International furniture markets certify ecolabel has been growing, but the domestic market has not yet developed. Unfortunate, because these products have two advantages that ensure environmental sustainability and promote a furniture market. This study was expected to open and developed the domestic market for ecolabel-certified furniture. The aim of this study was to develop marketing strategies for ecolabel-certified furniture on each of green consumer stratifications. Consumer stratification was conducted to group a wider market. This grouping was meant to make the marketing strategies drawn up can be used appropriately. The formulation of the marketing strategies for ecolabel-certified furniture was done through an analysis of consumer preferences over the strategies in<br />question. The components used were: satisfaction, safety, socialization, and sustainability, as well as government policies which could open markets. The respondents were 408 potential consumers in Jakarta and its surroundings. The method used was purposive and convenience sampling, in which the survey was conducted at exhibitions and showrooms. Ward Method, Stepwise Discriminant Analysis and Biplot Analysis were used to generate consumer stratifications. Before that, reliability tests were conducted using Crombach Alpha method. In addition, data was explored and reduced using Component Principle Analysis. Preference analysis was performed using the method proposed by Thurston Case V. This study results four stratifications of green consumers. There were similarities and differences in preference on each of the stratification of the component of green marketing strategy as well as the marketing strategies of furniture-certified ecolabel for the targeted consumers.

Summary Aim: Dobutamine as a predominant beta-1 agonist increases heart rate and myocardial contractility and at sufficient high doses, it also increases systolic blood pressure. This study was undertaken to describe instances of paradoxical hypotension during dobutamine infusion for TI-201 myocardial perfusion SPECT study and the relationship between scintigraphic findings and hypotension occurred during dobutamine infusion. Methods: In 201 consecutive patients unable to perform adequate exercise, dobutamine TI-201 myocardial SPECT was performed. Dobutamine was infused starting from 10 μg/kg/min increasing to 40 μg/kg/min. Paradoxical hypotension was defined as a decrease in systolic blood pressure ≥ 20 mmHg compared with baseline study. Results: Paradoxical hypotension was observed in 40 patients (Group A) out of 201 (19.9%) while no significant change in systolic blood pressure was detected in the remaining 161 patients (Group B). Mean maximum fall in systolic blood pressure was 39 ± 18 mmHg (range: 20-90). In 33 of 40 patients (83%) with paradoxical hypotension, scintigraphy was normal compared to 131 (81%) of the remaining 161 patients. In patients of Group A, angiography, echocardiography and tilt table tests were performed in 13, 11 and 6 patients respectively. Nine of 13 angiographic evaluations (69%), 10 of 11 echocardiographic evaluations (91%), all of the tilt table tests were normal. Additionally, all of the patients of Group A were clinically followed up at least 6 months after the myocardial perfusion scintigraphy. None of the patients had a cardiac event except one patient during the follow-up period. Conclusion: Paradoxical hypotension during dobutamine infusion for myocardial scintigraphy is not an uncommon finding and up to 19.9% patients may develop such hypotension. To maximize test safety, precautions should be taken during dobutamine myocardial stress test, since remarkable decrease in systolic blood pressure may occur. Unlike hypotension occurring with exercise test, hypotension response to dobutamine is not always a marker for coronary artery disease.

Today is an era which is characterized by a consumer’s market where the manufacturers and marketers not only take into consideration the consumer orientation to make them satisfied but goes one step ahead of achieving. Consumer delight. Consumers look for those differentiating parameters, which may help them to make the best decision and can be proved as value to money proposition for them. It makes more important to analyze the consumer perceptions and behavior of the passenger car owners which will give the feedback pertaining to designing the marketing strategies. The objective of this paper is to investigate those differentiating parameter and effect of the reference group that influences the consumer buying behavior of car owners within the city of Hosur.The primary data was collected from 191 respondents, located Hosur in using convenience sampling .The results revealed the strong influence of attributes like price, fuel efficiency in buying decision and importance of reference group.

