This study aims to examine differences in perceptions between government external auditors and government internal auditors about the effectiveness of red flags in detecting fraud on procurement of government goods and services and get the most effective red flags by external and internal government auditors in detecting fraud on procurement of goods and services government. The research design is quantitative research with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study are BPK auditors as external auditors and BPKP auditors as internal auditors. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there are different perceptions between internal and external auditors on the effectiveness of red flags in the procurement of goods and services. This study does not provide evidence that the auditor's experience has a significant effect on the auditor's perception of the effectiveness of red flags.

The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship among Narcissism, personality traits and conspicuous consumption of brands in youth. This used quantitative research design with a sample consisting of 50 Men and 50 Women. The age ranged between 18 – 22 years. A purposive sampling technique was used to select participants. The findings revealed that there was a relationship among conspicuous consumption and traits of personality. It was also uncovered that there are gender differences in conspicuous consumption of brands, narcissism and personality traits. Further it was concluded that narcissism is positively associated with conspicuous consumption of brands. Narcissism was likely to be a positive predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands and personality traits are likely to be a predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourism facilities on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District, to determine the effect of  service quality on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District, to determine the effect of promotion on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District. The method used is a quantitative research using descriptive, while the data collection used questionnaire. The sampling technique is non probability sampling with a type of purposive sampling of 115 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded that the: (1) Tourism facilities has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District. (3) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

Range Of Motion (ROM) is an action that can be perfomed on stroke patients to prevent muscle and joint stiffness. The purpose of this study was to describe blood pressure in stroke patients who received exercise Range Of Motion (ROM) in the RSD Mardi Waluyo Blitar. Method: Research design was descriptive design. The population in this study is that stroke patients treated in Bougenvile RSD Mardi Waluyo Blitar in 2013 as many as 590 and the average monthly total of 49 stroke patients. Research sample was 33 patients. Its choosed by  using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by measuring blood pressure and exercise to train Range Of Motion (ROM). Time data collection was done on April 1st until  26th , 2014. Result: The results showed that blood pressure in stroke patients after getting a training Range Of Motion (ROM) 39.4% (13 respondents) had increased, 30.3% (10 respondents) had decreased and consistent after getting a training Range Of Motion (ROM). Discussion: Recommendations from this study are expected to be more vigilant in monitoring stroke patients trained Range Of Motion (ROM).

The family has a health duty whose purpose is to prevent the occurrence of health problems and care for sick family members. There are five health tasks that must be done by the family dengan well. The implementation of this family health task is inseparable from the cultural factors owned by the family, such as the Minangkabau tribe who adhere to the patrilineal system. This research aims to identify the implementation of family health tasks in the Minangkabau tribe in Nogo Rejo Village of Galang Subdistrict. Research design is descriptive. Sampling with purposive sampling technique. A sample of 46 people consisted of 28 male respondents and 18 female respondents. The study was conducted from May 17 to July 12, 2021. Data collection is done using a questionnaire of family health tasks that includes demographic data and family health tasks. Then the data obtained is processed using descriptive analysis to determine the distribution of frequencies and percentages. The results showed that almost two-thirds (2/3) of respondents carried out family health duties in the Minangkabau tribe with a good category (63.04%). The conclusion of this study shows that implementing family health duties in the Minangkabau tribe belongs to the category of good (63.04%).

This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work environment, and work stress affect the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study used all employees at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi, totaling 80 employees. The sampling method is a non-probability sample with a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula, data collection is done through a questionnaire and get the results of 64 respondents as a sample. The results in this study indicate that; (1) Work motivation has no partial effect on employee performance, (2) Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, (3) Work Stress has a partial effect on employee performance, (4) Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Stress have an effect simultaneously.

The emergence of fear will lose among the millennial generation due to the influence of smartphones in an era that is increasingly developing with technological advances in social media. The widespread use of social media, Instagram, phubbing behaviour that appears is why someone often ignores the natural interlocutor in front of them. This study analyses the effect of using social media Instagram and phubbing behaviour on the fear of loss in Sungai Kunjang District on the millennial generation in Sungai Kunjang District. The sample of this study was 104 people using the nonprobability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. The data collection used is a scale of fear of loss, social media, Instagram and phubbing behaviour. The four scales are arranged using a Likert model. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 25.0 for the Windows program. This study indicates a significant effect between social media Instagram and phubbing behaviour on the fear of losing. There is a positive and significant effect of using social media Instagram on the fear of losing. There is no effect between phubbing behaviour on fear of loss.

This research aims to: (1) determine how much theeffect of the ethical climate has on whistleblowing intentions; (2) find out how much the effect of the level of seriousness hason whistleblowing intentions; (3) determine the great effect of locus of control on whistleblowing intentions. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this study is the village officials in Wonosari District. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by applying a survey method using a questionnaire distributed directly to all village officials in Wonosari District.The result of this study showed that (1) the ethical climate has a positive and significant impact on whistleblowing intentions, (2) the level of seriousness is positively and significantly related to whistleblowing intentions, and (3) locus of control gave positive and significant control of whistleblowing intentions. This study aims to see the effect of branchless banking on financial inclusion. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data. This study uses a regression test to test the hypothesis. This study found that branchless banking has a positive effect on the financial inclusion of the people of Kampar Regency, Riau.
