ABSTRACT : This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of teachers of State Senior High School 11 Sijunjung. Here the authors describe the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of teachers in State Senior High School 11 Sijunjung. The number of population in this research is counted 24 people so that the entire population is made sample by using census method. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution with Likert scale model then tested to validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method using SPSS 20.00 program. The purpose of multiple linear regression to see the relevance of the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. The result of this research is a). Motivation of work (X1) there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers at State Senior High School 11 Sijunjung. b). Work discipline (X2) there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers at State Senior High School 11 Sijunjung. c). Then Motivation work and Discipline work together - there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers at State Senior High School 11 Sijunjung so that the hypothesis can be accepted.   Keywords: Motivation; Discipline; Performance.

This study aims to determine the influence and magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Placement on the Performance of Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City Simultaneously and partially. The population of this study is all civil servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, which numbered 44 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Organizational Culture influences the Performance of Civil Servants at the Education. Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t arithmetic > t table (4.896 > 2.02108). Competence influences the Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t arithmetic > t table (2.493 > 2.02108). Placement influences the Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t arithmetic > t table (3.477> 2.02108). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture, Competence and Placement on the Performance of Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, which can be proven by F arithmetic > F table (33,203 > 3.15). The influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Placement on the Performance of Civil Servants Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City Is 79%. While the remaining 21% is explained by other causative factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y).  This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of evaluation of accounting student’s understanding of IFRS in facing global market in accounting field related to IFRS competence, dan IFRS integration on college. Abstract: The purposes of this research is to find the influence of service qualitywhich including: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy oncustomer satisfaction at PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan. The population in this research are the PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan guests which approximately about 326 persons. The sample in this research are 77 persons of PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan customers with accidental sampling method and Slovin formula to analyze the simple data. Data collected using a questionnaire technique with likert’ss scale, documentation, and interview. The data analysis technique in this research are using a validity and reliability test, classical assumption test and linear regression processed with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for windows version 18.00 computer application program. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence on service quality to customer satisfaction at PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfactionAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, keandalan, kesigapan, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Kerta Gaya Pustaka Kandangan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah tamu-tamu dari PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan sejumlah sekitar 326 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 77 orang yang diambil dengan metode accidental sampling dan formula slovin untuk menganalisis data sederhana. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear yang diproses dengan program komputer SPSS for Windows versi 18. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. <p><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong> - </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penyaluran Dana ZIS dan Tingkat Inflasi terhadap Pertumbuhan Perekonomian Di Indonesia periode 2015-2019 serta mengetahui strategi yang digunankan BAZNAS dalam menyalurkan dana ZIS sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan laporan bulanan Dana ZIS dan Inflasi selama 5 tahun atau 60 buah sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan data panel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi dengan menggunakan bantuan <em>software</em> SPSS 23.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi dengan tingkat signifikan 95% maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Dana ZIS memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia, sedangkan variabel Inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Variabel Dana ZIS dan Inflasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia, BAZNAS melakukan penyaluran dana ZIS yang akan disalurkan kepada 8 golongan penerima zakat. <strong></strong></p><p> </p><p>Kata Kunci : Dana ZIS, Inflasi, dan Pertumbuhan Perekonomian.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong><em> - </em></strong><em>This study aims to determine the effect of ZIS (Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah) Funds Distribution and Inflation Rate on Economic Growth in Indonesia in theperiod of 2015-2019 and to find out the strategies used by the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in channeling ZIS funds so as to influence economic growth in Indonesia. The sample used in this study is to use the ZIS Fund and Inflation monthly report for 5 years or 60 samples. The research method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression using panel data. The analysis technique used is regression analysis using SPSS 23 software.</em><strong><em> </em></strong><em>Based on the results of regression analysis with a significant level of 95%, the results of this study indicate that the ZIS Fund variable has a significant influence partially on economic growth in Indonesia, while the Inflation variable has no partial effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The ZIS and Inflation Fund variables have a significant simultaneous effect on economic growth in Indonesia. To improve the Indonesian economy, Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) distributes ZIS funds which will be distributed to 8 groups of recipients of zakat. This is done so that people who fall into the 8th category of the recipient of zakat can get a decent living and can directly or indirectly contribute to economic growth in Indonesia.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: ZIS Funds, Inflation, and Economic Growth</em><em></em></p>

This article aims to determine the effect on the economy of the furniture company in Gorontalo regency. To analyze this article, using a multiple linear regression method. Through multiple linear regression that capital factor (X1), technology (X2) and raw materials (X3) used furniture (X) together (simultaneously) very significant influence on the Economy particularly Income (Y). Statistics prove the suitability of this model F dual independent test: F2hit = 7.99> Fdaf = 2.89, the hypothesis H1 is accepted on the real level = 0.05 or 5% gave a very significant effect on test results. Double determination coefficient: R2 = 0.6820 or 68.20%. This means that 68.20 percent of the variation of income (Y) can be explained by the capital factor (X1), technology and raw materials (X3) together (simultaneously) used a furniture company (X). Separately simple linear regression analysis that capital factor (X1) used furniture (X) has a very significant influence on the Economy particularly Income (Y). This model is proven by independent testing F1 statistics: Fdaf = 0.30 > F1hit = 0.24 H1 hypothesis is accepted on a real level = 0.05 or 5% gave a very significant effect on test results. The field data show a furniture company in Luwoo village made to do a variety of production, using a workforce of 203 people or 8.90 percent. The average income ranges from 60.000 IDR  to 100,000 IDR  per day.
