In this study, researcher aims to discuss about advertising and public relations as tools to create brand awareness on Citilink Airlines. This study was a quantitative research appertaining descriptive research. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

This research was conducted with the aim to know how the influence of price andproduct quality on the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplang UKM in Palembang city.The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research with data collection throughthe distribution of questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who have intention toconsume kerupuk kemplang in Palembang city by purposive sampling technique and dataanalysis using multiple regression. The results of this study with simultaneous, the priceand product quality positively influence the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplangPalembang amounted to 4.092 with a significant level of 0.019. Partially, the price doesnot affect the purchasing intention where the variable probability is 0,521>0,05 whilethe product quality can influence the purchasing intention of kerupuk kemplang inPalembang where the variable probability is 0,01 <0,05.

The study aims to examine the influence of tax planning, and tax consultants on compliance with corporate income tax payments. The sample in this study were 60 respondents with a sampling technique with a purposive sampling method that is by determining certain criteria according to research needs with corporate taxpayers registered in the Tax Office one large taxpayer Jakarta as the respondent. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned. The analytical method used in this study is the analysis of Multiple Regression. The data in this study were processed using SPSS version 25 software (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of this study indicate that tax planning and tax consultants have a positive and significant effect on compliance with corporate income tax payments.

Abstract: This study aims to analysis influence profitability on firm’s value with dividend payout as intervening variable. Sample to be studied in this research is 21 (twenty one) firm’s which have to stay for 5 years in LQ45 index in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2009 – 2013. Sampling technique was used is purposive sampling. Method of analysis used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20. Finding of study is profitability, dividend payout affect significant positive on firm’s value and profitability affect significant positive on dividend payout. Dividend payout still have a role to increase firm’s value because dividend payout affect significant positif directly on firm’s value Keywords : profitability, financial leverage, dividend payout, firm value

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of communication, work environment and work discipline on the performance of village officers in Kroya District, Cilacap Regency. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship and technological innovation on the competitive advantage of food MSMEs in Cibinong Subdistrict. The population used for this research is the businessmen MSMEs food entreprises at Cibinong Subdistrict. The number of sample which is taken was 50 respondents. The sampling technique for this research is purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square with 5% significance. The results of the testing are obtained (1) there is a significant effect of entrepreneurship on competitive advantage, (2) there is a significant influence of technological innovation on competitive advantage

The development of food bussiness in Indonesia which growing rapidly make the competition even more intense. As one of the bussiness of food Mie Akhirat must have competitive superiority in order to survive to win the competition in culinary bussiness. This study used 188 samples, the sampling method is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. While measuring instrument used was a questionner, the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS for Windows 16. The results of this study showed that brand awareness and product quality has significant impact on purchase decision. While word of mouth has no significant impact on purchase decision.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui tanggapan Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri (DU/DI) tentang kompetensi mahasiswa Program Studi (Prodi) D3 Sekretari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FE UNY); 2) Mengetahui kompetensi sekretaris yang dibutuhkan oleh DU/DI. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan terbuka. Populasi penelitian adalah organisasi/perusahaan yang menjadi tempat Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan tahap-tahap analisis data sebagai berikut: 1) mengorganisasi data dan melakukan pemeriksaan data dengan cermat, 2) melakukan pemeriksaan ulang terhadap data, 3) melakukan pengolahan data, 4) melakukan analisis terakhir, membuat interpretasi dan kesimpulan akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tanggapan sebagian besar DU/DI terhadap aspek pengetahuan mahasiswa masuk dalam kategori baik. Aspek keterampilan mendapatkan tanggapan baik. Aspek kepribadian mendapatkan tanggapan baik. 2) Usulan kompetensi baru yang perlu dikuasai oleh calon sekretaris, pihak DU/DI menitikberaktan pada kompetensi yang berkaitan dengan penguasaan teknologi informasi dan internet. Kata kunci : Analisis, Kompetensi Mahasiswa, Praktik Kerja Lapangan  ABSTRACT: Analysis of Office Graphic Design Skills for Diploma Students of Secretary Program in Yogyakarta Sate University. One of the secretary roles is as an executor of public relations functions, so that a prospective secretary is required to have the skills to design publications. This study aims to: 1) Know the response of the business/industrial about the needs of office graphic design skills for diploma students of the Secretariat FE UNY; 2) Knowing the graphic design skills needed by business / industrial. The study was conducted in April-June 2018. This study used a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The research data was taken using a closed questionnaire. The population in this study were D3 Secretariat students of the UNY FE and organizations or companies that became the place of Field Work Practices (PKL) of D3 Students Secretariat of the Faculty of Economics UNY. The withdrawal of the study sample used a purposive sampling technique for respondents from the DU / DI group and incidental sampling techniques for respondents from the D3 student group at the UNY FE Secretariat. The results showed that the responses of most DU / DI and students regarding the needs of office graphic design skills were: 1). Office graphic design skills are the skills of modern office administration needed to deal with the modernization and variation of office work; 2). The most widely used media delivery information in business/industrial is X-banner; 3). Submission of information looks more modern, interesting and informative with office graphic design skills; 4). Office graphic design skills for students and employees are considered important to be mastered; 5). office graphic design products for the most chosen modern office work, namely agency / company logos. The results of this study can be used as material for consideration and recommendations for the formulation of the UNY FE Secretariat Diploma curriculum and other vocational schools that have similar scientific nomenclature. Keywords: Skills Needs Analysis, Graphic Design, Offices

This research aims to determine the effect of morality and awareness on MSME taxpayer compliance. Based on the data obtained in Gempol District, there are 400 MSMEs. The sample is a collection of subjects that represent the population. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method with several criteria: 1) The business is engaged in manufacturing. 2) A business that has been around for more than 5 years. 3) MSMEs that have NPWP. Based on the criteria in determining the number of samples of 255 MSMEs that meet the criteria. So that in this case, the number of samples in the study amounted to 255 MSMEs. Multiple regression analysis tests using SPSS. The results of the study state that significantly the morality variable has a positive effect on MSME taxpayer compliance and awareness variables also affect the compliance of MSME taxpayers.

This study aims to examine differences in perceptions between government external auditors and government internal auditors about the effectiveness of red flags in detecting fraud on procurement of government goods and services and get the most effective red flags by external and internal government auditors in detecting fraud on procurement of goods and services government. The research design is quantitative research with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study are BPK auditors as external auditors and BPKP auditors as internal auditors. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there are different perceptions between internal and external auditors on the effectiveness of red flags in the procurement of goods and services. This study does not provide evidence that the auditor's experience has a significant effect on the auditor's perception of the effectiveness of red flags.
