<em>This study aims to see "The influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees in the Department of road infrastructure and bridge area Bukittinggi". The number of population and samples in this study all employees of the Office of Road and Bridge Infrastructure Bukittinggi region as many as 32 people are all entered using the census method. Data were collected through questionnaires distribution with </em><em>l</em><em>ikert scale model then tested to validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership has positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,222 with level signifikanness 0,026 &lt;0,05. b). Motivation have positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,782 with significance level 0,000 &lt;0,05, leadership and motivation together have positive significant effect to employee performance equal to 51,623 with significance level 0,000 &lt;0,05. Based on the conclusions obtained then it is suggested to the next researcher, if you want to do a similar research is expected to add other factors that can affect the performance of employees such as incentives, work environment, and others.</em><br /><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas prasarana jalan dan jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitan ini seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Prasarana Jalan dan Jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi  sebanyak 32 orang dan semuanya digunakan sebagai responden  dengan  menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan skala Likert kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dari kuisioner tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, setelah melewati uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini kepemimpinan dan motivasi sebagai variabel independen, kinerja sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan Kepemimpinan dan motivasi baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terdapat kinerja pegawai di Dinas prasarana jalan dan jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi.</p>

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo. This research is a quantitative research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo as many as 42 people. Instrument testing in this study was conducted using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t value (2.452) is greater than the t table value (2.015), and the significance value is 0.019 less than 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t value (6.670) is greater than the t table value (2.015), and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. Work environment and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated F value (33.789) is greater than the F table value (2.83), and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. The amount of influence of the independent variables (work environment and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 63.4%, while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Cilegon Banten. The independent variables Social security and work motivation are the factors that are analyzed partially and simultaneously on the  Dependent  Variable of Employee Performance at the company. The number of samples in this study was 70 employees is a saturated sample. The analysis technique in this research uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and R2 test. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method that is a measurement of object data by processing data using SPPS V.25.0 software. The results showed that (1) Social security variables partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, as evidenced by the t-value of 1,458 < t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.150>  0.05. (2)  Work  Motivation  Variable partially positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, evidenced by t-value 2,375> t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.02 <0.05. (3) Social Security and Work Motivation Variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 19.6% s on the performance of employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, where the F-value is 8,189> F table 3.13 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Suggestions for PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari pay more attention to the timeliness of employees in carrying out their work so that the company's targets are met properly.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing the significance of the influence of selection variables (X1) and training (X2) as independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable carried out t test and F test. The results of testing the hypothesis on the effect of selection variables on employee performance that the t count is 3.560> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.001 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that selection has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the effect of training variables on employee performance that the t count is 2.089> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.004 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that training has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the selection and training variables on employee performance shows that the F value obtained F count 15.956 with a significance level of (0.000 <0.05), the value of F table of 3.11 means that F count (15.995) > F table (3.11) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that selection (X1) and training (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on the work performance of employees of PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. Adjusted R square generated is 0.265. So it can be concluded that the percentage of the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari amounted to 26.5% and the remaining 73.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Purpose, - The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a study of the influence of career development, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of the Department of Food Security of Central Kalimantan Province.Design/methodology/approach - This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total of 60 respondents. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and R2.Findings - The results showed that career development had a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance, Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, self-development, motivation and competence has a significant positive effect together on employee performance.

This study aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of education, training, and work experience factors on employee performance at the Merauke Archdiocese. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, followed by a test of determination and significance. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The population of this study was all 57 employees of the Merauke Archdiocese. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The results of this study indicate that education partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t value greater than the t table value, namely 2.855> 2.399 with a significant level of 0.04 <0.05. Training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t value greater than t table, namely 3.027> 2.397 with a significant level of 0.01 <0.05. Work experience partially affects employee performance with t value greater than t table, namely 3,630> 2,397 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.05. Simultaneously education, training, and work experience have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an F value greater than the F table, namely 33.443> 3.17 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be seen that the most dominant variable that has a significant effect on employee performance is the work experience variable.
