Abstract: The demand of multistory Building is increases day by day. The residential plus commercial building predominantly used for the need of large span. The large span is needed for Flat slab, Waffle slabs & ribbed slab stands as an excellent option for architects when larger spans in a building has to be covered with the least possible number of columns. The use of different types slabs are evolving as a new trend and are becoming a big challenge for structural engineers. Therefore it is necessary to study about its structural behavior. The paper is review the behavior of different types slab for large span type of building. Final aim to gets the suitable type of slab for large span for effective manner. It is found that very less work is taken setback building with large span, it is required to analysis on the setback building with large span. Keywords: Flat slab, Waffle slabs, ribbed slab, multistory Building, large span.

Abstract: The demand for multi-storey buildings is increasing day by day. Residential plus commercial building is mainly used for wide span needs. Wide span required for Flat slab, Waffle slab and ribbed slab stands An excellent option for architects when larger openings in a building need to be covered with as few columns as possible. The use of different types of plates is developing as a new trend and is becoming a major challenge for structural engineers. Therefore, it is necessary to study about its structural behavior. The project is carried out under earthquake zone III under the earthquake analysis of G+9 storey building. For this study, four different types of large span slab structure are modelled in C-shape (Horizontal Setback Building) having 10-stories i.e. G+9 storied buildings with 3.50 meters height for each story is modelled and analysed. The plan area of all four buildings is same i.e. 2859 square meters (49.50 m x 82.50 m) each. These buildings were designed in compliance with the Indian Code of Practices for earthquake resistant design of buildings. Base of the building were fixed. The square sections are used for structural elements. The height of the buildings is considered constant throughout the structure. The buildings are modelled using ETABSvr.2016. Keywords: large span slab, ETABSvr.2016, Horizontal Setback Building, Flat slab, Waffle slab and ribbed slab

Background: In recent time, people love online shopping but before any shopping feedbacks or reviews always required. These feedbacks help customers in decision making for buying any product or availing any service. In the country like India this trend of online shopping is increasing very rapidly because awareness and the use of internet which is increasing day by day. As result numbers of customers and their feedbacks are also increasing. It is creating a problem that how to read all reviews manually. So there should be some computerized mechanism that provides customers a summary without spending time in reading feedbacks. Besides big number of reviews another problem is that reviews are not structured. Objective: In this paper, we try to design, implement and compare two algorithms with manual approach for the crossed domain Product’s reviews. Methods: Lexicon based model is used and different types of reviews are tested and analyzed to check the performance of these algorithms. Results: Algorithm based on opinions and feature based opinions are designed, implemented, applied and compared with the manual results and it is found that algorithm # 2 is performing better than algorithm # 1 and near to manual results. Conclusion: Algorithm # 2 is found better on the different product’s reviews and still to be applied on other product’s reviews to enhance its scope. Finally, it will be helpful to automate existing manual process.

Degradation of environment is one of the most serious challenges before the mankind in today’s world. Mankind has been facing a wide range of problem arising out of the degradation of environment. Not only the areas under human inhabitation, but the areas of the planet without human population have also been suffering from these problems. As the population increase day by day, the amenities are not improved simultaneously. With the advancement of science and technologies the needs of human beings has been changing rapidly. As a result different types of environmental problems have been rising. Environmental degradation is a wide- reaching problem and it is likely to influence the health of human population is great. It may be defined the deterioration of the environment through depletion of resources such as air, water, and soil. The destruction of ecosystem and extinction of wildlife. Environmental degradation has occurred due to the recent activities in the field of socio-economic, institute and technology. Poverty still remains a problem as the root of several environmental problems to create awareness among the people about the ill effect of environmental pollution. In the whole research it is clear that all factors of environmental degradation may be reduced through- Framing the new laws on environmental degradation, Environment friend policy, Controlling all the ways and means of noise, air, soil and water pollution, Through growing more and more trees and by adapting the proper sanitation policy.

Due to increasing growth in urbanization and internet the way of lifestyle has been changing day by day. In order to ensure that harmful emission are monitored and can be controlled the acceptance of electric vehicles has been increased. In this paper we deal with control mechanism of different types of motors used in EVs mainly DC, IM, BLDC and PMSM motors. The paper contains proper MATLAB modelling and speed vs time graph so as to achieve a proper understanding regarding aspects of speed control and problems related to it.

Numerous recent studies have assessed the effect of P-Delta on the structures. This paper investigates the effect of P-Delta in seismic response of structures with different heights. For indicating the effect of P-Delta, nonlinear static analysis (pushover analysis) and nonlinear dynamic analysis (Time history analysis) were conducted by using finite element software. The results showing that the P-Delta has a significant impact on the structural behavior mainly on the peak amplitude of building when the height of the structures increased. In addition, comparison has been made between concrete and steel structure.

Purpose – For many retailers organic growth through the opening of new stores is a crucial cornerstone of the business model. The purpose of this paper is to explore the store opening process conducted by retail companies. The research questions cover: first, the role and organisation of the establishment function in charge of the process; second, the activities and functions involved in the process; and third, the coordination mechanisms applied during the process. Design/methodology/approach – This research considers the store opening process as a company-wide project, managed by an establishment function, in which internal functions as well as external suppliers need to be coordinated. A multiple case study of eight retail companies is presented, focusing on the organisation of the establishment function, a mapping of the store opening process and the application of coordination mechanisms. Findings – The role and organisation of the establishment function is described and the store opening process is summarised into 11 main activities to be conducted by either the establishment function or other involved functions. During the store opening process six different coordination mechanisms are utilised, including mutual adjustments and direct supervision, as well as different types of standardisation. Originality/value – This research seeks to improve our understanding for the store opening process and how it can be managed and controlled in an effective manner.

In this paper the effect of different types of bracing had been studied besides studying the effect of height of building. Two different height was studied the first one was a 6-story and 10-story. The studied types of bracing included the V, X, K, and none bracing building. The X bracing is the best type for resist high lateral load,. The building without bracing give maximum story drift and the building may be collapse due to unstability because the lateral load (wind load), the V-bracing give a little different from X-bracing with low cost and easy for construction from X-bracing, and the building is highest the X-bracing is the beast type for bracing.

Depression is one of the most commonly observed medical conditions. Studies about the depression and life satisfaction is increasing day by day. Untreated depression may lead to unexpected earlier deaths and has negative impacts on the patient’s general health conditions. On the other hand with the proper treatment, life quality could be enhanced. Moreover life satisfaction level is also seen as an important factor which is related with life quality and which is usually coordinated together with the depression. There are different types and explanations of depression. In this study, we tried to explain the prevalence, diagnosis criterias, risk factors, etiology and description of depression. In addition to this, relationship between depression and life satisfaction is tried to be explained. Purpose of this review study is to explain depression, it’s risk factors and the importance of life satisfaction.
