equations modeling (SEM).Findings: Our findings show that two key factors determine behavioral intention to adopt BDA in government agencies. Firstly, the assumption that the technology is going to produce great results raises the expectation of performance. TTF was the second determinant factor. Surprisingly, Initial trust, on the other hand, had not been considered to be a key determinant of behavioural intention and was found to be adversely related to the BDA intentionResearch limitations/implications: These findings identify the crucial model, that would be useful to IT officers in public agencies in making investment choices and designing non-adopter-friendly outreach strategies because they have more barriers to acceptance than adopters and lead adopters in the reward ladder.Practical implications: The findings suggest significant recommendations and consequences for BDA systems practitioners and application developers, which could coincide with the successful implementation of BDA systems. This research gives practitioners an initial way to incorporate and endorse BDA activities in their organization to make the most of the advantages of revolutionary technology, particularly within public agencies.Originality/value: This study's model is helpful and promotes a theory for further BDA research. By utilizing the model, existing public agencies can know their own BDA capability, centered around activities with specifically tailored outcomes, organization dynamics, resources, skills and potential services.

Abstract. Abidin Z, Setiawan B, Muhaimin AW, Shinta A. 2021. The role of coastal biodiversity conservation on sustainability and environmental awareness in mangrove ecosystem of southern Malang, Indonesia. Biodiversitas 22: 648-658. Southern coast of Malang, East Java, Indonesia has several mangrove ecosystems used for ecotourism, such as Clungup Mangrove Conservation Tiga Warna (CMC Tiga Warna). This area has consistently implemented ecotourism principles. Previously, it was assumed to be vulnerable from the damage due to differences in environmental awareness of ecotourists and local communities. This study aims to (i) describe the strategy of coastal biodiversity conservation to enhance environmental awareness and its sustainability; (ii) analyze the role of conservation on sustainability and environmental awareness, with sustainability as a mediating variable between conservation and environmental awareness. Data analysis was conducted with descriptive and Warp Partial Least Square (WarpPLS). The results indicate that empirical facts of conservation, sustainability, and environmental awareness in CMC Tiga Warna are relevant to the result of statistical analysis. Conservation is believed to form the environmental awareness of ecotourists and local communities and to maintain the sustainability of ecotourism destinations. In addition, the sustainability of ecotourism destinations serves as an effective mediator between conservation and environmental awareness, along with the modeling of environmental awareness enhancement in conservation-based coastal ecotourism. The proposed model explains that sustainability and environmental awareness variances are 23% and 25%, respectively. In summary, Destination Marketing and Management Organization of CMC Tiga Warna ecotourism is believed to improve environmental awareness of ecotourist and local communities by strengthening coastal biodiversity conservation programs in ecotourism areas and in maintaining sustainability.

ABSTRACTThe Role of System Agribusiness On Intercropping Success Of Chili-Tobacco(Subak Case in Sukawati Village, Sukawati Sub-District,Gianyar District)Agricultural development in Indonesia is still the mainstay and the mostimportant sectors of the overall economy. One of the way, developing the potential ofregions that still exist through horticulture and folk plantation and implement thecorrect agribusiness management system. Agribusiness as a sector of the folk economystill have bright prospects for further development, both to reinforce the folk's economyas well as Indonesia state devisa.Sukawati village very potential to develop the chili-tobacco intercroppingsystem because it has the most suitable land and widest in Gianyar district. Chilitobaccoplants have the same genus, can grow well, have local varieties that still exist, tobacco be grown are tobacco of the folk plantations who are used to the fringe. The study was conducted in the Sukawati Village that be selected purposively. Thestudy population was all the farmers who have applied intercropping farming system ofchilli-tobacco in 2013 and 2014 in 13 Subak in the Sukawati Village. The researchsample amount 90 respondents were selected by simple random sampling method. Thedata were analyzed using quantitative descriptive method and relationship analysis withthe partial least square (PLS) with help Smart PLS program. The analysis showed that are: (1) sub-systems procurement and distribution ofproduction facilities contribute positive and significant toward the intercroppingsuccess of chilli-tobacco with good category; (2) sub-systems of farming contributepositive and significant toward the intercropping success of chilli-tobacco with goodcategory; (3) sub-system of post-harvest and processing advanced contribute positiveand significant toward the intercropping success of chilli-tobacco with good category;(4) sub-system marketing contribute positive and significant to the intercroppingsuccess of chilli-tobacco with less good category; and (5) sub-system supportingservices contribute positive and significant toward the intercropping success of chillitobaccowith good category. Suggestions can be submitted are: (1) informal education of farmers in the formof field schools and training should be improved; (2) the farmer groups that have formed a cooperative to business of production facilities only fertilizers need tocooperate with village government to form village-owned enterprises (BUMDES) inorder to able to market the chilli-tobacco so that price stability can be maintained; and(3) other studies with the model and different variables need to be done further.Key words: role, agribusiness system, intercropping success

Consumer orientation towards Green Products or environmentally friendly products is one of the supporting factors for business continuity (business sustainability). Consumer behavior in choosing a product is primarily determined by several things such as available product design, consumer knowledge, government control over consumers and producers. The role of the Government, Consumers and Producers together forms consumers' character in selecting the products to be consumed; therefore, the part of these three elements becomes essential to study. This study focuses on the role of government control, considering that other variables, namely consumers and producers, have been widely discussed in previous research studies. This study involved 210 respondents who live in Jakarta and surrounding areas. The selection of respondents was carried out by purposive sampling method with the criteria of respondents being groups of people who buy products for their own needs (not for resale). Data analysis was performed using Structure Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results revealed that Government Control and Product Design had a direct and significant impact on consumer behavior, while consumer knowledge indirectly affected consumer behavior.

Warehouse service is a business sector which plays a significant role in addressing some changes in logistic trend, potentials of trade growth, and the needs of efficiency as a result of services trade liberalization. This study aims at finding out positions and enabling factors which affect warehouse services performance. These are needed to formulate an effective policy since warehouse services operation is inter-sectoral. SWOT analysis is used to analyse the positions of warehouse services, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to identify enabling factors of warehouse services. SWOT analysis shows that warehouse services in Indonesia needs to be expanded by human resource development, technology, and warehousing cluster policy in order to grab maximum opportunities. The results of Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square finds tax shows that tax policy variable and regional wage appears to be the most significant variable that supports expansion of warehouse services. Therefore, any policies that potentially cause double taxation, such as the imposition of income tax of one product in every logistic process must be eliminated. Besides, regional minimum wage should not be increased as it would hamper the business expansion.
