Dengan melakukan intervensi terhadap 18 faktor tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan status kesiapan Maluku sebagai Lumbung Ikan Nasional ke tingkat yang lebih siap.(Evaluation of Readiness for Maluku as “Lumbung Ikan Nasional”)Maluku is an archipilagic province with large potential for fisheries resources including pelagic groups such as tuna and skipjack tuna, small pelagic, demersal, shrimp, squid and reef fish. This situation encourages the government to establish Maluku as “Lumbung Ikan Nasional (M-LIN)”. This study aimed to analyze the status of readiness of Maluku as “Lumbung Ikan Nasional”. Analytical method was used Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) which is so called RAP-MLIN (Rapid Appraisal for Maluku as Lumbung Ikan Nasional) which is a modification of the software RAPFISH (Rapid Appraisal for Fisheries). Analysis results expressed in terms of index and status of program readiness. Leverage and Monte Carlo analysis was used to determine attributes that are sensitive to the index and readiness status. Results showed that the ecological dimension was quite ready status (50.33%), the economic dimension was quite ready (67.62%), the social dimension ready (92.37%), the dimensions of the technology is ready (99.90%), the dimensions of the infrastructure was quite ready (70.56%), and the institutional and policy dimensions were ready (86.26%). Of the 47 attributes to be analyzed, there were 18 attributes enter during to factor of the index and the readiness status of the project, so that improvement and precise intervention can be made. With those intervention the implementation of Maluku as ‘Lumbung Ikan Nasional’ can be ensured.

Green space is essential for the implementation of the idea of sustainable urban development. This paper contains original research on the implementation of local government tasks in the development of public green space. The aim of this research was to analyse the actions taken by the municipal authorities regarding the development of public green space, including the acquisition of real properties, the regulation of their legal status, as well as the adoption of planning and programme documents. The Polish Central Statistical Office data on the public green space of the largest cities in Poland were analysed in order to determine the dynamics of changes. Then, the focus was placed on Krakow, where the authors analysed in detail the distribution and type of urban green space as well as the actions taken by the Municipality to both extend it and to protect it against building development. The criterion of green space accessibility to city residents was indicated as a necessary aspect to be considered in the overall assessment of the existing greenery. The conclusions include the assessment of the actions of the Krakow authorities and the observed trends in the development of public green space.

As public service facilities, urban parks offer many benefits for daily life and social activities for residents. However, the accessibility of public parks to urban residents is often unevenly distributed in spaces that cannot be utilized fully. Here, we used the urban parks in Beijing, China as a case study and examined the relationship between urban park accessibility and population distribution at different administrative levels. Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve were used to evaluate the social equity of urban park accessibility, and the location quotient was used to identify the spatial difference between urban parks and resident population. The results of our study show that the urban park accessibility varies at district and subdistrict levels and that places with more urban parks usually have higher accessibility. Very importantly, the spatial equity is different from the social equity, a mismatch exists between the spatial distribution of urban parks and population, particularly for the elderly residents. These results generate valuable insights, as, in China and many developing countries, current urban public green space planning only uses the ratio of public green space to urban construction land and the per capita public green area.

The author of the articles shows that the grotesque is one of the most interesting ways of diagnosing changes and crisis in the anthroposphere (as a continuation of thinking about the subject from the middle of the seventeenth century through to postmodernity). According to Thomas Mann, the grotesque is one the most active notions in contemporary art. Its productivity results from the subject’s tendency to self-fulfilment, self-cognition, and self-definition; it is an independent vision and position in the “me – the world”, “me – community” relations. The grotesque is a strongly philosophical proposition, which bases its discourse on a conscious protest against present values and on transgressing all limiting and oppressive conventions. Therefore, the grotesque enhances the status of the subject, but it neither defends nor affi rms the subject in a direct manner. Apart from the social dimension, the grotesque also has numerous metaphysical references, the expression of which can be found in Kierkegaardian understanding of the metaphysical crisis as despair. Facing piercing emptiness, the human being tries to find some support and resorts to anything only to make a leap into the future. Laughter is only a manifestation of horror vacui, a specific dialectic moment devoid of any prospect of purification or comfort. What dominates a grotesque work is its open structure. The motifs which shape the spatiotemporal order do not always form a cause-and-effect system. Deliberately incoherent themes (logical coherence is not an aim) seem to be rather “deconstructors”, not constructors of the plot; they are intermittent, provoke the impression of a secret, a gleam, the absurd.

Abstract Trees in urban green space areas serve not only aesthetic purposes but also various ecological functions, including filtering air pollutants, improving groundwater quality, and generating biodiversity of flora and fauna. However, the presence of urban Urban Green Space (UGS) must equal 30% of the urban area, which is still constrained by regulations and community participation. Therefore, this paper aims to capture an overview of the existing UGS in several regions in Indonesia by using qualitative methods., which included over ten locations in Lampung and several cities throughout Indonesia for comparison, yielded several findings that can hopefully be used to inform the development of UGS policies. The findings demonstrate the numerous benefits of open space, particularly mental health, nature conservation, social interaction, and economic development. The critical nature of UGS, particularly in regencies/municipalities, requires increased awareness and effective management by involving as many stakeholders as possible, including the private sector and the community as users. The implication of this research is, in a sustainability context, with the need to instill sustainable behavior in users and to stimulate economic growth, a business model based on environmental stewardship is required, specifically the circular business model

Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as an example, it analyzes the comprehensive competitiveness of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. It selects four dimensions: economic dimension, social dimension, environmental dimension, and technological dimension. From a new perspective, it explores the application of niche theory in regional synergy. Based on the analysis of the ecological niche, the coordination degree model of the composite system is further used to calculate the status quo of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2013 to 2019. The results show that Beijing has the highest ecological niche, followed by Tianjin, and Hebei is the weakest. In 2019, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is at a good level of coordination, with the social subsystem having the highest order and the technological subsystem having the lowest order. Based on this, it is proposed that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions should be scientifically positioned, the overall need to be aligned with international trends, and the internal planning should be integrated to further enhance the level of cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

This study aims to identify the Green Open Space of Manado City and to study the Green Open Space in Manado City by comparing with the determination of green open space based on Law No. 26 of 2007 article 29 on spatial planning. The study was conducted from February to Jully 2017, using secondary data. Secondary data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Manado City, and the Office of the Regional Development Planning Board (BAPPEDA) of Manado City. Data analysis used is availability analysis, requirement analysis (by area), and adequacy analysis. The results showed that the availability of public green space in Manado City has not reached the target or 20% for public open space and in Manado City there are only 2283,25 hectares or around 14,51%, while for private Green Open Space in Manado city is very wide as 10223, 57 hectares or around 63,01%, has exceeded up to six times the private Green Open Space target of 10%. For that presumably the government can regulate the spatial related to Green Open Space in an effort to improve environmental quality in Manado City, especially in public green space that is still less than the target.

Cities play an important role in the development of economies, generating wealth and well-being for citizens, providing better, energy efficient and sustainable services and giving residents their rightful place as the cornerstone of city management. Spain has a quite unique example of a smart city, Vitoria-Gasteiz. This is an emblematic city for Europe, which awarded this municipality the title of European Green Capital 2012. This paper seeks to analyse the best sustainable practices through a case study based on content analysis of this city's website. In the social dimension, the results highlight the promotion of resident participation through municipal services, to ensure public debate and transparency. In the environmental dimension, the city has a sustainable mobility plan that aims to reverse the trend towards an increased use of private vehicles by promoting the use of buses, trams and bicycles. Finally, in the economic dimension, the findings underscore the city's economic rigour, transparency in management and economic recovery.