The purpose of this research was to investigate Mid-Atlantic USA wine consumers’ preferences for front wine label attributes for a lesser-known/unknown local wine variety. The wine consumer base in this part of the USA exceeds that of California. Although the mid-Atlantic is experiencing an increase in the number of wineries, there is a lack of region-specific consumer research that could be the basis for marketing strategies that may differ from those in more established wine regions, such as CA. We recruited 1011 mid-Atlantic consumers who drank wine (at least 1×/month) to view variations of a wine label, differing in wine tag, location description, font types, and images in a choice-based conjoint experiment. A greater percentage of consumers selected the “White Wine” tag and scripted fonts than the other options, with a generalized county text (“Proudly produced in Lehigh County, PA”) being selected by more participants than the American Viticultural Area (AVA) (“Lehigh Valley AVA”) or state (“Pennsylvania”) texts; however, the location text had a lower importance than the wine tag variable. This study implies that a generalized county text that describes a more specific location where the grapes were grown may be more favorable to mid-Atlantic consumers in comparison to AVA or state texts, and that traditional images and generic wine labels are more preferable than wine labels they have not seen before and more contemporary label styles. Wineries in the mid-Atlantic region may want to add generalized county texts to their labels to appeal to the regional audience. As AVAs are used to promote specific wine regions in the USA, and only some consumers choose wines based on these designations, governments and marketing organizations may want to increase education on local AVAs to increase consumer awareness and interest. In addition, consumer differences in variety-seeking behavior and subjective as well as objective wine knowledge, but not attitudes toward locally produced foods, affected wine label choice: Consumers scoring higher in variety-seeking and wine knowledge preferred the specific wine varietal over the generic wine tag; similarly, consumers that indicated familiarity with the wine varietal also preferred the specific wine tag over the generic label. Differences in consumer psychographics appear to modulate front wine label preferences.

Methodology/Technique - The research subjects were all first national ranking tournament badminton players in 2012. The study uses convenience sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey. 350 questionnaires were distrubuted, with 288 valid questionnaires being returned (male 195, female 93). The rate of effectiveness was 82%. All of the data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistic and hierarchical regression analysis. Findings – The research subjects were all first national ranking tournament badminton players in 2012. The study uses convenience sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey. 350 questionnaires were distrubuted, with 288 valid questionnaires being returned (male 195, female 93). The rate of effectiveness was 82%. All of the data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistic and hierarchical regression analysis. Novelty – The study highlights that badminton players who participate in leisure-based activities are able to effectively adjust their perception of pressure to a "reduced sense of accomplishment" which has an effect on athletic burnout. Additionally, the study results give rise to variety of proposed solutions or suggestions for dealing with burnout or stress. Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to assess the burden of care and its relationship with sleep quality of cancer patients’ caregivers.Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was conducted in a referral center of cancer in Zanjan, northwest of Iran. 135 caregivers of cancer patients were recruited through convenience sampling method. The data were collected using a demographic characteristics questionnaire, Novak and Guest’s caregiver burden inventory and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). The collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.Results: The mean (± SD) age of the participants was 39.71 (± 10.74) years. The mean (± SD) burden of care and sleep quality of the participants was 45.22 (± 17.75) and 8.88 (± 4.21), respectively. It was found that there is a significant positive relationship between burden of care and quality of sleep scores (r = 0.65, P < 0.001).Conclusion: cancer patients’ caregivers endure a remarkable burden of care and their sleep quality is undesirable. Results indicated that an increase in the burden of care reduces the caregiver’s quality of sleep. High burden of care and poor sleep quality may reduce the quality of the provided care that increase the costs and weakens the disease prognosis. According to the study results, reducing burden of care is an effective strategy regarding improving the caregivers’ quality of sleep that can improve the quality of provided cares by caregivers.

Second-generation Genetically Modified (GM) crops are associated with consumer-oriented benefits such as improvement of nutritional quality. Given such an evolving market environment, this paper presents differences in consumer preferences and valuations for genetically modified breakfast grain products. The perception of consumers from a developing country, China, is discussed and compared to attitudes in a developed country, the U.S. The survey results reveal that there are notable differences in the attitude and perception of college students across these two countries. Purchase intent for GM foods was low, unless a benefit was promised, and some modifications are viewed more positively than others. Overall, it appears that GM foods may be acceptable in the U.S. and Chinese market. The findings in this study have potential implications for establishing various GM marketing strategies and information campaigns.

