Background: Primary Care (Pcare) application is an information system designed and developed to serve patients using BPJS Health. This Pcare application has been used at the Laras Hati Clinic since 2014, but until now there has never been an evaluation regarding the performance, efficiency and control of the Pcare application. Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of Pcare Applications at the Laras Hati Clinic.Method: This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research design used was case study. The subjects of this study were medical record officers, midwives, and pharmacy officers. this research has been carried out since August 2018 until September 2018. The validity of the data used is using Triangulation of Resources and TechniquesResult: The Pcare application has been used in the Laras Hati clinic since 2014. However, there are still frequent errors and long loading, the control system used has used a username and password but there are still parties who do not have the authority to access and use the Pcare application, and resource use (material and human) is in accordance with needsConclusion: Pcare application has been used at the Laras Hati Clinic since 2014, but there are still some problems that cannot be resolved

A multitude of factors, ranging from environmental to ideological, determine where human settlements are placed on the landscape. In archaeological contexts, finding the reasons behind settlement choice can be very difficult and often requires the use of ethnographic analogies and/or modeling in a geographic information system (GIS). Archaeologists have used one particular GIS-based method, viewshed analysis, to examine site features such as defensibility and control over economic hinterlands. I use viewshed analysis in this case study to determine how the natural and political landscapes affected the settlement location choices of the Late Woodland and early Historic Onondaga Iroquois. Proximity to critical resources and defensibility both factored into the decision of where communities would place villages. Although this study shows that resources, such as productive soils, had a more significant effect on settlement choice, Iroquois communities were also taking measures to maintain the defensibility of their villages. This examination displays how GIS analyses in archaeology can go beyond the statistical results and help us understand past behavior.

This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach design using a case study research design. Funding for the TB program in Pasuruan Regency was sourced from the APBD and also Health Operational Assistance sourced from the Special Allocation Fund decreased. The budget for TB prevention prevention programs is absorbed entirely But the performance of achieving the discovery targets is still not significant. Still not found the whole case, complete treatment has not been maximized, some even DO. TB control activities allocated for TB prevention and control services appear to be relatively small compared to the TB treatment budget. Based on all the challenges faced, a strategy was formulated to eliminate TB within the next 5 years by strengthening the leadership of a quality TB service program with a sustainable program across stakeholders

Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak is one of the institution body that appointed by the Government to carry out the collection and remittance of WAPU VAT according to PMK No. 85 / PMK.03 / 2012 (amended by PMK No. 136 / PMK.03 / 2012). WAPU VAT collection and deposit system are inefficient because it requires a lot of time and effort when it comes to input the data entry of tax invoice, printing Tax Deposit and sent it to Bank Perception. Three steps activities need to be done more than once. Therefore, Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak need the collection and remittance of the WAPU VAT system that sufficient to improve the efficiency of tax suboffices performance. This research aims to design the accounting information system for collecting and depositing process WAPU VAT. WAPU VAT Deposit using e-tax payment application are expected to overcome the problems that will arise in the WAPU VAT system deposit.Exploratory qualitative approach with case study method chosen in order to dig up the real problem occurs and find a solution. This research are expected to contribute significantly towards Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak as a research subject. In addition, the implementation of draft e-tax application payment system are expected to improve efficiency process of collection and remittance of WAPU VAT. Keyword : System Design, Wapu VAT, Efficiency, e-tax payment

Sales is a major activity in companies that need to be taken seriously, because with the sale of thecompany to earn a profit for the company's survival. Given the importance of sales activity within thecompany, it is necessary to control the sale as well. Sales activity should be planned and carried outeffectively and efficiently as possible in order to profit the company can achieve the optimum point, and the company can also handle and control the sales activity well in line with the growing companyand competition in the business world. In this study, the researchers conducted a case study usingdescriptive analysis research methodology of data collection is done by questionnaires, interviews, observation, and research literature. The method used to test the hypothesis is a statistical method ofSpearman Rank correlation. Based on the results of questionnaires and hypothesis testing is done, theresults obtained by calculating the percentage of 69.22% so it can be concluded that the InternalControl System Sales is designed PT INTI (Persero) is very influence on sales effectivitness. Keywords: Internal Control System Sales, Sales Effectivitness

In order to support legacy migration to the service-oriented architecture (SOA), this paper presents a pragmatic method that derives candidates of services from procedural programs. In the SOA, every service is supposed to be a process (procedure) with (1) open interface, (2) self-containedness, and (3) coarse granularity for business. Such services are identified from the source code and its data flow diagram (DFD), by analyzing data and control dependencies among processes. Specifically, first the DFD must be obtained with reverse-engineering techniques. For each layer of the DFD, every data flow is classified into three categories. Using the data category and control among procedures, four types of dependency are categorized. Finally, six rules are applied that aggregate mutually dependent processes and extract them as a service. A case study with a liquor shop inventory control system extracts service candidates with various granularities.

Research service cores at academic health centers are important in driving translational advancements. Specifically, biostatistics and research design units provide services and training in data analytics, biostatistics, and study design. However, the increasing demand and complexity of assigning appropriate personnel to time-sensitive projects strains existing resources, potentially decreasing productivity and increasing costs. Improving processes for project initiation, assigning appropriate personnel, and tracking time-sensitive projects can eliminate bottlenecks and utilize resources more efficiently. In this case study, we describe our application of lean six sigma principles to our biostatistics unit to establish a systematic continual process improvement cycle for intake, allocation, and tracking of research design and data analysis projects. The define, measure, analyze, improve, and control methodology was used to guide the process improvement. Our goal was to assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations by objectively measuring outcomes, automating processes, and reducing bottlenecks. As a result, we developed a web-based dashboard application to capture, track, categorize, streamline, and automate project flow. Our workflow system resulted in improved transparency, efficiency, and workload allocation. Using the dashboard application, we reduced the average study intake time from 18 to 6 days, a 66.7% reduction over 12 months (January to December 2015).
