Разработан набор блоков кольцевых генераторов (КГ) в составе тестовых кристаллов (ТК) для расчетно-экспериментальной оценки радиационной стойкости нанометровых (суб-100 нм) КМОП СБИС типа «система на кристалле» (СнК). Показано, что результаты исследования КГ позволяют расчетно-экспериментальными методами прогнозировать радиационную стойкость СБИС, в частности, при воздействии отдельных ядерных частиц (ОЯЧ). A set of ring oscillator (RO) blocks has been designed and implemented in test chips for further experiment-based SoC radiation hardness calculation. It has been shown that the results of the RO tests allow using experimental methods to predict SoC radiation hardness, in particular, on exposure to heavy particles.

Stress sensing test chips are used to investigate die stresses arising from assembly and packaging operations. The chips incorporate resistor or transistor sensing elements that are able to measure stresses via the observation of the changes in their resistivity/mobility. The piezoresistive behavior of such sensors is characterized by three piezoresistive (pi) coefficients, which are electro-mechanical material constants. Stress sensors fabricated on the surface of the (111) silicon wafers offer the advantage of being able to measure the complete stress state compared to such sensors fabricated on the (100) silicon. However, complete calibration of the three independent piezoresistive coefficients is more difficult and one approach utilizes hydrostatic measurement of the silicon “pressure” coefficients. We are interested in stress measurements over a very broad range of temperatures, and this paper present the experimental methods and results for hydrostatic measurements of the pressure coefficient of both n- and p-type silicon over a wide range of temperatures and then uses the results to provide a complete set of temperature dependent piezoresisitive coefficients for the (111) silicon.

The One of alternative energy that is environmentally friendly is by untilize water energy and turn it into a Microhydro power plant. Microhydro power plant usually made from utilize the waterfall with the head fell. While utilization for streams with a head small drop is not optimal yet. This is a reference to doing research on harnessing the flow of a river that has a value of head low between 0.7 m – 1.4 m with turning it into a Vortex flow (vortex). The purpose of this research is to know  the effect variation number of blade on power and efficiency in the vortex turbine. This research uses experimental methods to find current, voltage, torque and rpm using a reading instrument. The materials research vortex turbine used 6 blade, 8 blade and 10 blade with flat plate. The result showed the highest efficiency is 29,93 % with produce turbine power is 19,58 W, generated on turbine with variation 10 blade with load 3,315 kg and the capacity of water 10,14 l/s. Followed with an efficiency 24,17% and produce turbine power is 15,81 W, generated on turbine with the variation 8 blade with load 3,315 kg and the capacity of water is 10,14 l/s. The the lowest turbine efficiency 22,32% with produce tuebine power 14,60 W, generated on turbine with the variation 6 blade with load 3,315 kg, the capacity of water is 10,14 l/s.

<p>The analysis presented in this manuscript helps bridge an important fundamental discrepancy between the existing theoretical and experimental knowledge regarding the performance of Ag catalysts for CO<sub>2</sub> electrochemical reduction (CO<sub>2</sub>ER). The results demonstrate how the intermediate species *OCHO is formed readily en-route the HCOO<sup>– </sup>pathway and plays a decisive role in determining selectivity of a predominantly CO producing catalyst such as Ag. Our theoretical and experimental approach develops a better understanding of the nature of competition as well as the complex interactions between the reaction intermediates leading to CO, HCOO<sup>–</sup> and H<sub>2</sub> during CO<sub>2</sub>ER.</p><p><br></p><p>Details of computational and experimental methods are present in the Supporting Information provided. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

This study aims to reduce body dissatisfaction in women in the period of emerging adulthood with gratitude intervention. Subjects of this study consisted of two people experiencing body dissatisfaction. This study used a quasi-experimental methods. Data making assessment conducted by interview, observation, body shape questionnaire, and gratitude questionnaire. Statistically the result showed that there is no gratitude intervention can not reduce body dissatisfaction (p= 0,180 > 0,05), but descriptive analysis showed that gratitude intervention gave positive result by reducing body dissatisfaction. The characteristic of body dissatisfaction are not confidence, never satisfied with their body, comparing their self to others who has more ideal body, sensitive, have a need for support and happy to get a compliment.Keywords : body dissatisfaction, gratitude intervention
