<p><em>This study aims to analyze the Effect of Training and Discipline on Performance of Civil Servants On the Department of Revenue Financial Management And Asset Regional District Limapuluh Kota. The number of population in this research is counted 78 people at once become sample in this research by using census method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires with the Likert scale model then tested to the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method using SPSS 20.00 program. The results of this study are a). Training (X1) have a positive and significant impact on the Performance of Civil Servants On the Office of Revenue Management Finance and Asset Area District Limapuluh Kota b). Discipline of work (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants On the Office of Revenue Financial Management And Asset Area District Limapuluh Kota. C). Training and work discipline (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants On the Office of Revenue Management Finance and Asset Region District Limapuluh Kota</em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Diklat Dan  Disiplin  Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Lima Puluh  Kota. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 78 orang sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian inidengan menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan model skala likert kemudian diuji ke validan dan kehandalan dari kuisioner tersebut. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode Regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20.00.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah a). diklat (X1) berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Limapuluh  Kota b). disiplin kerja  (X2)  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Limapuluh  Kota. c). Diklat dan disiplin kerja  (X3) secara bersama – sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Limapuluh  Kota</p>

This study aims to determine (1)—the influence of religiosity on the interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng. (2). The effect of halal certification on the interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng. And (3). The impact of religiosity and halal certification on interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng. This research is the millennial consumers of traditional food of Sate Bandeng Kang Cepi Kaujon, Serang City, Banten Province. The research method used is quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS version 23 software. Data analysis used the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that (1). Religiosity affects an interest in buying traditional food of Sate Bandeng. (2). Halal certification affects an interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng (3). Religiosity and halal certification have a positive and significant impact on interest in buying traditional food of Sate Bandeng. Consumers’ interest in buying traditional food of Sate Bandeng is influenced by religiosity and halal certification as much as 48.8 percent. In comparison, the remaining 51.2 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of the quality of human resource services of Islamic banks on customer satisfaction. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression method. Data collection in this study combines the questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling method. The results show that there is a quality of the human resources of Islamic banks have an influence on the level of customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. While partially, only guarantees only variable that has a significant effect. This study aims to determine (1). The effect of halal awareness on consumer buying interest in coastal tourism seafood culinary SMEs. (2). The influence of foodstuffs on consumer buying interest in coastal tourism seafood culinary SMEs. And (3). The influence of halal awareness and foodstuffs on consumer buying interest in coastal tourism seafood culinary SMEs. The object of this research is the culinary consumers of Seafood Kedaikita in Gope beach. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that (1). Halal awareness affects the buying interest of consumers of beach tourism culinary SMEs. Shown by the value of t is greater than t table (6,851 1. 668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 0.05) (2). Foodstuffs affect consumer buying interest in coastal tourism culinary SMEs. Shown by the value of t count greater than t table (5.784 1.668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 0.05). (3). Halal awareness and food ingredients have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest of consumers of coastal tourism culinary SMEs. Shown by the value of F count greater than F table (32,930 3.12) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 0.05) 0.05). (3). Halal awareness and food ingredients have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest of consumers of coastal tourism culinary SMEs. ABSTRACT : This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of teachers of State Senior High School 11 Sijunjung. Here the authors describe the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of teachers in State Senior High School 11 Sijunjung. The number of population in this research is counted 24 people so that the entire population is made sample by using census method. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution with Likert scale model then tested to validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method using SPSS 20.00 program. The purpose of multiple linear regression to see the relevance of the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. The result of this research is a). Motivation of work (X1) there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers at State Senior High School 11 Sijunjung. b). Work discipline (X2) there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers at State Senior High School 11 Sijunjung. c). Then Motivation work and Discipline work together - there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers at State Senior High School 11 Sijunjung so that the hypothesis can be accepted.   Keywords: Motivation; Discipline; Performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding of taxation, self assessment system, tax rates, and justice on tax evasion in OPD Bantul Regency. The population of this research is the employees in OPD Bantul Regency who have NPWP. Samples taken were 108 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression method and testing using SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that understanding taxation and justice affects tax evasion. Meanwhile, the self assessment system and tax rates have no effect on tax evasion.

<em>This study aims to see "The influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees in the Department of road infrastructure and bridge area Bukittinggi". The number of population and samples in this study all employees of the Office of Road and Bridge Infrastructure Bukittinggi region as many as 32 people are all entered using the census method. Data were collected through questionnaires distribution with </em><em>l</em><em>ikert scale model then tested to validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership has positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,222 with level signifikanness 0,026 &lt;0,05. b). Motivation have positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,782 with significance level 0,000 &lt;0,05, leadership and motivation together have positive significant effect to employee performance equal to 51,623 with significance level 0,000 &lt;0,05. Based on the conclusions obtained then it is suggested to the next researcher, if you want to do a similar research is expected to add other factors that can affect the performance of employees such as incentives, work environment, and others.</em><br /><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas prasarana jalan dan jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitan ini seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Prasarana Jalan dan Jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi  sebanyak 32 orang dan semuanya digunakan sebagai responden  dengan  menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan skala Likert kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dari kuisioner tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, setelah melewati uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini kepemimpinan dan motivasi sebagai variabel independen, kinerja sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan Kepemimpinan dan motivasi baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terdapat kinerja pegawai di Dinas prasarana jalan dan jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi.</p>

The main purpose of the research was to know partially the influence of institutional ownership, collateralizable assets, debt to total assets and firm size on dividend payout ratio in firms that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange of 2010–2011 period. The other purpose is to know simultaneously the influence of institutional ownership, collateralizable assets, debt to total assets and firm size on dividend payout ratio in firms that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange of 2010–2011 period. The population of this research was all the firms that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange of 2010-2011 period namely, 136 in number. The sample, 27 firms, was taken by the use of purposive sampling method. The technique of data collection used was documentation.  The data analysis made use of multiple linear regression method. The results showed that partially institutional ownership had a positive and significant effect to dividend policy. Collateralizable assets, debt to total assets and firm size partially was not significant to dividend policy. Simultaneously institutional ownership, collateralizable assets, debt to total assets and firm size had a positive and significant effect to dividend payout ratio.