Luxury is often blamed for creating social inequality and hampering sustainability, especially in the social and environmental realms. For instance, luxury goods entice people to conspicuous consumption that may result in showing off. However, study results show that luxury and environmental sustainability have common features. Notably, previous research mainly examined motivations for green purchases in general without relating to the specific product categories such as durables. Therefore, this study examines the relationship between these two—green and luxury automobile buying intentions—by analyzing the survey results of 1601 respondents relating to more than 60 nationalities. In contrast to a substantial effect on luxury buying intentions, perceived conspicuousness has no significant positive effect on green auto purchase intentions, and that price value has a limited influence compared with the effect on luxury automobile purchase intentions. Furthermore, hedonism has a less positive impact on green auto purchase intentions compared to its impact on luxury automobile buying intentions. The ‘extended self’ and the perception of high quality have been found to be drivers of luxury and green automobile purchase intentions, while unique value appears to have no impact on purchase intentions for green and conventional luxury automobiles. The present study contributes to the extant research by investigating common and contradictory motivations for luxury and green buying intentions of automobiles. Furthermore, it suggests a reconsideration of the traditional view that luxury and environmental consumption are inconsistent and contradictory concepts. The complementary managerial implications of this study guide practitioners in positioning the situatable variants of their automobiles as ethical luxury.

Background: The present study of evaluation of the use of electrocautery to incise the skin has been done to evaluate and assess basically. The advantages and disadvantages of the electrocautery to incise the skin when compared with that of scalpel. The results of the use of electrocautery on skin wound are then assessed to formulate the criteria for proper case selection for this procedure.Methods: A total of 100 patients were taken for this study. 50 patients underwent electrocautry monopolar mode incision (group A) who were compared with 50 scalpel incision patients (group B). Study was done from 01 January 2016 to 30 September 2017. Variables used in this study were complication like pain, lack of apposition and skin infection at the site of incision, pain, sinus formation and induration. This method was also evaluated with respect to following parameters: days of hospitalization, cosmetic result, rate of infection, wound apposition and requirement of secondary suturing.Results: As per our study, results are in favour of electrocautry by means of hemostasis. But we found that infection rate and complications are more with it. Moreover number of dressings required and hospital stay was also more with patient undergoing skin incision with electrocautry.Conclusions: For locally overlying healthy skin with no compromise of vascularity or any oedema and there is less fat, electrocautery use for skin incision can still be recommended for better cosmetic result and shorter healing time with less complication and rapid surgery.

The problem of global warming due to environmental pollution has made it necessary for companies to be widely accountable to society about their performance. Therefore, today companies must not only report on the financial performance, but also report on all non-financial aspects of their activities, such as social and environmental. Sustainability reporting enables companies to report on environmental and social performance. It is not just report generation from collected data; instead it is a method to internalize and improve an company’s commitment to sustainable development in a way that can be demonstrated to both internal and external stakeholders. The study examines the factors influencing the company's financial performance through sustainability reporting in mining sector companies in Indonesia. The object of the study is a sample of 6 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. In this study, the authors use the Path Analysis – a form of multiple regression statistical analysis that is used to evaluate causal models by examining the relationships between a dependent variable and two or more independent variables. The study results show that sustainability reporting has a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of mining companies.In particular, the results of the analysis show that the company size and its liquidity have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability reporting. Leverage has a negative and significant effect on sustainability reporting. At the same time, the factors disclosed in the sustainability reporting have a significant impact on the financial performance of the companies. The results of this study can be useful for management personnel in the process of preparing a sustainability report by companies that want to attract the attention of investors.

In recent years, the importance of sustainability has been realized with ever-increasing environmental issues. The preschool period is the most appropriate time for developing an awareness of sustainability as children acquire basic habits during this period and maintain these habits throughout their lives. This study was aimed at developing a scale to evaluate environmental sustainability behaviors in children aged 60-72 months. The validity and reliability study of the scale was limited to 60-72-month-old preschool children, the 2017-2018 academic year and Istanbul (Kadıkoy and Besiktas districts), Kutahya and Yalova provinces. The total number of participants was 426. The 41 scale items developed by the researchers were submitted to six field specialists for review, and the scale was finalized in accordance with the Lawshe method prior to commencing validity and reliability studies. The study data were gathered with the Environmental Sustainability Scale for Children aged 60-72 Months that comprised 2 factors and 20 items. The factor structure of the scale was determined after a theoretical literature review and peer-debriefing. First and second order confirmatory factor analyses were performed for the construct finalized after peer-debriefing. In the reliability study, internal consistency was examined, and the Cronbach’s alpha was computed as .92. In conclusion, the study results indicated that the scale was a valid and reliable evaluation instrument.
